Charged for parking, had a Starbucks inside but never open, and the prices were never the same. Only has 1 pool to use, half the plugs in the rooms dont work. Definitely worth paying a bit more elsewhere and get a better experience. Wont be going back.

Hidden fees added to the room. The front desk lady did warn us about the additional parking fee, ok. I'm cool with that. However, I was not aware of the additional $20 / night resort fee or the DMF fee. The "resort" consisted of 4 cardio machines and a small pool. They claim 2 indoor pools, false...yes one small pool and the hot tub was filled with artificial turf. Be up front with fees as I did choose this hotel based on overall cost. Also, the hotel had a mild mildew smell, very visible signs of wear and tear. Again, slightly expect with price of hotel but was not expecting hidden fees.

We didn’t appreciate all those extra fees at checkout at $170 for 2 nights in hotel fees - plus we paid Expedia $180 a night per rooms was over priced. Extra parking fee $20 per night per room was another extra fee which we thought would be included per room. We had 3 cars for 2 nights, so that’s easily a dinner out !! Too many fees everywhere in Niagara Falls now including resort fees ?? Like it’s not a hot beach in the south or anything !! lol Only one small swimming pool in use was available, for the children to take a quick dip ! Hot Tub would have been nice to use as it’s no longer in use. Front door security guard all through the night was very kind, and helpful around the grounds. Niagara Falls is a wild place at night, so we did appreciate that assurance. Staff was wonderful helping us with whatever we needed including an extra cot for the teenagers! Thank you again ! Ps. Be mindful off all the extra fees at checkout.

Property inside is very clean but property is old and not very swanky, but stuffs are excellent. however very less no of stuffs are there, so don't expect anything to happen quickly. Also your room and hotel office can be divided by a street so be careful if need to reach hotel office, better call only. But Stuffs are excellent, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. has two pools, use as much as you want.

The hotel is very nice. We had a suite and it was a very big room with a lot space. Very practical with a family. On the other hand I found that the indoor pool the water was too cold and it needs to be clean around the pool more often and also needs bigger towel .

Decent property for the price; was disappointed that the outdoor pool was not available, as that is why we chose this hotel; A/C was not working in room and they replaced the unit within a 1/2 hour….very impressed by this!

Good: Location, friendly staff. Not so good: Pool was closed and “Fitness Centre” was just a rowing machine and elliptical. On site restaurant seemed to be also closed. Room had one roll of toilet paper, and when asked for more they gave another single roll. Also I don’t know which was louder, the ice machine in the hallway or the AC unit in the room. It’s a constant rumble of outdated machines.

The pool was small and water temperature cold. The tiles around pool were slippery. I also wished they had a jacuzzi. Looks like they used to have one. Late night going to parking lot saw and smelled some people smoking drugs at the entrance.

We stayed at this hotel for only an hour due to the poor conditions. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor and was noticeably moist. The bed sheets also had a bad smell. Additionally, the towels were not clean. We were forced to check out and find another hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to the hotel's lack of cleanliness and maintenance. We hope they will address these issues to improve future guests' experiences.

We had black mold in our room, we found it took pictures had the maintence come to the room to fix it, he knew exactly where it was and only offered to "glue it back on the wall". My 70 year old grandma was so sick after the second night in the room she couldn't enjoy the day to go see Niagara falls. The manager has yet to get back to us and has been hiding from us ever since. Never offered anythint for the horrible stay not even a sorry. Will never stay here again.

The service was good; the rooms were clean and done every day. Very comfortable beds, nice room with a small fridge. The breakfast is not included, so calculate about 50$ extra per day for two. Don’t drink the coffee in the room, it’s awful. It’s very noisy because of the adjacent busy road. Parking costs extra although the hotel is in the outskirts of Niagara. We shared a car with another couple who decided to take another hotel where parking was free. Altogether affordable, friendly and clean.

