The walls are paper thin. I could hear the guy next to me tv all night long. The staff did offer another room, but the couple was fighting next to that and it was worse. Then the tv guy got up at 6a and talked to someone on the phone. I didn't get much sleep. Also, the grounds are on a very busy street and there isn't really anyplace to walk around. Breakfast was cereal and coffee. But, on the plus side, staff was kind and helpful as they could be and the room was clean.

It was a nice little place and it was a little out of the way so no highway sounds and it was on the edge of the residential area so not a lot of excessive lights that you would have in a business district. Was really disappointed that they weren't serving breakfast while I was there. Apparently that isn't something they do in the off-season even though it is listed as a feature. That was one of the reasons I chose that property in the first place as I was traveling for business and didn't want the hassle of having to plan extra travel time to get breakfast and get where I needed to be on time.

I woke up with flies all over my bed. The lobby reeked of the smell of curry. The "free breakfast," was a bag of fruit. The air conditioner/heater was loud and didn't work well.

This was my second stay. The room felt very homey. Clean. It didn't have the standard hotel feel to it. Simple, affordable and a home-like ambiance. The fact that you actually have an outside door and can leave the interior door open as you are going in and out seems a small thing but it's something that we really liked! Again-made it feel more like a home. We will continue to stay here while we make our trips to Peak n Peek!
