1. Photos are better than what I experienced. For what I paid, I expected something better. 2. They said there is laundry, but there was not technically! When checked-in, Front said laundry is closed for today, but tomorrow morning 9 am available. He changed his shift tomorrow at 8 am, and next guy said motel use it for their towels and it's available at 12 pm while our check-out was 11 am. Sounds like a GAME ! 3. However, I liked quietness.

Way to much noise in the room above me, internet didn’t work in my room and when I asked to use the laundry room they just rudely said “sorry you can’t” I asked why they said it was past 7pm I said ok well can I use it in the morning they said “no we will be using it tommrow” so why list that you have a laundry mat if nobody can use it?

Seems like some permanent resident in motel and they are noisy and are a bit scary good thing I wasn't alone! But staff are great and helpful...the laundry area is in basement where it's even more scary!!! Some spot were not clean... But no bugs...

Please dont go here !! Very dirty , room . They had no smoking signs everywhere , but the minute we entered our room , the room was full of cigarette and drugs smell , which was awful as we were staying with family and had to endure this the whole night and morning . Authorities pls do something for this , it was really difficult staying there

I noticed in the bathroom the toilet tissue holder was dusty/dirty on the top edge, so I ran my finger along the top of the baseboard heater and then along the top of the bathroom mirror. The heater was dirty, the top edge of the mirror very dirty

The service was good, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom however appeared mostly clean, but there was dirt on one of the small shelves in the shower and the shower curtain had mold on it. Made me wonder how well the rest of the room was actually cleaned. We were just staying for one night to attend a concert so it worked well for us. We slept well and it was quiet.

Room really needs attention, bathroom not acceptable, the rooms really need to be cleaned, baseboards and trim need to be washed and painted. Curtain rod moldy. Such a shame as the location to Dartmouth Crossing is wonderful, just minutes away. May be a little harsh but just being truthful.

Rust spots and a hole in the tub. The room was mot recently cleaned properly. The beds were fairly clean, but dust in the washroom and stains on the walls. The outlet was detached from the wall, the fridge was super noisy, there were no condiments with the coffee and we were woken up with construction next door. Not worth the $150 / night. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. The walls and ceiling are not sound proof at all. Very noisy people above us until 4 am. Could literally hear every word, dragging chairs, and even using the bathroom. Made it very hard to sleep, and felt a little unsafe.

A serviceable place to spend the night. Get a second floor room, though. The noise through the first floor ceiling was incredible. Conversations clear as day. Stopped at bed time so a good sleep.

It was okay, its nice for the price for sure. Just bare amenities and the shower was kinda wonky, tv was small, rooms are bare kinda feels like im staying my first night in a new apartment lol.All said and done... Id stay again, staff was nice, good location and 100$ rooms arent common anymore.

Location was great. Close by to a lot of food places and a bus stop. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The wifi didn’t work when I tried to connect it multiple times which was disappointing. The mattress was poor quality and didn’t lend to a good sleep.

Not a lot of staff presence, there was a fight in the middle of the night and no staff around. There was 1-2 rooms where there were many people in an out over the night, we felt there were possibly drug purchases happening.

The place was dirty, smelly with cigarette smoke, the dust on the fan was clearly visible, entrance unlit, there was an ancient microwave oven in the room (couldn't they upgrade even that?), the young guy who checked-in us was very rude. Why the dark blue towels? The person who we checked-out was the only plus point, he was helpful. We had to cut out stay here by half of the planned. I do not know why EXPEDIA is associated with this property.

The price for 5 nights was great. We stayed here and then traveled to the IWK children's hospital each day. The staff and the young guy that is here everyday checking people in is so nice and fixed our tv. He was so nice.to my 4 year old old and us too. I would stay here again. 💯 percent

Check-in staff was nice and also understanding of the situation when we requested to be refunded after noticing that the area and people around the motel was unsafe/sketchy, in our opinion. It looked like a bordel honeslty. Travelling with a 5 year-old we did not want to take risks as there was a lot of activity just in the parking lot, in broad daylight. We didn't even make it to the room. Would not recommended.

I’m not sure I can put into words how awful this place is. We arrived and we’re concerned that it looked unloved. That was before we saw the awful state of repair in the room. We had, what we took to be, drug dealers outside the window arguing very aggressively. We discovered that this motel is used as a hostel for the homeless and numbers of unfortunate people were hanging around. The place was filthy, smelled of tobacco smoke and was literally falling apart. The pictures and description on Expedia do not reflect the true, current, condition of this motel. We felt so unsafe we left after being in the room for an hour. We still had to pay a nights rent. The ONLY redeeming feature of the whole experience was the two men we interacted with at reception. They tried their best but the property is AWFUL!.

Rooms were basic..but clean..good for someone or family that's in town that are frugal minded..mattresses were not rock hard...if you went bang for your buck...Smittys restaurant is right behind it and Tim's is close by...mall shopping is close..so you got that too.

Only a 2* motel just off main street downtown. Older facility, dingy, noisy. Old matresses on the bed with metal springs and very little padding. A $60 motel charging $160. No breakfast included. Never again
