A bargain price for the quality and the location. Rooms are a little small. Clean, modern and comfortable otherwise.

Clean room, staff were kind. They do hold your luggage right out open in the lobby so be aware of what you leave in your bags just in case. Will be back - had a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Herald Square! The staff was incredibly responsive to our travel updates and needs and were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean, including our room, and the location was perfect for our trip since we were in town for a concert at Madison Square Garden. It was also surprisingly easy to access while driving into the city. The hotel offers valet parking, and the staff were also helpful in providing suggestions for nearby parking options. We chose to self-park simply because it was significantly more affordable than valet, and having convenient alternatives was really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again, especially when visiting the city for an event at MSG. The combination of a convenient location, clean accommodations, and genuinely helpful staff made this a great choice for our trip!