When we arrived we were very hopeful as the main building is nice! However, we were put in the building to the right (not the main one). When we arrived in our room it smelt terrible, and one of the beds was covered in hair (not ours), we went to the front desk and asked to be moved rooms and they offered to send house keeping, house keeping came, they were very kind but all they did was take photos of the bed and hair and left and never returned. Guest services did not make contact to resolve the issue and by that time it was 11 pm so we just slept in the one bed and stripped the other bed. In the morning, we woke up to a machine that’s right outside our window running extremely loud and smoking. The smoke went into our room and it smelt so strongly of tar, it was awful and toxic. Overall, we won’t be returning and won’t be recommending this hotel. Had the guest services made an effort to rectify our concerns perhaps we’d have a different review.

We really liked the stay however there are couple of factors which are very crucial to consider to improve the services you deliver. 1. Lighting in the rooms is very limited and there are table lamps which come to rescue and not the ceiling lights. Its surprising that in the queen suite there were only 2 night lamps and nothing extra. Same thing in the living area which only has 2 table lamps and a small light over microwave. It feels like there is too much cost cutting on good lighting which is a core part of the stay. You need to improve on this please. 2. Drinking water is being charged for 3 bucks extra which is only 500 ml which is not acceptable. After booking a stay of almost 200 dollars water is charged extra and no filling station available. 3. There is a coupon provided for breakfast with 15 percent off. However for a breakfast setup the items are quite expensive ($22 CAD omlette, same prices continue for french toast omlette and tradition breakfast) coffee is not included and which is additional $4CAD. one might feel thats its too expensive and that's why most people would prefer having it outside. Rooms were preety good apart from lighting setup and until you get used to it. Bathroom accessories were very nice and everything was provided. Overall you will like the view from the rooms and are spacious if you are booking a suite, not sure about other rooms. But might reconsider booking next time due to some of these factors which I personally didnt l

The staff were terrible and not accommodating at all. We were double charged for our room and the staff offered no apologies, no solutions. Not even a coupon or voucher of any kind. They stole our spending money and said we have to wait 5 days for any refunds. Terrible customer service. I'll never use Ramada again.

My husband stayed at this property for a couple of days during a work project. He was thoroughly impressed with how clean and nice the rooms were and how easy check-in was and check out. We were able to add days conveniently and easy. We were sent direct messages from Ramada about check-in to be able to check in from our phones ahead of time to let us know about anything. Every interaction with staff was amazing. They’re so friendly and kind would absolutely stay here again. Enjoy enjoying the week days of the summer amazingly price for what you got.

There is a bit of renovation going on but it does not affect our stay. Since the hotel is located at Lundy’s lane there are so much thing to do, outlet store is just across the street and many restaurants to choose from.

Overall is good. A little far from all atractions , had to pay extra money for parking. The only thing we didnt like is about parking on site. Very tiny. We came back to hotel late and couldnt park our car even though there were two parking spots , we couldnt, because some cars were big and they took more than one spot. We were lucky to found one more parking spot .

We booked two rooms. One room had a stale odour while the other one had a very strong odour of rotten eggs. We had to rush to get to the wedding so when we returned from the wedding at 1 am, we asked to have a room change. The gentleman at the desk was very apologetic and immediately changed the one room. Unfortunately, the next room had a strong cigarette smell to it. He then moved us to another room. He was very accommodating and even came up to make sure the room was okay. The next morning we dined at the hotel's breakfast restaurant. Big mistake... we were in a rush and the meals took 30 minutes to prepare and the 2 omelets were made with canned mushrooms and lunch meat ham. The potatoes were bland and the toast was soggy. Not worth $21 plus tax each.

We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip and this one was our favorite room- 2 queen bed with a pull out sofa. The beds were very comfortable, the pull out sofa is at the end of its life but my 12 year old said it was fine. ( very deep sag in the middle of the bed). The bathroom was well maintained and the space in the overall room was excellent. Clean room with no complaints. There is no breakfast included at this hotel, we went to Ihop at the hotel over and paid 100$ - knowing this I would have spent more on a hotel with a breakfast to be closer to the falls. There aren’t “many attractions” close to the hotel and felt that the 20$ parking fee was excessive. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, on the same road that leads to Niagara falls, plenty of food places. The room was clean. They dont have breakfast because they're remodeling the restaurant. Overall really nice.
