Hôtel Restaurant Athena Spa

Easy to get to via tram. Clean. Breakfast was good, but expensive. A little dissapointed the Spa element of the hotel is only open after 3pm.

Que dire de plus que c'est top pour le prix! Hotel récent à la déco très moderne. Un parking extérieur gratuit. Un garage spacieux aux grandes places. Beau lobby, excellent accueil. Un superbe SPA avec couloir de nage, jacuzzi, lit de bulles. Sauna 65°C et 85°C. Hammam, tisanerie. Belle salle de sport bien équipée. Chambre àssez spacieuse literie excellente. Il y a même une couverture polaire dans le placard si vous préférez à la couette. Bureau éclairé, plateau de courtoisie et biscuit. Frigo (vide) coffre fort. Salle de bain confortable avec serviettes haute qualité. Wc à part. Grande télé. Superbe petit dejeuner. Tres bon restaurant. Je reviendrai.

L ensemble des sercices sont au top Je mettrais peut etre un bemol sur l équipement de la salle de sport qui n est que cardio aucune possibilite de travailler avec des poids Sinon tres bien

Great staff! Rooms were clean and fairly new. The spa was really relaxing. Uncovered free parking and paid covered parking. 5 minute walk to the tram station.

Absolut solides Hotel, netter kleiner Wellnessbereich. Schöner Außenbereich, kostenfreie, sichere Parkplätze.

Hôtel acceptable pour sa catégorie mais le restaurant est fermé le dimanche midi et soir et le spa est fermé la semaine avant 15h. Et ce n’est pas indiqué sur la réservation d’origine, Dommage. l’hôtel est par ailleurs très excentré

Excellent if busy swimming pool

Great hotel outside of the city centre. Large , modern rooms. Good breakfast. Outdoor and garage parking available. We booked massages at the hotel. They were excellent!

Il n’y a rien à redire quant à notre séjour d une nuit à l’hôtel . Parking extérieur gratuit , spa disponible propre , accueil parfait , petit déjeuner très complet , chambre propre spacieuse . Je recommande .

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel

Wir mussten 2x das Zimmer Wechseln ohne Gepäckhilfe aufgrund von lärmender Klimaanlage. Beim zweiten Zimmer war dann kein Kühlschrank vorhanden . Frühstück war miserabel , rühreier konnte man trinken , Konsistenz war schleimig , Wurst und Käse waren sichtbar alt und vertrocknet , Kaffee war schlecht. Sauberkeit hielt sich in Grenzen , seines die Terasse oder die duschen im Spa Bereich . Spa Bereich war mit Chlor verseucht , laut durch Straßenlärm und keine Handtücher usw.

Clean, small indoor pool and sauna inclusive, good food in hotel restaurant. I think price and quality ratio is excellent in compare to other Strasbourg hotels! City train station is 200m far from hotel reception.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und verfügen über bequeme Betten. Die Damen an der Rezeption sowie alle anderen Beschäftigten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit der Tram ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, die Haltestelle ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Und hat das reichhaltige Frühstück sehr gut geschmeckt, es gibt wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Fein ist auch, dass es vegane Optionen (u.a. Sojajoghurt) und viel Obst etc. gibt. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt- das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

The room was excellent. It was very clean and well kept. I also loved the big windows and how big the room was. The hotel staff were super friendly and provided great customer service. The breakfast was great as well, they had a self serve open buffet. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in France so far. I would definitely book again.

Très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. La chambre était un peu petite pour trois personnes, mais bien aménagée et confortable. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, mais son prix nous a semblé un peu élevé. Séjour agréable malgré tout.

Très bel établissement, et belles prestations Petit bémol sur la température de la chambre , il faisait vraiment chaud et impossible de réguler la température.. petit déjeuner top

L’hôtel est très très mal insonorisé….. évitez les chambres donnant sur la rue car vous entendrez absolument tous les bruits et c est un lieu de passage même la nuit!

Arrivée très rapide, chambre propre Juste deux petits détails, le store ne se fermait pas Et le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas la lumière clignotait en permanence, donc pas d’obscurité totale dans la chambre Pour le reste, Hotel, calme confortable, bien entretenu personnel, sympathique

Très belle hôtel. Super piscine, spa et hamman. Resto très bon. Mais hôtel TRÈS TRÈS BRUYANTS. Les portes claquent, murs non-insonorisés. Nous attendons la télé, vibration du cellulaire du voisin de chambre ainsi que la Circulation autour. Je ne conseille pas.

Es war alles sehr gut, nur die minibar war leer. Kein 24h roomservice. Ansonsten alles sehr gepflegt ruhig und sauber.

Very nice spa area, the room was good, shower and toilet are separated which is uncommon but really great!!! The shower had good water pressure, too. I’d definitely get breakfast as there isn’t much in the surrounding area to go to. We had a rwally good time.

Restaurant qualitatif et original mais le service était limite…le vin n’est pas arrivé au même moment que les plats, attente des couverts alors que les plats étaient déjà servis, erreur sur l’addition. Dommage car c’était très bon et le service dénote un peu avec la qualité du repas. Concernant la chambre, la literie est à revoir. Le spa très jolie mais l’air ambiant était frais et la température de la piscine aurait méritée un ou deux degrés de plus.

Super équipe, hotel bien tenu et nehaud au bar tres sympathique !!!

La jeune femme a l’accueil était d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, et surtout de très bon conseil, je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

The best thing about the property is the front desk -- ever cheerful, ever helpful. The location is clean and quiet, but close to nothing: no restaurants, no shops, no facilities. The nearest thing to you is a tram stop about 400 metres away, and the nearest restaurants are one stop away from that. The proerty has only one restaurant, and on two of our four nights it was fully reserved for a tour group, leaving other guests to fend for themselves!

