The room was a decent size and comfortable, but the real draw here was the excellent and friendly staff. They were great about giving us dinner recommendations and made sure we had coupons for nearby restaurants, and were generally pleasant and helpful.

So impressed with this location…we were at the holiday inn express the night before in Fayetteville and were sooo disappointed and contemplated changing our Scranton choice…so happy we didn’t
