I would thoroughly recommend. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and setting. Having the bar and restaurant downstairs was an added bonus and a bus stop outside. Great stay!

Had an overnight stay at The Kings Arms. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There were nice touches like having a Nespresso machine, biscuits and having water and milk in the fridge. It is a 15 minute walk to Christchurch station, which is handy. If you wanted to drive the only thing to bear in mind is that the car park is opposite the hotel and not very big. The staff were very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay, our room was spacious, nice large bed and very comfortable, room had full aircon - we were very lucky with superb weather - it would have made all the difference if we could have opened the sealed windows (possibly for safety reasons because our room was on the top floor) just a little bit for fresh air would have been welcome - this would certainly not be a reason for anyone to not stay there, the staff were very pleasant, it's in a great location - just book it, you won't be disappointed it's a very nice Hotel

The hotel is well located but a little bit tired on the inside. Room was very small and carpets stained in places. Bathroom was clean. Restaurant was a good option for breakfast. Parking out front was very busy with spaces taken for the majority of my visit. I managed to get a parking space in the courtyard parking behind.
