Very decent room size. The pool slide is so much fun.

Really nice property in a convenient upper village location. Even though renovations were happening at the time of our stay it was managed very well and we were not inconvenienced. The kids loved the waterslide, pool area and arcade. EV chargers could be faster and hot tub a bit cooler but it didnt impact how much we loved the place.

Adult pool was closed for renovations. I get it. We used the hot tub at the family pool. Families were allowing their “not yet potty trained” small children in the hot tub. And as you can imagine, the worst happened. Code brown! There really should be a minimum age requirement for the hot tub and parents need to exercise some common sense.

I liked the large 2 bedroom 2 bath suites, pool, fitness area and grocery store. We had a great time and stay.

One of the best Hotels for a family with young kids, excellent pool with a slide, game room, and a movie theatre for nightly movies. Also the room's are very spacious and have everything needed if you plan on doing your own cooking. Excellent washroom's with a jacuzzi.

Room was good and staff very friendly. Adults pool was closed for renovations but the other pool was great and added some adults only time in the evening.

Great resort in whistler with many amenities. Easily accessible and includes parking. I will stay here again without thinking. The only problem was that the room did not had a queen bed which we requested. It was a smaller bed probably double bed.

Parking was included! This was huge for us. Room was excellent with a kitchenette full of all the supplies needed. We loved the hot tub & steam room, gym was extensive, and nice common areas. The only part we didn’t like was the noise transfer from the room beside and above as well as from the hall. In any case, when we let the front desk know about the after hours noise, they responded immediately, so it worked out.

We love the whole property! Great location and walking distance to the village, my son loves the free arcade, waterslide and pool and the movie theatre. We continue to come back whenever we can!

Clean room, staff amazing, great facility and amenities. The toilet was making lors of noise and kept refilling. The water was spitting out a lot of sediment and rust from a water shut off... unfortunately it did not clear up so we bought bottled water.

The room was large for a studio suite and clean. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

We had a great time! Our place was very large with lots of space and storage and even laundry! Pretty clean overall and well appointed. We are going to book for next year. The location was fabulous! We all loved the pool and water slide. We will bring our bikes next time as there’s bike storage and trails right outside the door!

People were great. Rooms need refreshing. Baths very worn and fixed with a tube or more of white silicon. Bathtub talked back if you moved while showering Location was fantastic. Concierge was very knowledgeable.

Unit was clean and well maintained and extremely comfortable. The gardens surrounding the units were stunning and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was really nice. We loved the decor and layout. The room was a bit outdated and the TV didn't work properly. We liked having a microwave, toaster and plates, cutlery etc. We were disappointed to see that if we were not out of the room by 9:30 am, the room wasn't going to be clean until next day! We wanted to rest and not wake up early. It is the first time we encounter this in a hotel. In other hotels, they come back to clean the room.

Amenities are great kids/adults always love the slide ! Rooms are clean and spacious with amazing AC during this heat wave in BC.

3.5/5 Pros - Great location with reasonable price. Basically the best deal on the blackcomb side if you don’t want to pay the price of Four Season / Fairmont. - Room itself is decent. Warm temperature, comfortable bed, and it looks clean. Besides of what you typically see at a hotel like fridge (has a little freezer inside as well), microwave, and coffee maker. Nice perks: also comes with kitchen sink, dishes and dish washer. - When I called for room service, employees always arrive fast (within 10 mins). - Front desk tried to solve the issues I faced, by offering a room change (not upgrade) but I don’t think it would make a big difference, so I didn’t bother to experience the hassle of packaging and moving. Cons - The noise. You can hear your neighbors talking and their TV sound. - The building setup is extremely confusing. Front desk employee was not proactive enough to offer a map, until I have walked around back and forth multiple times. - Wifi is not stable. With all the cons I still think this visit doesn’t worth what I paid. Not only this Hilton, but also Whistler in general. With the same price, I would rather go to Tahoe lake or Colorado

We just finished a weekend here with a 10 year old in tow and it surpassed our expectations. The suite was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The windows afforded beautiful views of the gorgeous grounds. Nightly movies (3!), an arcade and a heated pool with waterslide kept the kids busy. We can't say enough about the attentive staff who quickly responded via text message to requests or questions we had. We will happily stay here again and can't wait to see what the current upgrades and renovations will bring.

Great rooms, seem like everything is brand new and recently refurbished. Plenty of space with separate bedroom, dining, seating and kitchen areas.

Large room living room and kitchen area. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Air conditioning worked great.

Especially for the price I had to pay the room was small and in the need of an upgrade. Also to enter my room you had to use your key card for one door that led to a small entrance where you could access two different rooms so I had use my key card twice

1 bedroom condo style was spacious and had a great layout.

Very comfortable beds and sofa bed. Convenient with full kitchen and laundry machine. I will go there again

Staff members are great and helpful

This property was a members club. They were super nice and welcoming at first, but room service showed up while we were out skiing without request and stole one of our personal towels. Spoke with the front desk about it and they called back and said they did not take anything but our bedsheets. That definitely was not true. Unless somehow they managed to dye the towels a different color. Also, they recommended a taxi service that couldn’t accommodate ski luggage while they knew we had it. Was almost late for the shuttle out due to this recommendation.

We booked the Hilton Gran Vacations Whistler 2 hours before we arrived. When we checked in they could not find our reservation. They called Expedia but they were 'closed'. I finally called the 1800 number myself and got someone on the line to speak with the hotel. The check in process took about 40 mins. Not a smooth check in with 2 overtired babies after a long drive.

The property was great. The front desk staff was not awesome. Not very welcoming or informative.

A friend and I booked a room with 2 single beds and got a room with 1 bed. When I called the front desk they advised preference of beds is never confirmed and because of being under renovations, they didn’t have 2 single beds available. We made do. The 2nd night we were in be early & while in bed a man entered our room with a key card. He seemed confused and mortified. We were SO RATTLED! We called the front desk who informed us that somehow they mistakenly gave him a key card to our room. They apologized but didn’t seem to be overly concerned about it. I expressed my shock and concern and they offered to replace our room key cards to “avoid this from perhaps happening again”. When the security? fellow gave us new key cards he said sorry and handed me a bottle of wine. I was still in shock, grabbed the keys cards and wine and closed the door. We couldn’t get over the fact that 1) the hotel could let this happen. 2) that they wouldn’t have expressed seemingly more genuine concern for the mistake and 3) they didn’t offer compensate us in ANY WAY to demonstrate their remorse in breaching our safety and privacy. I messaged them to say I recognized that mistakes happen but that I was disappointed given the seriousness of the mistake, that their solution was to give us a $14 bottle of wine (which I left behind). They relied by saying that “mistakes do happen”. Only after I said I’d be writing a complaint did they say that a report would be sent to a manager and that I’d get a call.

We especially loved how walkable the area is. Tons of shopping and things to see! While there are no dining options at the hotel itself (that we noticed), there is a market on premises and many options to dine nearby. Thank you for the great stay!

Short walk to the Blackcomb Gondola and lines were much shorter.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the pool area and slide. Location was great!

HGV provides most of small kitchen appliances and make great home experience. It's conveniently located with a walkable distance to various restaurants and free shuttle bus station.

It’s an excellent location in Blackcomb. We enjoyed our stay away from busy village.

We are regular travellers to whistler BC and decided to try this property out for our most recent trip. We were very happy that we did. The children really enjoyed the pool and waterslide , arcade area and the movie theatre. Whilst it is missing some amenities in the form of a restaurant it is right next door to the fairmont and adjacent properties and there is a very handy market on site. Cleanliness was good and staff were very friendly. We will most definitely repeat our stay in the future
