Room and hotel was spotless top to bottom. Told the staff checking us in that it was are 7 year old birthday and all he wanted was to go swimming and use the water slide and they put a gift bag in are room full of snacks for with a birthday card he was so thankful, that’s going above and beyond customer service A++

Very comfortable bed and room was well appointed with amenities. Restaurant and bar were great - Denny’s and Bar One. Watched baseball playoffs with cold beer and good food. I would certainly return to this hotel.

We could hear the elevator in our room since we were beside it. And the pool was closed for emergency maintenance which is beyond the hotels control. Gym was awesome, staff were friendly and room was clean and had everything we need. We love the location as close to shopping and restaurants. We will come back but will request a room not beside the elevator

My kids were so excited to spend the night here again after a wonderful experience a year ago. The room appeared clean on arrival. When one of the kids went to the washroom she found an under garment hang behind the door. I called the front seat and someone was here promptly remove it. After a fun night of pizza and swimming, they were so excited when a gift bag along with a note of apology was delivered. Soon after, we we getting ready for our movie night and pulled open the sleeper sofa. The sheets had obviously been slept in. There was hair, nails and crumbs in messy sheets. I called again and housekeeping quickly came to change the sheets.

This was a good stay. The hotel is relatively new, about one year and a half, however the carpets are already very dirty. We found the room clean enough however the hallways were littered with garbage and debris. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend. I would try something else.

Room was uncleaned. Crumbs on and in couch. Drug baggies in room. Like little coke or meth baggies with pictures on them. We stay here at this property in particular several nights per month. This is the first time we’ve had an issue, however between the dirty room and the drugs we cut our trip short. We were supposed to stay 3 nights however decided to leave after 2 when we picked up the couch cushions. Again this is not our typical experience however dirt and drugs are a big no no for us. We will rethink staying there again. Another small thing worth noting. We were up and out by 715am. At this point there was no coffee available. In fact staff never refills coffee. We have stayed there atleast 20 times in 2 years and have yet to have a morning coffee in the lobby.

The rooms beside the elevator shaft are LOUD! You will hear noises of 3 elevators constantly, so i would suggest not getting a room number that ends with 25.

A comfortable stay, helpful staff, and convenient conference venue. I would stay again. You can change the TV source if you're bringing an external player. WiFi is good for streaming. Rainfall + wand shower is nice. Bar soap + shampoo/conditioner tubes (no in-shower supplies).

Excellent room location, 6th floor corner . Quiet ( except for very loud staff in hallway one morning). Super clean, well decorated room with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Check in was painful. Room was clean and location was great in Dartmouth Crossing. Heat increased over the set point and the room was a sauna. We had to turn the system off completely. But the staff did respond immediately, they just didn't know what to do.

The room was very beautiful; however, there was a major draft coming from under the heater in the window. Additionally, the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off at 1:30 a.m. and again at 8:30 a.m.

The hotel is very clean and staff is amazing. My room was behind the elevators and therefore that is all you can hear when in your room. Plus there isn't a desk in the room so very hard to do work if you are on a business trip.

This has been the smoothest check-in experience, a convenient check out experience, and every single employee was not just minimally professional, but actually warm and professional. It was obvious that they didn't hate being there. I will be back, and may even approach with a community partnership proposal. I was highly impressed.

It was very clean,quiet beautiful building . Probably had the worst experience in my room . My 25 wedding anniversary with my wife we were alone in our room and we had someone walk in on us at a very inappropriate time . Another couple opened the door and proceeded to walk in apparently the front desk had given them the same key room as ours . Wasn’t good and not happy at all

A reasonable stay. We enjoyed the pool, water slide and hot tub, though wished both the pool and hot tub were hotter. Our room could have been a bit cleaner (we found a used contact on the ground). Parking is abundant but the spaces are exceptionally tight. Check in was slow with only one person at the desk during weekdays it seemed. No one advised us at check in that if we wanted housekeeping we had to put a sign on our door before 10am that day. Overall a nice enough hotel but expected a bit more for the price.

firstly, morning shift front desk. 2 young ladies (dru + jasleen) were friendly, professional and accommodating, made the stay even more enjoyable (deserves a raise). Rooms were clean, extra towels was a plus though i wished we had some body wash with the shampoo and conditioner. also disposable slippers will have been life changing as i didnt have shoes and slippers to enjoy the amenities due to limited packing space. other than that; hotel was beautiful, pool look amazing and funny arts on the wall. i would come again; highly recommend Sandman. - NT

Check-in was all in disarray and this was booked a month or more in advance our rooms were not where they should have been when asked to have them together as it was a Christmas party it was very noisy that evening and not enjoyable to sleep

Beautiful place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff very friendly and polite. Room was clean and very quiet. No free breakfast, but our breakfast at Denny’s in the hotel was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Good location, didn't enjoy the dining at Denny's. It was too cold and I had to go get a jacket to eat comfortably. The meal was cold and appetizer was served with the entre. The server was friendly but she forgot our drinks. But she was busy.

New property with modern room design that I liked very much. Food was only available from third-party restaurant on the premises (Denny’s I think) this made it impossible to get breakfast included in your room, and hours of operation were not early enough for me. I would be definitely stay there again, and make other breakfast arrangements.
