No one at check in counter, waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Got charged additional $100.00 for deposit. Building was not secure at all, outside doors open and unable to be closed. Room was unkept, unknown hair and dirt all over. Bed was broken and linen was not clean. Bathroom had only 2 partiel rolls of toilet paper and 2 hand towels, no towels to take a shower. Windows were dirty and window frames were broken. Room lamps didn't work correctly unless you unplugged them or plugged them in. 2 different remotes for television and neither of them worked. You could hear everyone and everything in the room from all over. Heater worked when it wanted to. Check out still had to wait for someone to get there.

The room was ok. Service was ok, friendly. The grounds were unkempt and the grass wasn't mowed. It is sad because the view to the river in the back is amazing. The hotel is dog friendly and solely due to that feature we would book again. My husband cleaned up outside trash before we left.

Back of door had pre-existing damage & shutting it was not smooth as it tended to stick some. No elevator in the place with heavy bags at night after a long day was unwelcomed news. Carpet should be better vacuumed in the room. The details for cleanliness are not up to standard.

Place was not the cleanest , smells. Breakfast room was empty the 2 days we stayed there but no one was at the lobby desk to even inquire..........zero. Had some coffee on a table with whitener only. Back property on the river had not been mowed --a deck there was unsafe and missing boards. Pool was shut down and in bad shape ----eye sore. I wouldn't recommend this facility

No elevator for second floor rooms. When we complained, as two of our party can’t do stairs let alone with luggage, they put us in their accessible room on the first floor. Nothing accessible about it except first floor- not even grab bars to climb into the tub shower. Two outlets in the room were missing covers. Despite registering three people there were two sets of towels, one tiny soap and shampoo. No hairdryer. It was clean, but barely- streaks and missed corners. Not sure what happened in the lobby Saturday night but on Sunday morning the lobby bathroom floor was sticky with traces of blue… no housekeeping on the weekends per the sign. Both days our key didn’t work and they needed to re program the lock. Each time the front desk started by blaming us, showing us again how to use the key, then discovering it really didn’t work. They are clearly saving money everywhere they can- pillows are tiny, only one roll of toilet paper, no facial tissue, no hair dryer. Overall barely adequate, but not welcoming.

They are currently undergoing renovations and updating rooms! Never heard any construction like noises during the evening. We loved the option to bring the pet with us thank you! There is plenty of room for a dog to run and throw a ball for some added exercise. The staff was very friendly during our stay. The room itself needed a little better cleaning but overall we would stay here again.

Breakfast was extremely limited to cereal, luke warm coffee, small amount of luke warm milk in a thermos for cereal and coffee, no decaf coffee and no hot water for tea. You could also choose from four white pieces of bread and four frozen waffles that were lying out on a clear plastic small shelf. The dispenser labeled orange juice had a small amount of some odd shade of red colored substance. This breakfast is misleading as it was at best a sparse continental breakfast, but the advertised picture suggested a full breakfast. I and most others went without breakfast. A kid ate some dry cereal. Not quite even a snack station. Disappointing. Also, the dock out to the river was broken and completely closed off from any access.

Hotel was very dirty. Several doors on the second floor were broken and looked like they had been kicked in. Trash outside on the ground around the entrance. Only bright spot was the receptionist, she was courteous, quick and helpful.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were other peoples hair on the bed, stains, boogers on the walls, and very sketchy people hanging around outside. When I told the staff we were leaving I got a massive attitude and still waiting to get refunded because horrible experience.

It was not a great experience. Smelled bad, room was dirty, shower was filthy, ac/heat unit was falling apart, a giant spider web that looked like it had been there for decades. It was a sleep in my clothes, above the covers, use my duffel bag as a pillow kind of night. Luckily it was a one night for 10 hours kind of experience. Staff was nice.

The room was filthy, every corner was full of spider webs. It also looked like the bedsheets weren't changed, just pulled toward the edges of yhe mattress. We made a reservation for three people and we only got one super tiny shampoo bottle.

The room was filled with a damp and cigarette smells. The refrigerator was dirty. There was an obvious stain markes in the bathroom. The floors Matt wasn't properly clean. The floor was not mopped and the dirt was visible on the surface of my feet. Chairs must be picked out of Dumpster. Overall all it needed a good cleaning. The only good things about this rooms is the size of the room.

you don't have to be clean when it's the only motel around. unsecure wifi network that is no faster than dial-up. advertised a onsite mex restaurant but not open 7 days a week. that part was not advertised.. charged a security deposit that also was not advertised.. have never been charged one at other red roof inn's.. I WON'T BE BACK...

The front desk staff was very friendly. The Mexican restaurant off of the lobby is also incredible and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very dated. The hallways are dark and the walls and ceilings are very thin. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the next room, in the hallway, and upstairs. I found long, dark hairs in the bed which made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. There was also no hair dryer.

