it was clean and the rooms were large and nicely decorated. My only issue was that they do not indicate anywhere on their property description that there is only ONE parking space per room. There is some on street parking, but its on a main bolevard and very busy. My friend and I were going to a Music Festival and both were driving in from different directions, so we both had a car. We managed but we had to drive back late at night and Park a car off property and walk back. We did not risk not having a spot for the other car comeing back at 1:00 am . Otherwise we were very happy with the property. The Price was excellent. We would stay here again .

Parking was a little tight as there's only one spot for each unit. No elevator and some rooms, including mine, were on third floor. Very clean. Decent basic accommodations. Would stay there again, but would ask for a lower floor as I'm older.

One bedspread had two stains on it, one pillow case had a hole in it, stain on carpet, a 6 inch hair in the stack of clean towels (they looked like they were washed and the hair imbedded in it), french fries and an old receipt under the bed skirt (visible without lifting the bed skirt). It was hard to get past those things. There is a Target, Starbucks, and restaurants close by which was nice. No bathtub, only a shower. That didn't bother us but we didn't know.

Don't come. The rooms are not clean or safe to stay in health wise. We could not breathe in the room for more than a few minutes due to the dust and chemical air. Paint flecks all over the floor from the ceiling and walls. Expedia refuses to provide a refund, as does this hotel even when we spoke at the front desk about it.

The room looked updated or remodeled recently, but the bathroom hadn't been. The shower curtain was installed unevenly so the sides would open by themselves. None of the plugs or USBs in the lamp bases worked (3 in total), so we had to unplug stuff in the room just to charge our phones. Other than these things, our stay was perfectly fine.

Rooms have been recently updated. Mini splits in each room for air conditioning. I had a small problem initially, which was resolved, and the staff made a point of double checking the next day to make sure everything was ok

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Downside; parking is too tight if you have bigger vehicles be ready to struggle a little bit. Also the doors are very loud, got woken up at 330am by someone's door slamming. Anytime any of the neighboring rooms would open and close their door you could hear them slamming, shakes the room a little bit.

If you are exploring the Los Angeles area, you will definitely need a car to get around, so I liked that this property includes free parking with your reservation. The area is relatively safe, and a short drive/long walk from a walkable community with good restaurants etc. It's about 20 min to Universal Studios. Parking lot was clean and well lit. We were placed on the third floor, and the two flights of stairs were pretty easy going up. The room itself was as clean as possible, but could use a few minor cosmetic touch ups. In our king bed room was a desk, chair, sofa, coffee table, microwave, mini fridge, night stands, Keurig machine, electric kettle, and blow dryer. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as well as the pillows, and our linens and towels were always changed and clean. The only thing that keeps me from rating this a full five stars is that the walls are pretty thin for my preference. Our first night the guests next door were partying until dawn and I could hear everything. I'm a light sleeper, but my boyfriend hardly heard a thing as he's a heavy sleeper. So just keep that in mind if you're traveling with infants or small children. Overall, our stay went well and we would consider staying here again.

Nice surprise in Eagle Rock. I will stay here again. Great location and only 25 minutes from Dodger stadium. Nice local restaurants within walking distance.

Area of the hotel was sketch. Had to ring a door bell outside at night to get help from staff. Felt uncomfortable out there. The lady at the window was helpful in getting us inside and checked in fast. There are no elevators so just be ready to walk up with your belongings. The outside of the hotel is deceiving but the inside was great. Cute room, had microwave and fridge, was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Bathroom had all the amenities you will need and a cute little bow for made from the toilet paper roll haha. We were comfortable and slept well. Would definitely go back for a stay after an evening game at Dodgers Stadium (we live 2 hrs away)

Centrally located to a lot of attractions. 15-20 mins from most of the places a family would go. Universal, Dodgers Game, downtown, Hollywood Sign etc. great Local pools and shopping as well. No frills and the staff are great.

Very clean and recently remodeled room. Everything was perfect and it was very quiet and restful place. Extremely close to lots of great restaurants and bars and coffee shops on Colorado Boulevard. Would stay there again.

Pros: -nice staff and housekeeping -coffee maker, microwave, and fridge included -close to popular places such as Universal Studios, Hollywood, etc. -downtown Glendale is less than 10 mins away Cons: -no elevator (we had a huge suitcase to walk up three flights of stairs) -no breakfast -low quality towels -tight and limited parking lot

Nice surprise in Eagle Rock. I will stay here again. Great location and only 25 minutes from Dodger stadium. Nice local restaurants within walking distance.

The service at Regency Inn was great. The hotel staff were responsive to our needs. The hotel was tidy and clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to nice local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. My only disappointment was the noise from the creaking floor above us. We stayed on the 2nd floor and we could hear every step taken above us. This was not ideal and I know that I wouldn’t stay there again for this specific reason.

The hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants along Eagle Rock and Colorado. The room is generally nice and clean, if a little worn. The staff were friendly, but the Wi-Fi signal was poor.

The property is really nice and clean. It was in a good neighborhood but it could be a little noisy but didn’t have any issues sleeping. Food around the hotel is a a walk/drive there was some few places that weren’t too far of a walk like chipotle and Starbucks but not too sure what else was close by as we had to order food for delivery. The hotel did give a few menus of places nearby. The front desk was super nice and polite and came quickly to our room when we called for more toilet paper or to help fix our tv. There is a small parking lot on site and free WiFi. If we ever make a trip back to LA we will definitely consider this hotel again! There is also a bus stop at in front of hotel if you need transportation.

Very clean and recently remodeled room. Everything was perfect and it was very quiet and restful place. Extremely close to lots of great restaurants and bars and coffee shops on Colorado Boulevard. Would stay there again.

If you are exploring the Los Angeles area, you will definitely need a car to get around, so I liked that this property includes free parking with your reservation. The area is relatively safe, and a short drive/long walk from a walkable community with good restaurants etc. It's about 20 min to Universal Studios. Parking lot was clean and well lit. We were placed on the third floor, and the two flights of stairs were pretty easy going up. The room itself was as clean as possible, but could use a few minor cosmetic touch ups. In our king bed room was a desk, chair, sofa, coffee table, microwave, mini fridge, night stands, Keurig machine, electric kettle, and blow dryer. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as well as the pillows, and our linens and towels were always changed and clean. The only thing that keeps me from rating this a full five stars is that the walls are pretty thin for my preference. Our first night the guests next door were partying until dawn and I could hear everything. I'm a light sleeper, but my boyfriend hardly heard a thing as he's a heavy sleeper. So just keep that in mind if you're traveling with infants or small children. Overall, our stay went well and we would consider staying here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were clean and had a sanitation tape on it when we arrived. I liked that we were close to Walgreens, a gas station, and several restaurants.The property has tight parking spots and people would park right behind your parking space, making it difficult to get out. I would definitely book again.

What a pleasant stay we had here! We arrived a few hours early for check in, but the receptionist was still able to accommodate us. The room was surprisingly spacious and incrediby clean. I'd definitely stay again if ever in the area.

When we returned later in the evening, the parking lot was full, but we were able to find street parking within 500 feet of the property. Rooms were a great value and staff was very friendly!
