Another successful stay, I love this place. Troy and Chris are great!!! It was great to hear about there family. Would definitely stay again.

Since I knew I was going to be coming in late, the do-it-yourself check in was perfect for me. The room in question was very comfortable, great bed and bathroom. I was a little unclear from past reviews if they did breakfast, but they do so long as you check in on the sign up sheet. I'm guessing previous guests may have missed that. The owner will quickly cook you up a good breakfast or breakfast sandwich as you prefer. Would definitely stay again.

Would be good to get the Wi-Fi password without going through Expedia to send a message. Also we’re not sure if stove in the room was operable but we did eventually find the thermostat in the hallway near the stairs.

Highly recommend for many reasons! Breakfast was just as amazing as all the other reviews said it was. The room was clean and cozy. Troy and Christine are wonderful hosts who made our two night stay an amazing experience. We booked the king bed suite last minute in late March for a quick getaway and this place was just what we needed - quaint and quiet. The common room with the pellet stove running at night was the perfect way to end our days venturing around the White Mountains. The location is ideal as well, close to many of the common sightseeing areas of the White Mountains.

Great room. Very clean and comfortable and wonderful common space. Owners are extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 2 night stay. Highly recommend this establishment. Will be coming back here in the future if we come down this way.

24 hour check in. They don't do a full breakfast anymore, just Continental. It lacks a personal touch, like higher end teas/coffee or local coffee . Tissues and lotion in the room and what type of soap is in the shower bottles. I have allergies to some soap.

The location made it easy to find. It is in a quiet area not far from Laconia for bike week. It felt safe to park our motorcycles close to the building in clear view. The host and hostess where great.

We loved staying at Sunny G. The bed was comfortable the room spacious and quiet. We loved the gas stove in our room, for great ambiance and warmth. The location was perfect for skiing and hiking so close to Waterville Valley. We highly recommend a stay at Sunny Grange.

The check in process was so easy and quick. The house is a charming old house, and the space is so well laid out for the guest rooms.

Misrepresented online. Building was probably over 100 years old. Room had no safety egress. Floor was sloped and very uneven. No one was around for breakfast which consisted of bread options, muffins, freeze dried oatmeal in a plastic cup, and rotten fruit. No amenities in room and there was no heat. Shower had hair on walls. Portable air conditioner in window that was poorly sealed. Road noise due to location on busy road.

Place has been poorly kept and very dirty. My wife did not want to take a shower there since bath tub was wasnot very clean.

I feel badly adding such a negative rating, but I think it is important to for you to know the following: * The northeast is experiencing an intense heat wave right now and no one thought to turn on the very old and dirty a/c unit in my room prior to my arrival. It took several hours for my room to cool down. * Room 6 needs a really good cleaning. * The bed is old and it sags significantly in the middle. Needless to say, sleep was difficult and uncomfortable. * The handle on the bathroom faucet was slimy. * The containers in the shower are unmarked. * * * Breakfast was posted for 7:00 AM, but no one was in the dining area when I arrived downstairs at 7:25 AM.

Very clean

Beds so soft that they will hurt your back even if you have no back issues, as it did for me. Lack of air in the room with an A/C that doesn't even work properly and is blocking the window. The air fan was dirty

B&B was very clean and the owners were very welcoming. Would go again and would recommend to others.

There were cob webs in our bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the ac was loud. Breakfast was early everyday, the food was good. We could the fridge so that was nice of them. Close to Plymouth and Lincoln. It was only an average or slightly below average B&B. It was ok but nothing special.

My husband and I had a great night here. No tv in our room had us connecting to each other! Nice and clean. Ac worked great and not a peep at night.

Breakfast choices great. Apple juice only however, for fruit. Small facility . Summer visit. Clean. Friendly guests in dining room. Bedrooms are sparsely furnished and old furniture, but adequate. One person staff friendly and cook.

The room was super comfortable. I only have a USB cable, and after I called, she told me that the lamps were usb friendly. Even though the bathroom was not in the room, it was just next door. It wasn’t a problem at all. Breakfast was delicious.

Where do I start?Narrow stairs led to a room with no windows.There were no amenities in the room or bathroom, not even a waste basket. I had to ask for soap to take a shower, despite the dollar store being right down the street. Upon arrival, the owner proudly announcing she had just been at the gym.Three closets in the room were unlocked and full of the owner's stuff. There were no nightstands or outlets at the head of the bed and no TV in the room. Half of breakfast was under cooked. The living room window was open at 8am and it was cold outside (30's or 40's). Two other windows were stuck open and only had screens; no storm windows. The fireplace was not lit, so there was no enjoying the living room. It seemed the owners wanted everyone out. My phone was not charged after leaving it in the room outlet over night. I heard one of the other guestscsay the same thing to the owner, as I could hear everything said in the kitchen from the upstairs room.The temperature in the room was set at 61when I checked out. It was set up so that only the owner could control the temperature in the room. The house is situated on a narrow triangle berween two streets. There is no patio, deck or view. Fortunately I was able to book a room at Woodstock Inn NHSCOT for next year, close to the same price. I would not recommend staying here, clearly a money making operation, renting 6 ro. There are many other places in the area that care about the comfort of their Thei is nothin Sunny about Sunny B.

