Check-in was quick and painless . low deposit amount was cool not used to that . part of the facilities was under construction luckily my room was far from it. overall the room was nice although bed blankets took me back to the 90s seeing them . this place is economic and less than 10 min walk to cowboys stadium . which is why we were in town . i would come stay again to see how the remodeled rooms look .

Charged me $20 to park saying if I were only staying one night, it works be free, but two nights is $20. The first room the had me in had a stool that didn't work. The rooms are dated with banged up furniture and walls. Overall disrepair. Old and not kept up. Raised the price to more than double because an event was in the area. Not worth the money. Stay away.

This hotel was horrible!!! Do NOT stay here. To start with they charge $20 for parking which is not valet or secured parking. The front area looked like a crime scene with caution tape & sleeping bags where homeless people camp. Once we got into the room stunk of weed. The sheets were rough & old looking. The curtain was almost see through from being so old. The curtains had duck tape to hold them in place. The mini fridge didn’t open all the way. Overall a horrible hotel. I could get out of there fast enough. Asked for a refund, but no luck.

This is a very run-down and old hotel. What you see in the Expedia image is not what you find in person. Access from the parking lot to the room is difficult. The stairs are unpainted and rusty. The door had no lock and was broken. There was a lot of noise around a car wash, and there was rust and broken parts inside. The location is good, but the maintenance is terrible. For a moment, we thought the hotel was already abandoned.

The property was unsafe, no smoke detectors, roaches, they didn"t clean the room daily, it a bad smell to the room, people kept knocking on the door at night, people standing outside of our room all time of the night, warer leak around the tub wires hanging out of the ceiling, holes in the walls, no security locks. The room was clean but trashed. Spills and who knows what on what walls they did have. No smoke detector, the toilet leaked, holes in the walls, TP holder was broken, the couch had rips and burns, the shower barely worked. If you turned to cool down it work go off. At least there was hot water. Noisey area, dog poop on the second level. The stairs need to checked. Creak and pop and a hazard waiting to happen. Good points Hot water, bed was comfy and clean and the tv worked. You get what you paid for and it was only 1 night.

The room was completely outdated, the ceiling in the shower was coming down, the exhaust fan didn't work, it has a no smoking sign on the door but smells like smoke. My girlfriend killed what I believe was a roach that was crawling across the carpet. I would not recommend staying there.

First room has cockroaches and spiders. Heater didn’t work and thin blankets. Second room, after reporting the cockroach landing on my face in the middle of the night, was better. Still no heater but thicker blankets helped. Proximity to AT&T was amazing. Literally walking distance which was the only redeeming feature.

They had bedbugs and the cleaners did not come to service the room at all. I had to clean my own room bring my own towels and covers. I was bitten by bed bugs and I am very upset.

The room was hot. The door was missing weather stripping, so the heat from outside was inside. The toilet was not clean. I had to clean it before use. The shower also was not clean, so we didn't use it.

Good basic room for the price, walking distance to the stadium was easy. Room walls were a bit nasty and the bathroom door had been kicked open at some point so it wouldn’t lock shut. But overall good value for the buck. Bed was AMAZING though! Super comfy

Staff was helpful when I asked questions. The property is run down, but clean. My biggest complaint during our stay was the noise. One neighbor up by our door taking all night. Another individual outside yelling on the phone just before 7 am. The area around is good, we walked to the game and back. It served its purpose and gave us a roof over our head for the night, but hard to sleep when people are partying outside your door all night.

The room was extremely dated. Paint ripping off the walls, dresser missing the handle. The toilet seat was broken lol and the shower needed a little wipe down, however, I’m young and didn’t need anything nice, it was a fine place to sleep. For the price of a night, I would stay here again. If you’re looking for anything nice or for the family, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Heat/Air worked. Sheets seemed clean. Everything about the room was old with a grunge that comes with that. It felt like they cleaned the room but the carpet and bedspreads were beyond cleaning, furniture was greasy feeling, and the corners and baseboards were stained. Toilet wobbled and the bathroom in general was a little gross. Paint peeling off of all of the room doors. It was close to AT&T Stadium and that was about all that was good about it.

The person working front desk asked me he if could keep the change and tried to charge more for the room I already booked. He took my wife’s license and argued with us when we asked to have it back. Saying he gave it back that we lost it.

The highlight is the walk distance to AT&T Stadium for those attending a Dallas Cowboys game (or maybe Globe Life Field for a Texas Rangers game). Very simple, kinda expensive for what it is, probably because of the game the price spiked. Staff was very helpful and understanding into allowing me to do an early check-in.

On arrival attendant was rude and demanded a $30 fee that was suppose to be refundable if no damages. The room had a hole in the bathroom wall, only one light worked and did not look like the pictures posted on their site. When I checked out no one came to the desk after waiting 10 minutes,

Took FOREVER to get checked in. A random $30 deposit that has only required by me not fhe ofher fella. Which was odd. And would not allow me to put card on file but rather have the $30 instead. But the mother made everything much better. She's so sweet.

The walk to AT&T stadium is so short, great away to avoid traffic during events. Also I forgot something on my way out, and they were kind enough to locate it and ship it out to me. Will use again for events at the stadium.

This place is exactly what you would expect. Was exactly what we needed to go to a football game. Great place to sleep, walk to the game, and hang out at Texas Live. The building is a little older, but it is serviceable to have a cheap and clean place to stay.

It is almost right next to AT&T Stadium and it is quite close to UT Arlington and downtown. It is quite wornout and not very well maintained though. But for the price and location it is very enough for a brief stay.

The staff are excellent. What I did not like is the fact that there was no toothpaste and a toothbrush. It will be good to have a mug and tea bags in the room. Though there was a microwave but it was difficult heating up water for tea since there was no mug
