They only good things we experienced are the convenience of location. The rooms are not what i expected. Our bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival, which was @11pm. There was still hair all over the floor and bathtub. The guest prior to us forget thier prescription medication which was on the floor in the room, which makes me believe even more so that the room wasn't cleaned. If you google search the property, there is a pool in the pictures which is very misleading!

First time staying at this location and was pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean, elevators were fast, parking in front of building and could clearly view our car. Plugs and outlets everywhere and they have a smart TV.

Hotel was OK, but unfortunately, we saw their Google review that showed an indoor pool but it does not have one. The hotel needs some upgrades. Also, it does not offer breakfast and they have an indoor bistro, but prices were a little high so we did not try it. Great location

Room was dirty when I arrived. Crumbs on the couch and floor. Toilet tissue in the toilet already. Went to the gym and there was no towels or cleaning solution. Weight bench was about to fall apart. Tried going to the gym the next morning and still no towels or cleaning solutions. Waited on staff over 30 minutes with no one coming to the front desk.

The staff that was there was very nice and friendly; however the hotel seemed under staffed. We were very disappointed to find out they got rid of their indoor pool and hot tub to replace it with a meeting room. Also the bistro in the lobby did not have a lot of choices to eat.

The property said that they had a pool which they didn't. The bar wasn't open the hours they said they would be and the power went out completely in my room

There esturant was closed, they ran ouf of TP, pool was closed. They never cleaned my room. The room I booked was not the same room I received,stains on mattress and sheet, and the Ice bucket was dirty and stuck to the counter.I can go on for days I would not stay there again.

We came to Raleigh for a family trip.This stay wasn’t very pleasant since there were ants in the bathroom, the bathroom tub was stained and the overall room felt outdated. The service at the front desk was fine but I probably will start only booking 4 star hotels and pay the extra money. Would not recommend for more than an overnight trip and that’s if there were no decent options left in the area :(.

the room when i got it was clean, however the maid never cleaned the room the 5 days that i was there. I had to go downstairs when i need fresh towels. I ran out of toilet paper you have to go to front desk for that. So for the price of the stay i didn't think it was worth it. The halls smelled the weed day and night for a non smoking hotel,i smelt weed all night, the elevator even smell like weed. For a Marriott i was a little disappointed. Felt more like a red roof inn

Hotel is right by a mall and restaurants.. so walkable if needed. About 15-20 mins from the downtown area but a quick drive. I definitely went in thinking our room would be more clean.. the lobby space is clean. But I felt our room wasn’t. Hair on pillows and under sheets. Bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Towels looked stained. Wasn’t thrilled about the cleanliness considering the brand of This hotel.

Hotel was a little dingy. My room was definitely not up to par. There were stains on the carpet, one of which was sticky like gum, there was what seemed to be mold on the balcony door, the shower was not clean the way I thought it should be, and the towels were ratty. I had to keep my flip-flops on in the shower and around the room because I was afraid to step on the carpet. I had to go to Target and buy a blanket pillow cases and face cloth and dry towel, because I was afraid to use there. This is the worst courtyard I have ever been in Raleigh North Carolina has some really nasty hotels.

The sofa in the room had stains on both sides of the cushion. The toilet ran constantly. The hall to the elevator on the first floor had a fowl order one night. Was not worth the stay, I had 3 rooms reserved for me and family and I was a little embarrassed that I plan this hotel. Unfortunately I didn’t do my homework on this hotel. No free breakfast, I promise this will never happen again. The only positive experience was the front desk staff she was great. I would give her 5 stars. I didn’t complain about the mention things above to anyone, I just decided I will never come back or recommend to anyone I know.

My first night there the A/C unit for the suite area did not work and the one in the bedroom area barely worked. When I notified the front desk, I was told that an email would be sent to have it looked at the next day and she gave me a box fan to help with the heat. Upon returning to the hotel the next evening around 5:30pm, she said that an email had been sent but apparently no one looked into the issue. Luckily the maintenance guy was still there and he was able to get the bedroom unit going and the suite unit barely going. They had all day to look into this, why wait until I’m there trying to use the bathroom and change for evening to look at it. The front desk lady at night was very polite, but could only do so much. I would NOT recommend staying here!!

The hotel itself is nice. The beds werent the most comfortable. Pretty stiff. For the majority of the hotel, it was very clean except our tub wasnt. The area around the hotel was so loud. Theres 2 restaurant in the parking lot. They were so loud playing music until they close at night. We were on the top floor so for it to keep us up it was loud.

The property was in walking distance to the mall. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed was kind of on the hard side, but overall i was pleased with the stay.

I was also confused why they had to have a credit card on file for incidentals. I had just stayed at one in Salisbury Maryland two days before and they did not ask for a credit card. You would also think that more expensive rooms would be for the end of the hallway. Not by the noisy elevator. The bathroom is also a bit poorly laid out. The shower door opens into the toilet. Seems dangerous. Also, the bed faces the window which is not great for sleeping in. The walls are also a bit fan. My get away stay was awesome, mind rejuvenating, and peaceful. I only wish breakfast was apart of my service request but it was still a awesome experience and my first time at this location. Mrs. Jennifer was great and detailed.

This property was very expense due to Parents weekend. It was old and rusty and had limited amenities. The front desk was very unhelpful. Tried to check in sent to another desk because the woman was trying to leave which we didn’t mind but then at check out time the woman at the desk was very rude and unhelpful when trying to add my Marriott stay points .

Nice Courtyard room, as expected. Housekeeping struggled a bit with missing service items on arrival and during stay. Staff was super friendly and everything was easily resolved. Location was convenient for our trip but is adjacent to a mall parking lot, so nothing much to see.

I have not stayed at this location for a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Just did a lat minute weekend getaway and my king side bed with a patio and sofa was just what I needed. The walk in shower and nice size flat screen were an added bonus. The young lady at the front desk was excellent and the fact that the hotel share the lot with a Chilli's restaurant and is near a mall and strip mall and a main thoroughfare make this hotel an ideal location. Can't wait to stay again.

Great place to stay. Please understand that you are not getting a normal breakfast, even if you pay for it. Your choices are extraordinarily limited. As are the times. Otherwise the staff was amazing, and the rooms were extraordinarily clean and comfortable.
