The room was super clean. The environment outside was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was extremely clean and it's available 24/7 to it's guests! Very satisfied. Definitely worth a return.

We had stayed at this property many years ago. We wanted to try it again because we love the size of the beds and it's close to some areas that we visit. However this time we were not very pleased with a few items. No breakfast in the morning, hot water was not available and had to be turned on, and the property seems to not be well kept. We had a good night's sleep but we will most likely not recommend to anyone due to our recent experience.

Nice motel, but there was NO coffee, breakfast. Lobby entrance door was locked at breakfast time. Being in Texas with warm weather, you would have thought that there would be some chairs to sit outside!

While booking, Expedia mentioned there is breakfast included but the property said its not provided. The key card didnt work and the front desk lady had to manually open it with a key. The door handle had something sticky on it, which we had to cleaned. The bath tub had rust spots on it. There were no hangers to hang our clothes. Iron box was also not provided.

The outside property is nice, our room sparse and old. Low water pressure due to corrosion on facet. The extra chair was dirty, bed lumpy, no remote for TV and no extra blanket or pillows. The description said a restaurant, room service, concierge, bar and many other amenities that we didn’t see nor would we have tried due to the state of the room. We would have left but had paid for it in advance from the photos and were unsure if we could find another room in a different hotel.

They didn't want to give you towels or a wash cloth bc the maid did not put one in there. Beds was not clean there was blood or something on the pillowcase. Check in late had to be at work at 6am finally got a different room by 1am was back up by 5am.

The kitchen faucet leaked really bad. The shower didn’t have any water pressure. There was a live roach (bug) on the bathroom counter when we went in. I woke up to a roach crawling on my hand in the middle of the night.

The room was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. When showering the water was not draining quickly and filling the tub. The water was coming out of the shower head and the bottom spout. The toggle switch was stuck so it didn’t not work

The thing I did like was the location of the property to both Harlingen and San Benito. The things I did not like were the showers. I have stayed here before and the showers are not good. When you pull the diverter valve to turn on the shower head it sticks, so you get water coming out of the shower head and water still coming out of the lower faucet. This causes horrible water pressure.

It was good, I’m a regular here but this room was with broken appliances like the fridge was not working and one of the lights was broken, which the fridge was more of what set off most of it as we couldn’t store cold or anything in the fridge. We had to repair it ourselves. Besides that, the room was fine, just wish they’d make sure appliances worked more.

I send an email to have upper management contact me and please don't have the disrespectful rude Juan call. We have not received a call. We lost our key went to front desk to ask for key well it just happen that they could not give us a key because they had registered someone else they should us how our room with our stuff in there was registered under someone else name... Lost shirts-cleaning lady had returned to front desk but were lost.. By order of Mr. Juan because we ask for a quote for the salon and did get it, we are not allowed to stay there anymore... And if we reserve online we will lose our money... That Juan guy threatening to call the police which we said please do ... He was trying to provoke into fighting doing signs with his 👊 fist saying he wanted to fight 😡. And many more things ... Of course we won't be coming back ... Other then this guy the rest of the staff was nice and respectful and helpful We are looking into this with officials

The staff was wonderful. Juan went out of his way to make me feel safe and comfortable since I was traveling by myself. The property was clean and quiet. There was a restaurant right across the street which was very convenient. Thanks again Juan for your hospitality.
