Rodeway Inn & Suites Winnfield

Pool was horrible. It looked like a science experiment. Tub/shower not very clean as well. No anti slip in the tub. Mini fridge needed to be wiped out.

Swimming pool broken. I booked a room with jetted tub. That was broken. Work out area closed.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property owner needs to do updates. Pillows and bedding were extremely old and in need of replacing. The pool was in bad shape. Smell of marijuana in and around property.

Well the smell of Marijuana coming from the room across from us was so strong hopefully i don't get a piss test at my job anytime soon!! Night time front desk clerk was not very sociable at all. Elevators broken, need more handicapped parking.

The Internet did not work throughout my stay, and the desk staff could not provide resources or support to troubleshoot; the ice machine was not working throughout my stay, and I had challenges getting the elevator to operate as it should. The buttons were stuck, and the doors did not close promptly. The walls are also paper thin--I could hear other guests snoring and having sex throughout my stay. For a week-long stay, I was provided with two towels for bathing, and no additional towels were offered. There were also unexplained stains on my bedding that made me uncomfortable throughout the stay. The staff were also not the most professional. When I arrived to the property during the night, the guy working the front desk was wearing sweats, watching reality tv in the lobby with no shoes on. Throughout my stay, this gentleman used curse words and other unbecoming language whenever I interacted with him. I did appreciate the breakfast that was provided, but options were limited and I'd rather not see the breakfast options prepared at the time guests are attempting to eat. Preparing pancakes in the microwaves meant that guests were not able to use the microwave.

Pool closed... only reason i booked this time.... and the oool was closed. I have no complaints about this place i stay here every time I come to see my daughter and grands. But hey they could have said something about the pool 1st. Dayva is amazing... rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok. Hot at least.

The property was old with few amenities. The mattress slid off of the box spring when we sat on it. The water was brown coming from the bathroom faucets and toilet. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was fresh and hot. There was a decent selection. The woman making breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The tub & mirror was dirty. Lampshades & alarm clock & fitness machines broken. Tub was so disgusting it was unusable with dirt, bugs and film in it. Bathroom door wouldn't lock.

Hard to sleep a bunch of drunks keep us up all night. I booked a room with a large tub. Room was not available. Staff was nice.

The staff was friendly at check in and checkout. The room was nice, but there was toothpaste in the sink and the alarm clock kept making a weird noise so I had to unplug it. Continental breakfast was better than most hotels. All in all, my husband and I would stay again!

The water quality was horrible to look at yellow like pee. They say it’s us the norm for Winnfield, LA. Would not drink it but they say it is safe. There were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. It looked like they just did not pay attention to details like throwing the new garbage bags in the cans for the guest to put in themselves before using. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Room did seem clean not bad.staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

There were roaches, The AC didn't work properly, the room had a terrible smell, and apparently there was some kind of incident the day we left that resulted in multiple police officers showing up. We will not be staying here ever again

Soon as I walked in the room They had roaches and bugs in bed so I went down to the lobby and told them and they didn’t do anything so i grabbed my stuff and had to drive 45 minutes for a decent hotel.

1 of the 4 rooms I paid for was a smoking room. 1 of the 4 rooms I paid for had a used pregnancy test under the sheets. 1 of the 4 rooms I paid for had dirty wash cloths left in the shower. 1 of the 4 rooms I paid for had half used shampoo bottles. 2 of the 4 rooms I paid for had questionable substances on the night stands and head boards. 4 of the 4 rooms I paid for had brown water.

The room furniture (pull out/ottom & chair) were dirty/stained but able to pry from the sticky substance that had it stuck to the wall. Pushed away and didn’t use. The tub/shower was mildewed with cracked peeling wall, water was brown even though I read a sign that said it was “sanitary”. One outlet worked aside from the TV, had to call the front desk using my cell. Tv remote fell apart. Towels were stained (brought my own) Bed was ok for comfort (I brought my own cleaning products) all 3 pillows flattened to one decent pillow. Breakfast was frozen eggos, yogurt left on the counter, no milk, apple juice smelled like a fart. Staff was super friendly and attentive despite the conditions they work in. I HIGHLY ADVISE pay more for a better place

We stayed for 2 days . The room could've been a lot cleaner when we arrived . They had a towel laid out in the icebox soaked with water and the freezer had a huge chunk of ice in it . Water was everywhere all around the ice box then after I cleaned it up I put some drinks and grapes and some microwave frozen biscuits in it and they never got cold. I was not happy . And the music that the Mexicans play right outside the hotel in the parking lot was loud and half the night. I couldn't rest . My stay was miserable both nights .

Check in & out staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Housekeepers came and went without interruption. Very much appreciated.

Anastasia was really helpful and informative. We had come in for a funeral and she was comforting and easy to work with.

Horrible service, horrible treatment, terrible accommodations, noisy/loud/screaming neighbors even after notifying staff 4 times. The manager, Veronica could have cared less, Quinn, the acting manager, hung up in my face. JUST AWFUL!!!!!!

The lady at the front desk was very nosy asking personal questions and then she told one of her friends my personal information and I did not appreciate that nor think it was professional at all. I will probably choose another place next time.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. We checked in late and was able to upgrade with no extra charge. The only problem we had was thw room next to us complained about out TV being loud even after the staff stood outside our door and couldn't hear it. They eventually moved her to another room.

There’s a Walmart right next door, which is very convenient since you always need something, and several eating places within driving distance. The continental breakfast was decent.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & had a microwave and mini refrigerator which was very convenient. The hotel is walking distance to Walmart, Murphy USA & Burger King.

The stay was as expected. It was not that clean. I don’t think the room was fully cleaned. The couch was dirty and the feig had a half drunk OJ. The shower had someone person was still left in the shower rod. Theee was hair all over the floor in bathroom. The sheets were clean and the air worked. The TV was as expected. It wasn’t a smart TV. The bulbs were of all different kinds some reg and some led bright and soft. There was just a lack of detail on cleaning but it wasn’t a popular hotel. The breakfast was ok but they left the jar of Kelly out from the night before so I was nervous about eating. I ate anyway and had to get my own milk from the kitchen. Front desk s Told me to get it cause she was on the phone. So I got the carton and checked the date. It was 5 days expired already. So that point I just left
