Older model hotel but okay for limited hotels in area

Nice property

This was a great little hotel. Super convenient. Friendly ownership. The pool was clean and it is small, but we had it to ourselves and it was fabulous. I know if I have to stay in that area again, I’d totally rebook!

Everything was great especially the mattress it was very comfotable only thing was the floor was dirty coming back next month. The pool was great.

I have passed by so many times. I really regret not staying here sooner. They have really updated it and the pool and property are meticulously cared for. I really enjoyed the waterfall at the pool and sat for two hours at sunset into the dark enjoying the breeze. A lot of refurbished motels still have grungy bathrooms etc. but mine was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Property was very convenient to Walmart, fast food places and felt safe. Will absolutely stay here many more times.

The bed was old and so uncomfortable and the sheets stained with blood or something. Also, towels were extremely little. Bugs in the shower, nasty. Also, some laps didn’t work and others were nasty and rusted stained.

Room was big , clean and king size bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and all well stocked

I was staying the night, needed to sleep and get going but as soon as I walked in the room, found 3 roaches, the couch had some white spill on it, Disgusting.

We stayed here for three nights over Thanksgiving. We found the gentleman at check-in very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We will stay here again.

rooms are old and furnished with minimal furnishings. the A/C could not keep up with the heat during the day. the bed was comfortable, but the linens only included a fitted sheet and a top sheet. no bedspread or blanket. the ceiling fan light did not have a cover, so the bulb created a glare when turned on. and the towels were small and thin.

Older hotel. Needs a lot of updates including beds. Very old and noisy. Any simple move would make a ridiculously loud noise

The pillows were flat and the shower made a really loud screaming noise. Some lights didn't work & we had to get our keys reset, twice. Past stays have been much better.

The AC electrical brake went off in the middle of the night, so I had to go to the office and ask for it to be turned back on. That was not something I was not happy about.

Employees are super RUDE! They yelled at me that I was extremely dirty because THEY claimed that they are not room service and I left a towel on the floor and I didn't leave the room spotless. I even cleaned the counters and made sure the trash was all thrown away in the trash cans. I have been there before and I know the way they reacted when I did not tie the trash bags so I made sure to do so but they were still mad that I did not leave the room exactly the way I found it when the last time I checked a hotel room was meant to be used and they are not paying me to be their room service. They literally screamed at me and told me that I was a dirty nasty lady. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as these people are the rudest people walking on this Earth. Seriously. I never leave bad reviews but in this case I was so embarrassed beyond words of the way I was treated that I will no longer provide this hotel with my money and they do not deserve to be in business. Be aware when renting this room that they are extremely rude and will insult you and refuse any type of service and if you leave the room dirty they will put you on a do not rent list and when I say dirty I mean do not leave one towel unfolded, make sure to remake your bed exactly the way they left it, throw your trash outside in the dumpster, do not eat in the room, definitely do not use the bathroom, basically just sleep outside in your car when you rent from this hotel room...

The very sweet lady welcomed me in with a very warm greeting. Very rare in hotel industry. The hotel was simple with all the amenities needed. The hotel had many nice upgrades.

It was a last minute option, we booked online. Came into the office around midnight and they were open. Guy checked us in no problem, he was nice. Thanks

I don't mind paying $499.65 for a 3 night stay. First day in Los Fresnos was cold heater didn't work in room. Gentlemen from front desk did change us room quickly. Second room the toilet was on stable, would move every where. Did notice the front desk but nothing was done. So disappointing been the only hotel in Los Fresnos

Reception person was extremely helpful even though they're was a misunderstanding and the Room was clean and excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed becuase we did not have a choice room had rust and mold, very sketchy place the window had a board in it to prevent window from opening, then got charged a smoking fee and i dont smoke, called and would not give a manager and told me nothing they can do

We stayed overnight to watch history in the making with the Starship 5 launch. This place is perfect for that as it allows easy access to the very south of south padre island.

A good stay still close to the island. Perfect if you dont wanna be in crowded areas but still want to go to the beach. 10/10 would rent a room again