This is a family-run small business. Do not expect something luxurious. There was no TV, no coffee pot, no microwave in the room. The funniest thing is there was only one kind of liquid in the shower area. I was not sure if it was shampoo, or conditioner, or body washer. No label on the bottle. The breakfast is freshly made to order though. And the owner was very friendly.

Not surprised about the set up - aged house, cold room, creaking headboard and old sheets. But really surprised and shocked with the rudeness and attitude of the hosts right from check in to check out. I had booked a suite for our family of 2 adults and a 5 yr old kid(agreed for additional guest payment). "Suite 2, thru the house, 2nd floor, right door" was the instruction on a board.one side of the house was dark, so on the other side, entered a wrong empty room apparently through the wrong staircase. When I found the correct room, an unknown person rushing in to the room with agitated tone "why are you going all over the house? i have guests in the other room, they wont like you going to their room”. The only room I wrongly entered was empty! Asked him "are you the host”, he replied he was the owner. i told him "my bad! not sure which direction to go at a new place with instruction as 'thru the house'. better direction or lights on would have helped". He said he could check the camera if the staircase door was closed or open when i entered! Unwarranted. Next morning we went down to breakfast at 8:18 after mentioning breakfast time as 8 in a checkin paper, our mistake. First words from the lady host (not introduced herself, so assuming) "decided to get breakfast, huh? some coffee and juice left if you want. you did not come at 8, so we decided you didn’t want breakfast." Instruction said breakfast until 8:30.Insulting,rudest, hostile hosts ever met.

We have stayed here several times and find it a very comfortable, clean, cozy country Inn. The owners are very nice and prepare a fresh breakfast for each guest, with several options, including a breakfast sandwich to go. Good location to go to Waterville Valley and other destinations off of Rt.93. Close to trails for winter sports and hiking. Several restaurants close by.

Breakfast was wonderful, much better than the typical hotel. The owners are very pleasant and friendly, and we had enjoyed their company each morning. We had a very nice relaxing time while we were there.

The Sunny G B&B was great! Cleanliness, location, and price are always my top priority when making a reservation and this place checked all the boxes. The bonus is how awesome the owners Troy and Christina are. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be a repeat guest. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay for a ski trip to Waterville valley (B and B is about 15 minutes drive from Waterville, which has free parking). Nice atmosphere, lovely hosts, and delicious breakfast.

The reviews were misleading. We read that they had a wonderful breakfast. We arrived at the property and our room assignment was written on a chalkboard. We never saw the owners at all. In the morning, there was a stale continental breakfast waiting downstairs. We still never saw the proprietor. We spoke to another couple that had stayed at the property before and they told us about the wonderful breakfast. We booked this location based on the reviews. We were very disappointed.

Attended event at Owl's Nest and very convenient 4 minute drive. Comfy and quiet.

This place is so nice. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was much better than any we’ve had anywhere else.

The host was there to meet us but didn't show us to our room. On the website, the home looks like it's on a quiet spot but it sits on a junction of a road that is busy during the day and there is no private outdoor sitting space. There was no heating in the room and we ending up bringing a heater from the hallway in to use as there was none around to ask about the central heating. The central heating came on in the morning - an old system that was noisy and woke us. We were not introduced to the kitchen facilities and there wasn't even a drinking glass in the room. It felt awkward going into the shared kitchen to get cups especially with the notice up on the fridge that it wasn't for genetal use. Bed was comfy and all breakfast options were all cooked; they were fresh and tasty. However, last sitting was 8am which is too early for being on holiday. We certainly wouldn't have booked if we'd known this. Overall was a ok, basic B&B close to the I-93, not a holiday retreat which it looked like from the website. We were disappointed.

We had a pleasant overnight stay that concluded with some delicious cheesecake French toast with berries in the morning. Both the owners and the evening welcomer seemed very pleasant and I would definitely recommend a stay at Sunny G!

This should be called a B , not a B&B. This was the most basic breakfast I have ever had at a B&B. It was some bread, a muffin, a cooking apple and coffee. If you can make it up to St Johnsbury, stay at Cherry Hill and see what a B&B breakfast is.
