The bath room is the only compliant as it is quite pack and I frequently knocked again the shower within that extremely tight glass box and I am fairly small size. Wonder how big size European clients could squeeze through! While the location of the hotel is good, about 15 minutes to airport and ten minutes to Chinatown where good local food and fruits markets are located, the hotel needs a little upgrade especially the stuffy and smelly corridors, A plus is that the flooring of the rooms are not covered with carpet. The lighting in the room is also on the dimmed side for those who wish to read at night.

Really like the location of this hotel! In Old Chiang Mai, by the moat and just steps away from the Sunday Night Market! Good restaurants and drinks near by. Great walking location. Room was comfortable! Good breakfast buffet was also included. Nice pool to relax by. Great value and location!

4泊しました。たまたま毎週日曜日の夜のナイトマーケットに当たり、ホテルそばの通りは遅くまで賑やかでした。朝食付きでしたが、バリエーションが少なく感じました。朝食は6時30分〜10時までです。2階にプールがありますが、デッキチェアーが3つだけでした。セブンイレブンまで徒歩1分。立地はとても便利です。

I was looking forward to using the pool unfortunately it was under renovation and I believe this information should have been made clear as I then would not have booked this hotel the breakfast was poor as ALL hot dishes were cold and fruit was not replenished.

Room was very dirty, smelled like mold/mildew. Pillows were dripping wet. Decided to go to Bangkok early, the manager told us they would provide a refund, but when we submit they Expedia they renegged. Absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable stay here. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. However, I wasn't aware you could open the full length mirror to find the hair dryer inside until I asked at reception. Would be good if there was maybe a little sign indicating that. The staff were very nice and polite, and the cleaning staff were very respectful. The location is superb and I would be happy to stay here again.

The only negative points were the beds, the main double bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Our daughter had a Z bed which is normally sprung under the mattress, in this case is twas wooden board which made it hard. The staff were amazing, ans the rooms were immaculate.

建物は古いです。部屋は広くて清掃されている感じはしましたが、トイレとシャワーのスペースが下水のニオイなのか臭いし、清潔感があまり無いように感じました。あと水着などを洗濯して持参したハンガーで干したかったのですが、引っ掛ける場所が無くて非常に困りました。ですが、場所はとても良く周りには沢山お店がありサンデーマーケットやナイトマーケットに行くのにも近いのは良かったです。空港へ迎えに来てもらうには150バーツ掛かりますが帰りは朝9時と他2回決まった時間だけは無料で乗車出来ます。それ以外の時間は有料みたいです。変換プラグは必要無く日本で使用しているままで大丈夫でした。

The hotel is showing signs of aging and cleaning was a bit of a issue and the staff were happy to fix the problem. The hotel is in a great location and has a good breakfast choice in the the morning. Overall it is good value for money

ベッドメイキングやシャワールーム、トイレの掃除は問題ないですが、床はホウキまたは掃除機はかけてないようで、ホコリや髪の毛が散乱してました。椅子が壊れていて、座ろうと思ったら脚が一本折れましたが、直ぐに変えてもらいました。カードキーが故障してロック解除出来なくなりましたが、直ぐに対処してくれました。朝食は毎日同じメニューですが、味は好きなので良かったです。立地は良いので、お値段からいうと妥当だと思います。

The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet, stained at the bottom of the bowel as well as the faucets, it wasn’t cleaned at all. You almost needed to ask for a bathroom tissue, just a tiny roll left for you.

Fiquei por 3 noites , ótima localização perto de tudo , as camas pelo que percebi na Tailândia os colchões são duros então isso não me agradou , o chuveiro foi o mais difícil a ducha molhava a porta invés de me molhar , foi uma pessoa arrumar só que não tinha jeito eu dei uma solução de colocar um parafuso maior para a dicha conseguir ficar na posição certa , aí resolveu melhor , a ducha não esquenta bem então quem gosta de banho quente vai ter que se acostumar , cama da manhã excelente

立地は申し分なく、どこにいくにも便利です。ターペー門の目の前にはスターバックス、Amazon cafeがあります。しかし、大通り沿いに面しているため223の部屋は最悪でした。トゥクトゥクのエンジンを吹く騒音で寝れません。反対側の部屋への移動をお願いしましたが、明日にならOKだと言われ、翌日また依頼したら今度は満室で無理だと言われました。

The location is perfectly right at the Main Gate of the old town. It is the spot where all major events take place. Hotel is nice, big room, staff working hard to please. Breakfast buffet is good and the gym is adequate for a couple of days :-)

This hotel is just across from the Old City wall and at the start of the Sunday night market. Our room faced west so we could see a part of the market. We were surprised by how quiet the room was while the market was still going on. We would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. My only concern occurred during breakfast and this was not unique to this hotel. On many hotel buffets, we saw undercooked eggs being served. The eggs were cooked sunny side up but the whites were still runny in many cases. In fact they were mostly raw. I did receive properly cooked eggs when I asked for them and they remembered the next morning so I appreciated that.
