La Casa Inn

The staff went above and beyond to make pur stay wonderful from recommending restaurants in the area to helping us after a race in SF get back to the property. They exceeded expectations in helping us feel we were important guests and well taken care of. We will happily stay at La Casa again when in SF.

Only complaint was that it was loud, traffic on street made it difficult to sleep.

The room was clean. Location was good. The room had been renovated and looked nice, but it was smoke and mirrors. The mattress was horrible and the bed made a lot of noise on the metal frame. The towels were paper thin. When we asked for extra, we were told that they were all in the wash. TV only showed free google tv. Ice and vending were in the parking lot. Attendant would not check me out. Told me to just leave the keys in the room. Would not stay here again. It was a budget hotel (not at a budget price).

Really clean modern room with great aircon. Friendly staff, good parking on site with the hotel in a good location for most attractions.
