This hotel was purchased out of chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2026 and it looks like it. Mold was present in our shower and floorboards and the headboard was worn. On the plus side, found staff to be nice and accommodating, walkable SoHo location and there is a generous noon checkout time. However, I would not consider this hotel until after the new owners can get in and provide renovations, assuming they will make the investment. The previous

the location of the hotel is great, room its spacious. My only negative point is the coffee. They should have a coffee maker in the room.
