Very nice location on Lake Michigan. Very clean and well maintained. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, with indoor whirlpool and sauna. Staff very courteous and responsive. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very polite and welcoming. The place is very quiet and has a beautiful scenery to the lake. Love that it had an indoor pool with sauna and whirlpool. Also the fact that it has an outdoor pool too so both pools aren’t so congested in the summer time. The only few things I would recommend is to have sharper knives or keep a knife sharpener in the drawers as the knives were very dull when we had to use them to make dinner. Also the AC needs an update as they are so loud at night. Otherwise we definitely would come back cause everything else was great! Thanks Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort!

Comfortable, spacious suites at an affordable price. Beautiful view of Sturgeon Bay, close to town. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Board games and puzzles available to use. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were well maintained. We will definitely be staying here again.

Updated and very clean. New furniture, comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen. Friendly staff. Wonderful view of the bay and Lake Michigan. Very peaceful and quiet. Could be a bit noisy "in season." We enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Loved the fireplace and the view was gorgeous. I can only imagine what its like in warmer months. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself looked well taken care of. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They have suana we didnt try it, but a nice addition. Will definitely come back.

Our suite was roomy and full equipped (kitchen, living, patio), the service and front desk staff, especially Luke, were super helpful. The sunset over the bay was AMAZING! Good location. We had fun stand up paddling at sunset one of the calm nights, some of the other days were too windy. We would definitely stay again and this was a great value compared to other properties.

The accessible 1-bed was really nice. I'm not disabled but it really perfectly good for what I needed and roomy, and the lovely lady I confirmed my booking with got me into a top floor room with direct views onto the lake, which were absolutely gorgeous. The bed was super comfy (I felt like I was in my own bed), the weather was perfect to have the windows open, the shower was super nice and it appears they've made some improvements since I last stayed here two years ago (possibly redoing the carpets and such). Also, sitting on their little pier with a bench at 1am was so peaceful and beautiful. This is a great place, but book early as they fill up during the warm months. (It's also a 2 minute drive from my aunt's house and also convenient to both downtown sections of Sturgeon Bay and on a main road that gets up to Egg Harbor, Sister Bay, and Bailey's Harbor, so I always try to get in here when we have our annual family gathering in Door County as it's kind of central to everything and you don't have to deal with movable bridges or anything if you're heading north.) Note they even have some EV parking slots, but you'll need to bring your own cable to connect your car (and it's a slow charger, but you can trickle charge all night and stay a little topped up without driving down to Green Bay where faster chargers are).

Room had everything we needed including a great view of the water. Only negative was that we were there during opening weekend of deer hunting and had a group of hunters staying above us so each morning we were woken up at least an hour before sunrise as they stomped around the room getting ready. At least they left fairly quickly and we were able to get back to sleep. Overall had a good stay and likely would stay again.

Great suite to stay in. My wife and I came up for an ice fishing trip from Indiana and while the fish didn't cooperate, this place didn't disappoint. Only complaint that we had was the fan in the bedroom didn't work. We got a very late start and weren't going to be there by 10 pm, so I just called and they left my keys and papers there waiting for us. Seemless!

Overall a nice place. Close to Sturgeon Bay activities and nice area to ride bike. We stayed in a suite with a king mattress. The room was super tight - about 500 sf. the AC worked great but super loud but the mattress was so uncomfortable and worn out. Couldn't sleep. That was frustrating! Room carpet felt dirty. Overall clean but you could see that the resort is needing some upgrades. Patio door screen should have been replaced. View was amazing. they have a pool both inside and out but that's about it. No shoreline so don't think you are going to walk along the shore. You have to go three miles down the road for a park/beach. Overall a nice place. Staff is wonderful.

We just stayed at your resort and had a wonderful stay. Your suites are beautiful including the amazing view and your beds are so comfy! We loved using the hot tub as well. Last but not least your employees are amazing because they are super friendly and helpful!! We will be coming back again.

Our stay was wonderful and the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. The place is very family friendly with two pools, both heated! There's not much around the property, so for food you will need to drive. We were able to order delivery from the local town which was a bonus! Overall as a rendezvous point to explore Door County, this property can't be beat!

We love Westwood Shores. It's quiet and off the beaten path but close enough to Hwy 42. We received a complimentary upgrade and had zero complaints. Will stay again as long as it remains pet free (allergy issues).

We decided to book a last minute family vacation before school starts and Westwood Shores met all our needs. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Door County. We stayed in the 2 room suite. Perfect for a family of 4. We had plenty of space. The full kitchen was great traveling with little kids. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms gave us some relief as parents. Sunset and sunrise from the balcony was super peaceful. I really got everything I wanted from this property to make both me and the kids happy. The indoor pool was lovely and a nice spot to be during sunset as you have a full view outside. We were there when the weather was a bit cooler, but the heated outdoor pool was nice and warm. There was a good outdoor spot for fishing. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly. Yvette checked us in and was great. My son managed to get some bee stings when he was fishing outside and the guy working the desk was a great help with Benadryl cream and neosporin. The free 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was a godsend when traveling with little kids. Excellent stay all around.

A beautiful stay right on the water, this hotel is a fantastic gem! Located just a mile or so north of Sturgeon Bay, most restaurants will deliver, so you're not that far out of the way that it's inconvenient. Suites come with a full kitchen, so bringing groceries for a weekend is a great way to feel a sense of hone away from home. I highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful view of the bay. Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchen to make quick breakfasts or pizza instead of going out. The shower was huge and had a great water flow. It was like having your own small apartment. We will definitely stay here again.
