Very clean room, comfortable bed. There is no reception but you can contact them 24/7 via WhatsApp and they are very quick to answer, less than a minute. They have a sister Hotel just around the corner where you can leave your luggage if you need. Would definitely book again if going to San Sebastian.

Really nice basic hotel. There are no facilities etc. but room is very nice and location is amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who prioritise location versus hotel facilities.

The location is excellent and close to the old town. The area of Gros where hotel is situated has excellent cafes, bar, restaurants & shops. Across the road is a sandy beach used by families and surfers. There is plenty to do in San Sebastián for a long weekend and lovely countryside to explore. Whilst there is no manned reception at the hotel there is someone to speak to on the phone who ensured we had a smooth check-in. Hotel & room was clean, shower was great (walk-in) bed comfy. Room was serviced daily with the added benefit of a refrigerator. Great stay and would book again.

A really nice hotel. The location is great for the old town, beach and local spots. The rooms are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Some rooms are better than others. I booked two rooms one was at the front of the hotel, larger and more characterful than the other which was smaller and did not have as good a layout. No real facilities, but that is as advertised. We spent all our time out enjoying the city anyway.
