Parking to check in is near non existent, had to drive around the block twice before getting a park along the front of the hotel. Could not park downstairs as you had taken away the ticket system, so cars including myself had to reverse out and head back up. The cost of parking here is criminal $25 per night is ridiculous after paying what we paid for 2 nights, chuck on an extra $50 for parking. No hot water to the main bathroom which was really odd for the Hilton, not sure how well maintenance checks are done. Staff are always really nice, location is perfectly close to everything.

Staff were friendly, pool areas were nice and breakfast good. Location fantastic! The only let down was cleanliness / housekeeping of room in the first few days but this was well followed up and rectified immediately which we were very appreciative for. For me I felt the rooms were a little outdated compared to Adelaide and Melbourne 5 star hotels.

Hotel was nice & clean and great location. Indoor pool, spa and sauna were closed. The elevators are painful! Took an hour to get up to our room after checking in and half an hour to get down to check out.

Excellent location and the room was really good. Everything was great. Except the parking, the lifts, and the pool. Parking advice was not provided and was really hard. The temperature of the pools was all out of whack, and the poolsides were gross. Foodscraps and empty containers and drinks were always present. Terrible. And the lifts. Ridiculous. Only four servicing such a big building is insane. Worst I’ve ever encountered.

The Hilton is very central to everything in Surfers Paradise. The hotel is clean with a great breakfast. We passed on housekeeping for two days as they didn’t get to our room until around 5pm. Unfortunately the pools were to cold to swim in and the spa was full of children jumping and splashing, so not relaxing at all

Shame spa was not working. We booked it after looking at hot pools and unfortunately it was under maintenance. Who wants to use cold pools. Bathrooms are average need upgrade.

easy check in. room smelt musty and closed up. Air conditioning was ok, the room attendant kept altering the temperature. Something needs to be done about the pool chairs and beds, people were down putting towels on them at 6am, and leaving them most of the day to reserve them, spoke to reception and they didn't act on it.

Incredibly noisy, not remotely clean, shaved hairs on the shower walls, limited EV charging that works intermittently and took us two days to get into, with people sitting their cars there. Breakfast was not great, average at best. We had to get ear plugs just to do the noise from clubs, but worse there was a high pitch squealing from under the door. Engineering came up to fix/adjust door seal. Didn't help very much and they didn’t offer any other suggestions except ear plugs. Pool is shared with all buildings, residential, smells like urine and excessive levels of chlorine. Gym was okay. Pillows are very old, as are all furnishings. Linen not changed and dust everyone, room “servicing” occurred no earlier than 2-3pm - when requested… Would not return or recommend

If you have a car, don’t stay in this hotel. You need at least one hour to get in or out of this streets because the street is one way and in the centre of surfer paradise have one entry. If no car then easy to walk and central location. Bathrooms are not clean and are full of mould. Breakfast is average but good and not the best. For Three nights, we paid $2850 for three days. In further I will stay in different place.

Room was very overpriced for what we received. Fridge was not big enough to hold a 2lt bottle of milk. Add in the mini bar drinks and you couldn’t fit anything in. Room was filled with dust, all along edging of room, under table and on doors. Mould in the shower and the shower hose kept falling apart. Put the do not disturb sign on the door and had housekeeping bang on the door even with the sign. Requested a high floor and given a very low floor and most rooms were vacant.

We had issues with a septic smell in our room which we advised centre Management, a spray was applied which masked the smell short term. We also spotted several cockroaches at the entrance where Mrs Margot’s cafe is located. The hotel is outdated & needs a refresh. We stayed there approx 18months ago it has gone down hill since then.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience! If you are looking for comfortable beds this is the place to stay. We booked at a great price with the option to pay upon arrival which was convenient.we booked 2 bedroom ocean view residence on the 42nd floor. The views are worth the upgrade.

