We stayed here in this hotel for three nights. Hotel has NIL option for vegetarian food. In complimentary breakfast one can only have limited fruits and yogurt. Hotel has no Gym, it was shocking for me. Though room size is pretty good but the shelf is too cramp and small.

Right on the river. We upgraded to a view of the river - so worth it! Lots of cruises/ boats to see. Excellent staff. Loved the pool. Breakfast was perfect. Would stay again & reccomend.

The location is the best part! Right by the river. I love having a meal or drinks outside and just watching the river boats all day and evening! The restaurant is very nice and the food good. The breakfast buffet is, while adequate, just tired. Same offerings-why do we have chicken sausage EVERY day? The homemade soups were excellent though-loved the corn and pumpkin . I wanted to use the pool but could not-I am disabled and was upset there were no stairs into the pool. I could not use the ladders. Accor needs to get this fixed to allow disabled guests access.

Ibis is a little oasis in Bangkok. It is tucked one building of the busy road and the courtyard/pool area is right on the river. You get a little boat noise. The Pepsi pier is a quick walk and takes you both ways across the river to the main Sathorn Ferry and BYS station for 5 bth. The property is modern and simple. The staff is amazing and helpful. The bathroom shower doors need a new seal so the whole bathroom does not get wet. We enjoyed having the restaurant right in the building.

Its location along the river and its affordability is the top selling points of this property. Great pool, awesome location. But you cannot just rely on location. It needs a gym. We have stayed there ten instances and it still is an excellent value. If I could change anything, change up the breakfast menu, its getting redundant. The rooms are clean, but it needs a refresh. The lobby could use a refresh as well. Every five years a refresh is needed to keep hold of your repeat travelers.

We’ve stayed here many times & always been comfortable. This time the bed was rock hard, even though it had a thin topper. Also, I think they’ve run out of sheets to fit the queen bed. First few days we had a single bed sheet across the bottom half & another across the top half of the mattress, then we had a sheet that didn’t go all the way to the end of the mattress. Not ideal. The bathroom sink was cracked & the plug had to removed because it kept getting stuck. Cleaners were superstars, as were the check in staff. Love the pool & gardens.

I've stayed here several times in the past 8 years and have always enjoyed it. The location is great! Same with the staff really great people. This past time I stayed in three different rooms while traveling around Bangkok. We have relatives close by this was the reason going back here on this trip (booked ahead). 2 of the rooms were in need of repair, floors were in bad shape and had roaches in 2 of the rooms. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

We loved our stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the place was clean, and the restaurant had good food and drinks— best margaritas I’ve ever had. Beds were very comfortable.

There is cocroach everywhere the wash room was dirty the dont even clean it properly. I approach the manager but he just transfers us but still the same

Great budget hotel. Great value. Great location. I’ve stayed here many times. The friendly staff , gardens, breakfast buffet, and location are the most notable things about IBIS Bangkok Riverside.Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel. The rooms are basic. Don’t expect 5 star hotel amenities. Staff and services are excellent. I’ve stayed here at least 40 times and have no complaints. Great value for this location by the river in Bangkok. If you’re wanting a luxury hotel experience you’ll have to pay at least triple what IBIS charges.

Had to remind staff 3 different times about our order. The wooden chair was very uncomfortable, so we laid in bed most of the time. No smart.TV, only a 32" cable.

We enjoyed the quiteness, the good beds, the place on the riverside, the breakfast in the garden, the size of the hotel - its not too big and not too high. Reachable from Krung Thon Buri Sky Train station by foot, ferryboat to get over to other ferrys reachable by foot within a few minutes.

アイコンサイアムに歩いて行けるので、アイコンサイアムに行きたい人は便利なホテルです。最寄りの駅のクーロントンブリ駅には1時間に一回送迎バスが出ます。しかし７、８人しか乗れないので、必ず乗れるわけではないです。スパンタクシンまでは歩いていくことができますが、橋を渡っていく必要があり、階段の上り下りが少し大変です。部屋の壁は薄く、隣の人の笑い声や、ドアの閉まる音がすごくよく聞こえます。部屋の掃除は、ドアに札をかけておかないと掃除してくれないので注意が必要です。プールはとても良かったですが、この時期は寒くて泳ぐのには勇気が入りました。ホテルの雰囲気としては、リゾートホテルで良かったです。

The hotel is medium size, which I prefer, modern and well maintained. The location is excellent with both the restaurant and the pool just a couple of meters from the river with a splendid city view. The only weak point was the breakfast. I was lacking bacon which is very important! The bread supplied was reasonable but given the much better bread available almost everywhere in Bangkok this could be improved. The coffee mashines were ridicolously slow. A clear source for irritation among many guests.
