Property is an old-style motel where you park outside the door to your room. Everything is dated but the we felt safe and comfortable and the staff is friendly. If you are arriving late, call ahead as the office is not staffed at all hours.

Liked staying there until bed bugs and they don’t properly do the right thing to get rid of them

i hate to write a bad review, because you know they can do better. But the room was dirty, i dont think they done anything other than make the bed.

The hotel had bed bugs and roaches. I was not the only guest that was dissatisfied with this motel. The desk clerk didn't even deny the bugs. They were more than willing to cancel my reservation but would NOT give me a refund...so much for customer service. I would recommend finding another place to stay if you are visiting Coshocton.

The bathroom was small and had a childs tolet to use. There was burt holes on the carpet. Overall was dirty.

Yes the room was dirty bed cover and sheets were dirty had stains like the bedding had no been changed and the floor was dirty try call the front desk no one was on duty and the plumbing was terrible when trying to take a shower the tub filled up like you were taking a bath

We wanted a reasonable place to sleep, shower and go. The bed was hard and room in need of a good deep clean. No hot water, complained at check out and reason was all rooms were full at that end. My husband didnt even get a shower. Very disappointed!

Room was filthy like it was never cleaned, tried getting in touch with the manager to get money back and phone just rings and no answer. Was told by the desk clerk that the manager was out of town meeting with the owners of the motel. When we were trying to resolve the issue two more people showed up and said they weren't staying there either for the same reasons, bugs in the room, mold around the ac/heat, blood stains on the curtains, room smelled like mold etc. Highly dont recommend staying here. This motel doesn't deserve any stars but had to, to write a review.

Upon entering the room there were about 10 stink bugs crawling all over the walls. A few stink bugs were on the physical bed. The bathroom area had dead centipedes on the floor and also there were alive sprickets which look like a half spider and half cricket. I left the room after 5 mins, returned to the office and kindly asked for a refund. I was turned away and told to speak to a manager the next morning. The next day I talked to the manager and she told me that the motel was on the wood line and she couldn’t help the bugs and that our houses probably have them. Well I’m not a dirty person and my house is also in the woods and my house has no bugs. I was also told by the manager that only the owner could give a refund and it was Sunday, so she refused to call him. I am an assistant manager at my job and anytime a customer has an issue and I know for a fact they rightfully deserve a refund, I give the refund no questions asked. I also said if I get my refund I would not leave a review, and no refund I got. The manager also told me she watched the camera and watched me leave. I also had to rent another hotel room at another hotel and have documentation to prove that. What an embarrassment for a motel/establishment. I been in drug motel’s better than this one. Just gross, gross, gross. Trust all the reviews, they are all factual.

Small town with few options of places to stay. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and you're not spending much time in the hotel, this place is sufficient. Design is outdated, but overall clean. Minimal plugs available and no updated USB ports in room for electronics.

They allow people to blast music outside until 2-3am. If you are looking for a good nights rest, look elsewhere.

Cheap clean room, people set up lawn chairs right outside and was drunk and screaming until 3 am. Couldnt get tv to work except 3 channels. If the people were not outside partying all night we would consider staying here again if in the area.

Very convenient location, Great price, bed was too firm for me, but that’s personal preference. I guess, fresh towels, and housekeeping daily, Unlike the nearby competition. Overall, good experience I will stay again.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel and the location, first time staying here. The staff is Very friendly and respectful, room was clean Bed is comfortable and I didn’t expect a nice flat smart tv in my room. Will definitely be back

I’m very pleased with my stay. First time being here & I felt comfortable. The staff is amazing & was helpful in getting me booked again for another stay. Affordable and friendly. Thank you for wonderful hospitality.

Gave them a prior bad review and they saw it. We went back on business trip and the front desk lady let us know that if we took the bad review down we'd get a room at no charge. Why not just do better? Why not just be kind to your customers? That being said.. the rooms are nice.

Hotel was nice but front desk lady was super rude to my husband. She was mad that our trash was alot when she didnt have any housekeepers. Told us to take out our own teash and clean the room ourselves.

Tried to check in at 830pm and the office was closed and I had no way to check in

The place has bugs. Bed bugs and roaches. The front desk lasy was caught on our nannycam stealing out of our bags. House keeper took her dog into the rooms with her to clean. I am severely allergic to dogs and ended up needing my epi pen. We confronted her about the stealing and she banned us from the property

The website allowed me to book a room at 9:44pm but when I arrived I saw a sign that check in was closed after 9pm. The office was dark and no one was available. I rang the buzzer at the service window but no one came. I called Expedia and Expedia team tried twice to call the hotel but couldn’t reach anyone. The hotel refuses to refund my money and marked me as a no show even though it was never possible for the room to be checked into at the time of booking.

Propert was older, and beat up. Went to check out, no one was there, no signs to tell you where to leave the key and get your deposit back( if you left one). Nobdy answered the phone either. Girl was rude-ish when we found her.. no apologies for having us wait in the rain while she helped housekeeping.

Stayed for one night. Quiet and a good price for the area.

They have very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Also, there are a lot of nearby places like the airport, gas station, parks and lakes.

CONVIENENT TO ALL PLACES WE VISITED

Only stayed a few hours. A bit off the beaten path. Front desk left us a key card because we had a very late check in. A big plus.
