Public areas, lifts and dining hall are kept neat throughout the day. Housekeeping are polite and unobtrusive. Feels hygienic and well-maintained. Staff – Warm, Respectful & Helpful 24-hour reception — every team member greets you kindly and responds quickly. Special mention: front desk and restaurant staff go out of their way to assist, give directions, and solve small issues promptly. They speak Arabic + English well. Shuttle to Haram – Most Important! Free, frequent shuttle to Al Haram — approx. 5 minutes ride, drops near the ma bus stops (very convenient) Runs regularly through the day and into the night — perfect if walking is hard Much easier than walking when your legs are painful — just ask reception or head down before 30 minutes prayer time. Our experience was very good. Hotel is quiet. Staff is very nice. Room was nice and clean. Only issue is that shuttle runs once every 45-60 mins, so most times we ended up taking a taxi, which is 10-15 riyal each way. Walking would be 30 mins because you have to go over the mountain. Overall, I was happy with the stay