Jus didnt have toilet paper and when asked to get some we were told no morenfor our room... But we didnt even have any to begin with..very odd.. Other than that it was pretty decent...kids loved the view

Observations: Good: Check in was great. The guy at the desk (didn’t get his name, but he’s from Toronto) was very friendly and talkative. Seems like a nice area. Pretty clean, smelled good. They have a pool and are right on the river. Nice view from the back. Not great: There was a clover-shaped bead under the mattress pad and the bedding had cigarette holes throughout. The flooring was put in very poorly— there are weird spaces between the edges of the slats throughout the room that ensure the floor cannot be cleaned properly. The bedside table had some gunk stuck to the top, there was a long drywall screw on the chair, there were wrappers from new linens in the cabinet but not on the bed, there was no extra tp (well, there were a couple rolls with a few sheets each), and there were coffee supplies but no coffee maker. I would love to say the stay was peaceful, but they gave me a room that can have a pass through to the next room and the folks were loud. However, the fact that the door was not fit properly may have had something to do with that. I moved the bedside table in front of it just in case. Also, at about 11:30 on 3/2/23 there was some lady yelling at the desk guy in the hallway about opening her room door for her. I looked out and there was a cop there as well. I got to hear all about how there was something going on and they had been in and out of the hotel all day and smoking in the room. I dunno. Not a good look, tho

Room was clean, beds comfortable. TV had two remotes and took a while to figure out. One of the lights needed a new bulb. Bathroom fan and light were on same switch, which always gets under my skin.

The place is run down. There is cheap liminate flooring on top of carpet with large gaps. Bed was large and ok. The worse part was the HVAC unit in our room sounded like a turbine spinning up. LOUD! Coming down the hall you were in danger of a contact high from all the weed being smoked. And to top things off. There was someone singing in the stairway until 2:00am. Not joking!

The staff here is absolutely incredible!! Very warming and helpful, friendly and they treat you like a human being not just a guest here! I would give 6 stars instead of just 5 if possible! Thank you for making it an incredible stay here during the holidays 💚😁

I just needed a clean, comfortable room for one night at a good price. I didn’t need extra amenities, but the room was well equipped and there is a restaurant on site. The desk clerk was very professional, personable, and recognized that I was tired from a long drive, so he wasted no time and expedited my check in.

We arrived on Thursday and was able to check in early as the gave us another room as the one that was for us was not cleaned yet so we took a down grade from what I was to get and it was at a cheaper rate which is good but the bet in the room had a dip in it the room was not cleaned the whole time we were there we had to ask for clean towels every night we came back the continental breakfast was supposed to be from 6am - 9am we went out at 8:30am and everything was picked up and out away

I booked on Orbitz. When I arrived my reservation was not in the system and didn't show. Had to cancel reservation and go through hotel which was almost $20 more than what I booked for. Switched rooms because keys didn't work for first room. TV didn't work nor did remote. Staff was very helpful and respectful.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was lovely and accommodating. I requested extra towels and pillows and they brought them within 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Door was open when arrived at the room at 10:30 pm. No lights in parking lot. No one to check out, called and waited for 10 minutes.

It took time to check-in ,and when we got the room there was a water in the cup somebody before us used it and the sheets where not maintained properly,I talked with a front desk guy but he didn't care.

With being only place to stay in Fulton, we don’t have a choice where to stay. I would recommend having continental breakfast items for travelers. Rolls, toast, cereal etc.

Had to leave a review because I was panicking from other reviews I’ve read. The place was not as bad as people made it seem. Overall the place could use a deep clean but it provided the necessities we needed. Bed, hot shower, and coffee. And there’s a bunch of late night fast food around for the folks who end up getting stuck in the area

The room was ok. Service was ok, friendly. The grounds were unkempt and the grass wasn't mowed. It is sad because the view to the river in the back is amazing. The hotel is dog friendly and solely due to that feature we would book again. My husband cleaned up outside trash before we left.

Liked-The attached restaurant was excellent. Liked- The staff were nice Liked -The bed was good Dislikes: The surroundings were dirty with trash, the grass was quite long. No in room coffee as advertised and the one coffee carafe in the lobby was empty by 7:30am. When staff were told, the coffee was not refilled.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The Mexican restaurant off of the lobby is also incredible and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very dated. The hallways are dark and the walls and ceilings are very thin. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the next room, in the hallway, and upstairs. I found long, dark hairs in the bed which made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. There was also no hair dryer.

I just needed a clean, comfortable room for one night at a good price. I didn’t need extra amenities, but the room was well equipped and there is a restaurant on site. The desk clerk was very professional, personable, and recognized that I was tired from a long drive, so he wasted no time and expedited my check in.

My electronic room card only worked to enter our room it did not work for entry into the building. Our room had an awful odor, likely old stale cigarette odor. TV and room phone did not work however staff did correct the tv problem. continental breakfast had no coffee and very limited food options.

Tv remote didn’t work. We bought new batteries, still didn’t change the channel. Had to go to Walmart and literally buy a fire stick to be able to watch tv. There was only one roll of TP in the bathroom. Was very hard to get them to give us more, same with towels. There was something on the bathroom floor that u could not clean up. Spiders in both the interior and exterior of the window. Pool was not up. Website said free breakfast.. it was tea and coffee.

Breakfast was extremely limited to cereal, luke warm coffee, small amount of luke warm milk in a thermos for cereal and coffee, no decaf coffee and no hot water for tea. You could also choose from four white pieces of bread and four frozen waffles that were lying out on a clear plastic small shelf. The dispenser labeled orange juice had a small amount of some odd shade of red colored substance. This breakfast is misleading as it was at best a sparse continental breakfast, but the advertised picture suggested a full breakfast. I and most others went without breakfast. A kid ate some dry cereal. Not quite even a snack station. Disappointing. Also, the dock out to the river was broken and completely closed off from any access.

I didn't get the room I paid for. Bathroom was super small. Hallway smelt like cigarette smoke. Floor was dirty. Door looked like it had been kicked in, it wouldnt shut all the way.

Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it. Never again.