Beautiful hotel, great location and facilities. You are right in the middle of everything. Only downside is half the hotel faces multiple night clubs, which go all night long. Good luck getting a good nights sleep. If you get placed on those first few levels, may as well go sleep at the night club.

We stayed in the Panorama Room - Facing the Ocean, it was a beautiful view! Very much enjoyed this during the day and in the evenings before going to bed. The room was excellent with a comfy bed and pillows, huge room, with a huge bathroom (one of the best bathrooms we have ever had in a hotel room!). The Buffet Breakfast was mostly Average and some items were Good, also, too crowded every single morning regardless of the time you went to eat. This hotel needs another Breakfast room to be opened to avoid the long lines and crowds, at least during the Holidays (Xmas week), which is when we were there. Its very unfortunate that right in front of this hotel their is a dance club and bars right next door to the hotel. Example of Noise from Dance Club/Bars while we were there on the 10th Floor Facing the Ocean. Tue night: no noise - club must be closed this night... Wed night: noise from 8pm to a bit before Midnight Thur night: noise from 8pm to 3:00 am! Fri night: noise from 9pm - 11pm-ish... Unfortunately, I would not stay here again, unless I turn 21 again.

I had an amazing experience with Hilton Surfers paradise. I received a warm welcome from receptionist Alex. Everyone here goes extra miles to offer help. Effil in Conceige offered huge support during my stay and she even helped me with my luggage, making tea for me as I got my back injury. We loved our stay at the Hilton. The staff were warm and friendly and ensured we were being looked after. From the check-in experience to the seamless check-out, Everything was perfect. The breakfast was lavish, and the staff there kept checking with us to see if we needed anything special from the Chef or to our liking. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Surfer's Paradise shopping precinct. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the toiletries were well-stocked. We were at level 5, and there was no street noise in the room.

Incredible stay - thank you Hilton team . From the warm welcome by Asuka at reception to the spacious beautiful clean room I can’t fault the service or the facilities- luxurious . The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay , texting you to ensure everything is as you want - amazing service. The bed is so comfortable I am going to buy one from Hilton at home . I will be back to celebrate my birthday .

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark. Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs. There were some changes to the buffet but you will always find scrambled eggs and bacon for sure. Staff are amazing too. Cathy, who was the front counter greeter all three mornings was amazingly friendly and approachable too. The hotel was clean and tidy, although the king bed may not have been as comfy as I'd hoped but you know what its not bad as some hotels I've stayed at. There is a gym and several pools, as well as a spa and sauna. Eforea onsite offers treatments such as massages, facials..I had two appointments both with the amazing Terese, who was fantastic hands like a goddess. Overall I was impressed with Hilton, its super close to trams so you can hop on and travel quite easily and super close to the beach and there are soooo many places to eat too.

Stayed at the Hilton with a family of 6 (4 children). Service was exceptional- from looking after our bags prior to check in and offering us passes to the pool, to free gifts for the children, exceptional buffet breakfast with something for everyone, kitchen facilities in the room and a concierge desk that was more than helpful with advice and guidance around transport. Would not fault the Hilton in any way and would highly recommend and stay there again as a family or just as a couple.

サーファーズパラダイスの目の前、GLINKの駅も近く、交通の弁は最高です。ただ、繁華街のど真ん中に位置するためしょうがないですが、目の前にクラブがあり深夜までうるさいです。静かな環境を求める方にはおすすめしません。私は寝る時にノイズキャンセリング機能付きのイヤホンを装着すれば騒音が気になりませんでした。近くにコンビニもスーパーもあり、繁華街近くなので観光もしやすく、地理的には最高です！旅の目的次第ですが、私はよかったです。

Location not appropriate for conservative family with small kids. Located opposite night clubs and adult clubs where people are always drunk, barely dressed and inappropriate language and behaviour in public. I would recommend to check the areas before booking this place because of the location.

My stay at the Hilton condominium in Australia was fantastic! It was incredibly comfortable and perfectly clean. They really had everything you could need. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Highly recommend!
