A wonderful hotel with a very high standard of quality. Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful, and attentive. They notice when you need assistance without you even having to ask. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

The hotel masjid outdoor terrace is amazing, worth the premium price for the calm exclusive environment needed for worship.This is the best hotel especially during high season Ramadan, food was delicious and plenty of choice of cuisine.Mocktails were my favourite. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.2 separate toilets in each 1 bedroom suites which is a bonus with multiple people in the room.One way to make this hotel better is to have at least 4 lifts completely private for Raffles hotel only accessed by the Raffles card and also a Raffles lift attendant making sure only Raffles guest use them this will help with the chaos of the queque’s for the lifts which are all shared by the other hotels in the building.There should be an exlusive lift which Raffles guest can access to get to the levels 3 and 4 where the food court is.You can be quequeing for upto 45minutes to get in the lift to get to the haram and food court.The actual lifts between Raffles hotel floors are very efficient and plentiful.All the staff are very polite and welcoming.

The Royal Service staff were exceptional—always quick to respond, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast team at Al Qasr Restaurant were equally wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs. They already have a small gluten-free corner available, and the staff were very supportive in providing additional suitable options.
