Exterior looks run down, rooms have been renovated. Door was either not level or was not squared properly. Had good gaps on top and bottom to allow light and weather in.

Both ice machines on the top and bottom floors were broken. The toilet was leaking water all over the floor. Plus, I was told that the suite I booked was unavailable because I paid the price of a normal room online. Just tragic.

The property was a little run down. Old appliances stored in covered walkways. The safety latch on room door was broken. Only two of four lamps worked due to mssing light bulbs. Broken mirror on bathroom door. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The ice maker on both floors were not working. The door did not seal correctly.

Took forever to check inn ice machine doesn’t work

I was disappointed because i booked a smoking room and got there and they stated they did not have a smoking room. I would have to smoke outside.

1. All the ice machines on the property did not work 2. The bathroom was in very poor condition. 3. Noise from party in adjacent rooms was disturbing all night.

The advertised that they have smoking rooms, but I have booked twice and had to get a nonsmoking because they say the room is rented out or they don't have one available. Because I booked thru Expedia, they didn't honor or offer anything.

Room was horrible and staff was horrible never going back. Room had roaches, a big hole in the wall and the lamp shade was broken. The towels had hair on them the tub felt like the bottom was going to cave in and someone came into my room while I was gone even though I had the Do not disturb on the door and turnt the air off.

First off when we walked into the room we immediately checked the sheets and they were dirty had black marks all over them and the pillow case then we noticed roaches crawling all over the room next the toilet water would not stop running we went to let the front desk know it was like she did not care one bit we finally asked like can we get another room that room was a little better but the towels were dirty so we went to buy our own towels and wash rags the floor was not cleaned properly and we had no wifi all night and to make it even worse the room next to mines had us up all night it was different people coming in and out her room all night the area was very sketchy like we fear for our lives and by time we checked in it was already 10pm and every where else was booked up we went the morning at check out to let them know and it was like they didn’t care talking about well the manager not here im am going to have to call him well call him because something has to be done still waiting on a call back just to get an call back couple hours later to tell me they can’t do nothing because they switched our rooms like maam we complain about both rooms nobody offered us to check out and trust we did want to but everything else was booked up so we were stuck in that nasty run down hotel it needs to be called a motel.

The room we stayed in had roaches in the bed and on the chairs. My husband woke up to three bite marks on his leg. They need to call bug control.

The shower tub was very moldy. We didn’t even use it because it was nasty.

Roaches

Roaches, do i need to say more. In our room and in breakfast area. WIFI was broken with no idea when it was getting fixed.

There was cockroaches everywhere in the building I entered my room and thousands scattered. These are the pictures I took as soon as I turn the light on in the bedroom. These are the roaches I caught on picture. they refused to give me a refund and only give me another room full of cockroaches hotels.com. Also did refuse to give a refund.

Very dirty place, not worth a penny.

Stayed for three hours and then checked out after seeing 4 roaches crawl across the floor, under the bed. I also found a broken crack pipe on the floor next to the nightstand. Comforter was filthy.

The room was clean. Onky 2 of 4 lamps worked. Shampoo and soap provided but no lotion. Great shower and hot water but tub faucet leaked. Breakfast was ok but limited. No fruit, only 1 choice of juices, only white bread for toast . We heard a lot of road noise including what sounded like cars racing in the middle of the night.

No door knob on bathroom door. Front window had a huge crack in it. We stayed 6 hours and left. terrible experience.

Very noisy, alot of road noise. Thin walls, hearing loud people.. Glad it was only one night

It was terrible. We get here and there is no WiFi and I have small kids that have ipads and have to have WiFi. The rooms were hot and didn’t feel like they were cooling off at all therefore no one was able to sleep

Room is freshly renovated and clean.

We stayed here twice, two weeks apart and the WiFi still doesn't work so we couldn't check email or online messages, etc. Temporary outages can be explained but failing to correct a major service problem for weeks is simply inexcusable. Also, soundproofing between rooms is poor

When we got there we were informed that the wi-fi was not working. We get our room and the tv didn’t work. The staff was not friendly and couldn’t understand what they were saying.

The language barrier is horrible.

Staff was rude and not accomadating

When I arrived at the property they had given away the room that I reserved. The lady at the desk told me to call Expedia and they would refund my money since my room was not available. I have reached out to Expedia twice to have them reach out to the property but magically they never answer when Expedia calls but they answer every time I call so I still have not received my money back.

The coffee was excellent, the waffles as well, the dining area neat and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. The area is good with lot of options for dining and shopping.

Great front desk service.

I actually was unable to stay there. When i arrived at 8 pm. I was then told they gave my room away. The staff was friendly. It looked like it was going to be okay. They have outside steps. I don't like that. Sadly they gave my room away. I had to quickly find another place to stay. I was tired and hungry. I recommend calling and make sure you still have a room.

THEY HAVE NO WIFI!! After waiting Iover 30 minutes to check-in I was informed they had no WIFI. Place aucks

What a nice accommodation, and was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast type too. The employees were very cordial and solicitous to all our needs. We will definitely use this hotel again someday if we need a room. Thank you!

Theres alot of homeless people in the area and around the hotel. Felt so unsafe

We needed to book from the road and saw inaccurate photos and representation of this property. When we arrived there was an 8 foot iron gate around the hotel attempting to keep gang activity out. Despite this in the five minutes we spent here we observed a likely drug deal in the parking lot, got a key card from a plexiglass slot from the exterior of where the lobby is. No one may enter the actual lobby (likely due to safety issues). We opened the door to no working overhead light, a bedbug crawling on the floor and observed filthy cigarette-burned bedding. On the way back to the car several half-clothed men were loitering near our vehicle. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We are STILL awaiting a refund from Expedia.

It's a little hard to find the entrance to the property, but other than that, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. No problems!

I had to wait at the front desk for check in for 5 or 10 minutes just to be waited on by the desk clerk till he got there. I was then told by him that the 2-room suite that I had booked online was unavailable, so I had to settle for a room with a king size bed. He also told me that the internet was unavailable or down. Breakfast in the morning only consisted of waffles or toast and 2 kinds of cereal. No drinks except for coffee

There was no Wi-Fi. The breakfast was practically non-existent. The walkways in front of the rooms had their coat of paint peeling. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well maintained. On the whole, we had a happy stay there.

Would not recommend staying here. First the property does not offer a good vibe (kind of shady) when it comes to stay with your family. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The breakfast was the most terrible part of the stay- welcomed us with a gallon of expired milk. The waffle batter was not coming out of the dispenser. There was nothing else to eat. When the worker came in and tried to shake it , it looked like they never bothered to clean it in years. The person in charge was very very rude. Never ever going back there. Super 8 or Hotels .com should take action against such properties.

We stopped here on a cross country trip just looking for a rest. The place was very clean! The bed was comfy and breakfast was more than expected.

They offered breakfast but when we went one of the two mornings we were there there was barely anything put out. It was around 7:00 A.M so it’s not like it was picked over or not out yet. The time changed the day we checked out and I asked for some extra time to pack up they said okay 30 for free anything over you pay. I said okay 30 minutes. 8 minutes after 11 they are knocking on the door saying they will call the cops if we don’t leave now. Never will I ever stay there again

Nice motel with a good selection of breakfast food. Best part was the shower... Lots of water pressure and a shower head that is plenty high for a tall person.

Terrible condition for breakfast items.
