Nous avons aimé la proximité du centre historique, le fait d'avoir un parking auto (payant) . Mais il y a le bruit de l'avenue même la nuit, le bruit de certains voisins. Le nettoyage n'avait pas été complètement fait au sol. Le parking souterrain est petit, pas facile de se garer sans accrocher le véhicule. La proximité du centre ville est le meilleur argument et le fait de pouvoir faire sa cuisine sur place

Für Selbstversorger völlig ok. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC, Doppelbett und Ausklappcouch, Fernseher. Bequem mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Leichte Abzüge bei: Duschkopfhalterung (defekt), WC (wackelte), ein paar lamge schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, die nicht von uns waren. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, allderdings kann man zu "normalen Tageszeiten" in Spanien anrufen, dann ist jemand innerhalb weniger Minuten vor Ort. Das Haus ist ruhig, nachts (!) kommt allerdings täglich die Müllabfuhr. Ruhige Wohngegend, etwas "den Berg hinauf". Es fahren aber auch drei Buslinien, Bushaltestelle nahezu direkt vor der Tür. Die U-Bahn ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt (Haltestelle Basarrate), die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle Atxuri ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (dafür aber vom Appartement bergab). Die Datenrate des WLAN ist leider etwas schwach. Für das nötigste reicht es aber.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y el colchón era cómodo y sin molestias nocturnas, lo único las sartenes estaban para cambiar pero hicieron su función, el enchufe del cuarto de baño estaba en malas condiciones y casi quemo el secador, la parte vieja se encuentra a unos 15 minutos andando, el aparcar está complicado aunque tuvimos suerte y encontramos sitio después de dar unas vueltas por las calles adyacentes por lo que es aconsejable no mover el coche si se tiene suerte para aparcarlo

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire, ( cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche cheveux,etc...) L'établissement est plutôt bien situé, en hauteur. Par contre, il était question d'une salle de sport et d'une terrasse qui au final n'étaient pas accessible 😕. Attention aussi à l'accueil où il n'y a personne. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur la réceptionniste qui revenait mais sinon, nous attendions et donnions depuis un moment sans personne pour nous ouvrir. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour. Check in et checkout très rapide !

El apartamento está bien para pasar unos días de vacaciones no le falta nada. El problema es que olía mucho ambientador para disimular el olor de tabaco... Te lo venden como no fumadores y apesta incluso tenía cenicero.

Die Apartments sind groß und sauber. Alles ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktioniert soweit gut. Die Küche ist eher mittelmäßig ausgestattet (es gab zB keinen Wasserkocher). Dafür gab es eine eigene Waschmaschine. Nach vorne ist direkt eine Straße, bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es teilweise laut. Die Apartments nach hinten sind aber relativ ruhig. Die direkte Umgebung ist eher nicht besonders schön, man ist aber zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt und es fahren auch Busse und Straßenbahnen direkt um die Ecke. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft empfehlen, da viel Platz und nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao. The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave. Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77 or 40 from stops in the city centre and around the old town (0.66€ when using a Barik travel card). Would happily stay here again.

Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.

La situacion es bastante buena, a 10min andando del casco viejo y con bus y tranvia a 3 y 6 min del apartamento, respectivamente. Echamos en falta un buen funcionamiento de la wifi. El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene de todo. La chica que nos atendió muy agradable y atenta.

Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het appartement groot genoeg maar niet voor 1 week, de bedden zijn echt slecht. Max voor 2 dagen. De kamers zonder airco. We kregen een kleintje op de kamer. Die Apartments sind groß und sauber. Alles ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktioniert soweit gut. Die Küche ist eher mittelmäßig ausgestattet (es gab zB keinen Wasserkocher). Dafür gab es eine eigene Waschmaschine. Nach vorne ist direkt eine Straße, bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es teilweise laut. Die Apartments nach hinten sind aber relativ ruhig. Die direkte Umgebung ist eher nicht besonders schön, man ist aber zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt und es fahren auch Busse und Straßenbahnen direkt um die Ecke. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft empfehlen, da viel Platz und nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Helpful staff and clean. The double bed was really uncomfortable and had old springs which creaked with every move. The toilet didn’t flush with the press button so we just took the lid off. We didn’t have spare time to get this fixed.

Für Selbstversorger völlig ok. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC, Doppelbett und Ausklappcouch, Fernseher. Bequem mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Leichte Abzüge bei: Duschkopfhalterung (defekt), WC (wackelte), ein paar lamge schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, die nicht von uns waren. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, allderdings kann man zu "normalen Tageszeiten" in Spanien anrufen, dann ist jemand innerhalb weniger Minuten vor Ort. Das Haus ist ruhig, nachts (!) kommt allerdings täglich die Müllabfuhr. Ruhige Wohngegend, etwas "den Berg hinauf". Es fahren aber auch drei Buslinien, Bushaltestelle nahezu direkt vor der Tür. Die U-Bahn ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt (Haltestelle Basarrate), die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle Atxuri ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (dafür aber vom Appartement bergab). Die Datenrate des WLAN ist leider etwas schwach. Für das nötigste reicht es aber.

La situacion es bastante buena, a 10min andando del casco viejo y con bus y tranvia a 3 y 6 min del apartamento, respectivamente. Echamos en falta un buen funcionamiento de la wifi. El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene de todo. La chica que nos atendió muy agradable y atenta.

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao. The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave. Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77 or 40 from stops in the city centre and around the old town (0.66€ when using a Barik travel card). Would happily stay here again.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire, ( cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche cheveux,etc...) L'établissement est plutôt bien situé, en hauteur. Par contre, il était question d'une salle de sport et d'une terrasse qui au final n'étaient pas accessible 😕. Attention aussi à l'accueil où il n'y a personne. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur la réceptionniste qui revenait mais sinon, nous attendions et donnions depuis un moment sans personne pour nous ouvrir. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour. Check in et checkout très rapide !
