Property is awesome and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and room was roomy. Only negative is that their satellite TV service is very spotty and limited which stunk when we were stuck indoors due to rain.

Amazing location in SoHo, great views from our 12th floor room, super friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the cable on the TV sometimes didn't work, the first night we were there none of the channels were working. But when you are in NYC you don't need TV that much so that was minor to us. We loved our stay and I look forward to staying again next month!

Amenity fee of $98 for 2 nights. What this charge was for water and coffee in the lobby in the morning and afternoon thats it. Such none sense. TV channels not spooling at night. Water leaking from the ceiling in the food area and restaurant closed.
