Element by Marriott New York Times Square West

Breakfast was great, large selection. Different egg dish daily. The room kitchen had everything I needed.

There was construction going on and it was extremely loud. We were woken up daily by jackhammers right outside our room, it would have been nice to know that when we booked. We tried to change room but we not able too. We had a three year old and was a extremely tiring daily being woken up since we canme from west coast so it was 5am our time

Best hotel I've stayed in NYC! Geo was a welcoming, helpful, professional team member. Mini-studio to enjoy leftovers. Great location with easy access to public transportation and the best of The Times Square Distict. Bountiful breakfast and weekday happy hour, too!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property is undergoing renovations, and we were warned about it. The complimentary breakfast was great, and I believe every guest enjoyed it as much as I. The location was great, close to every major attraction. Will definitely comeback.

Location was good, the room was good. The view was good. The breakfast and happy were good. Busy hotel since it's location. But slept fine and liked the room's view, as I had a higher floor room view towards downtown. It was perfect to walk to Time Square and our Stranger Things broadway show. I am a bellman myself, so the bellman's could be a just a little more thankful and friendly, but perhaps it's because of the sheer amount of people they deal with for luggage storage as it was busy and they probably get stiffed a lot too. But I tipped them well and it was efficient getting our luggage. The main complaint is I didn't have wifi the two nights I was there, it just wouldn't work for me. I didn't bother telling anyone as the front desk looked busy always too. Overall though, it was fine, expensive of course for the view and location, but it worked out fine for my girlfriend and I. Walked out the morning of check out and was easily able to hail a cab to the airport. Felt safe and got a good night sleep. They just need to fix their wifi.
