Friendly front desk, very helpful with lots of suggestions for dinner and things to do. Room was clean with lots of extras to make the stay comfortable. Appreciated laundry, small gym, spa and steam room. Very accommodating for pet friendly room. Will definitely return.

Great place with very friendly accommodating front staff. Just a couple of small items that stopped me from giving 5 stars. Broken ice machine, very squeaky bathroom door handle, no juices at breakfast due to broken dispenser.

This hotel is outstanding. I was hauling a large RV trailer and they had tons of parking. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Very affordable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll be staying here again.

I checked in Dec 28. Found excessive long dark hair all over the room and bedding. Let front desk know and they dropped off fresh bedding. No offers of making the bed. Checked in again Jan 10, 2023. Different room, same state or worse. Stains of urine all over the bed sheets, blankets and pillow cases. When front desk was called, they again dropped off fresh bedding without offers of making the bed. After driving a full day, it was not pat of my plan to pay for a room and then replace sheets and blankets.

The room was fine for the most part however the floor in the bathroom was swept well (black hair on floor). Also one of the TV remotes needed batteries. The choices for the breakfast buffet were not the greatest and were not that hot.

Right after checking in, I called customer service that the bed is not clean. Sheets had hair on them and stains. The customer service lady came into my room to verify that and said show me the hair and stains. It was very awkward. No one wants to make up stuff like this and also doesn't want to sleep on a bed used by someone else or not washed properly.

It was good we have been here a few times the only issue everytime is that it’s quite dirty. Like hair on the blankets and in the tub quite a thick layer of dust everywhere. The room was gorgeous though. Just really needs a good cleaning.

The mattress is past it’s usefulness, it’s worn out and needs replacing. When you pay almost 200 a night for a room you expect a comfortable sleep. It was a terrible sleep.

I had an adventurous stay last night! This morning I slipped and fell in the shower and cut my head open. I called the front desk for help and Mickenna came to my room, called the paramedics and stayed with me until they arrived. She held my room for me until I returned from the hospital. She went well beyond all expectations!!

The staff here were amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast room and even maintenance personnel, each encounter I was met with a smile and a greeting. The texting option was wonderful as well as I had lost my voice prior to my arrival, so it was very convenient for myself to utilize this option.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Kanata is an excellent, clean, very comfortable stay and is relatively close to everything in Fort Saskatchewan. Breakfast was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The hotel is located about 200 meters from the Community Hospital where I had some activities!! The rooms are well furnished and updated. I would gladly stay in this facility again.

My husband and I just needed a day away. Was very pleasant lady at the front desk. We were missing a towel and she brought it right away. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were dried out and sausages were greecy. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Will definitely stay again.