Alles klappte, sehr freundliche Bedienung, manchmal dauerte es etwas länger. Der Aufenthalt gefiel uns sehr, mit dem Tram das Zentrum zu erreichen, ist einfach. Garage prima.

Inadmissible !! Ma réservation a été annulée le jour même à 12h par l’hôtel directement Sans me prévenir ! Un vrai scandale J’ai contacté l’hôtel la vieille pour réserver une place de parking. Accueil charmant et nous avons effectué la réservation du parking. J’ai reçu un mail le jour de mon arrivée à 7h du matin dont l’objet était reservation de votre hôtel ( en sachant que48h avant j’avais confirmé ma réservation via un mail reçu de l’hôtel dans ce sens là ). J’ai donc imaginé que ce nouveau mail du matin ne m’apportait aucune information complémentaire. Étant en rendezvous professionnel toute la matinée jusqu’à 12h je n’ai pu ouvrir mon mail qu’à 12h15. Ce mail précisait que ma carte bleue n’était pas valide et que ma réservation était annulée si je n’appelais pas avant 12h. J’ai donc appelé l’hôtel immédiatement. Ma réservation a été purement et simplement annulée sans un coup de fil de l’hôtel ! Et il ne restait plus de chambre pour le samedi soir. Nos chambres avaient déjà été revendues ! Je pouvais venir le vendredi soir ( il restait encore 2 chambres) puis me débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel le samedi soir! Ce week-end était organisé depuis des mois avec mes enfants et mon mari. C’est un rituel de passer ce week-end avec nos enfants tous les ans ( notre dîner dans un étoilé était déjà payé en partie) L’hôtel n’a cherché aucune solution et nous a laissé en plan totalement ! Je suis vraiment scandalisée par cette attitude totalement irrespectueuse.

Excellent staffs with outstanding service. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very centrally located, easy to get to everywhere. Enjoyed every moments of our 6 nights stay.

The Hotel Athéna was great. The room was clean and modern. The property is a little out of the way but the A and D tram line is less than a five minute walk. But the best part of my stay was the staff. They are the shining stars of this hotel. They were so kind and helpful no matter what I asked. They Helped me figure out what port my river cruise was leaving from. Found a currency exchange spot for me. Directed me to the pick up location for an excursion. They were so lovely! Thank you for making my stay with you so great!!!

Service déplorable

Chambre propre avec un grand lit, petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Personnel agréable et souriant. L'accès au tram est a 5min a pied avec deux lignes de tram qui desservent toutes les deux le centre et la cathédrale. Très agréable séjour.

2 eme fois que l on y va pour marché de Noël idéalement située pas loin du tram station Ducs d'Alsace pour faire le marché sans soucis et relaxation au spa apres avoir bien marché . Je recommande

Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds, pillows and linens are all good quality and in great condition. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is about a 5 min walk and an easy 15 minute tram ride to the city center. The one downside is that there are no dining options nearby the hotel, other than the hotel itself. If I stay I Strasbourg again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Really friendly and Helpful Reception Staff. Secure Bike Storage and great pool area. A little out of Strasbourg but regular cheap tram service gets you into the centre in 10 minutes

Recepcionista muito gentis, bom café da manhã. O hotel não fica na zona central, porém é muito fácil usar um trem que fica perto e te deixa no centro

en general estaba todo bien, habitación correcta, buen desayuno y excelente cena en el bistrot, esta alejado del centro pero muy cerca hay una parada de tranvia que en 7 m estas en el centro.

Das Hotel befindet sich 3 Km vom Zentrum aber ist gut erreichbar mit Tram A oder D. Sehr nette Angestellten am Rezeption. Das Fruhstuck ist sehr gut und ist was es kostet wert. Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare SPA, mit Sauna, Hammam, relax Raum, Swimmenbad und Gym. Ich empfehle sicher dieses Hotel.

L’hébergement est super, le restaurant n’ai pas très intéressant car les portions sont petites et le menu n’est pas extra.

We had a great stay. We really liked the breakfast which was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were great. It's very close to the tram stop so getting into Strasbourg is easy

I was on a business trip for 18 days in Strasbourg. I booked the 1st 7 days at Hotel Athena Spa in order to see if I could spend so much time at one hotel. There were a few things in the beginning which made me re-consider and move elsewhere but I decided to stay the full 18 days. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although a small selection had incredible food so all in all, it felt like my home away from home.

*Spa facility closed until 3pm each day. *Restaurant was closed entirely. None of this was mentioned before booking. *To eat dinner you needed to eat elsewhere but there was few options around. *Dried yellow crystalised urine all over the tiles around the toilet. *Not even a complimentary bottle of water left in the room. *TV in the lobby only showing a fashion channel. When asking to put a sports channel on I was told it is not possible.

Great food in their resto. Staff were accomodating. Spa is nice and very convenient after a long day out in the cold walking about in Christmas markets and exploring the city.

Rooms were comfortable, easy parking, but breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff were very helpful on the front desk and ok in the restaurant . Nice pool with pool towels in room and close to the tram service that runs every 10mins to the city, you can get your tickets from machine but make sure to tap in each time before you get on a tram.

L’hôtel est bien, moderne, top, propre. Niveau restauration c’est trop cher par rapport à la qualité à part le petit déjeuner. Durée d’attente trop long et prix trop cher (notamment le burger poulet)

The staff are friendly and helpful--particularly with explaining the tram sysytem. The hotel is only 7 or 8 minutes from the centre of the old city by tram. The restaurant has a good, but short, menu in the event you do not want to venture out in the evening. The rooms are quiet and there are extra pillows. The spa makes the stay worthwhile/ nice pool and sauna, great masseuse! Breakfast is wonderful.
