This is a lovely hotel. I love all the renovations; the new floor in the first wing where our room was beautiful! Our room was spacious and comfortable. When we have stayed there before, we went to the restaurant, but this time we had other places to be, so I can’t comment about it. We will stay there again in the future and plan on going to the restaurant.

After a long long hard day on the road, Ives’s Motor Lodge was what the doctor ordered. Very clean rooms, friendly informative staff, and a great little restaurant on the property that served the freshest best meal I’ve had eating out in a long time. highly recommend this place

Our feet turned black walking barefoot on the carpet.The toilet paper was not filled when we got there. Our room was not cleaned when we requested it so we did not have clean towels for the following day. So we went to the desk to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. We would never go back there! The manager was away so we did not get to speak with her. They are supposed to have her call us. After spending that amount of money and at a place that was rated the best place in the area. NOT!

The motel is easy access of 95 north and the room was clean. The lighting I. The room was good and easily accessible. It was expensive for this time of year (Fall) and could use some updating: new carpeting and pictures. The hallway carpet was worn and the baseboard molding was off (not a good look) with no explanation. Food at the bistro was good!

Rooms need updating! Looks like Ronald McDonald was the interior decorator for the room. The women at the front desk were great. The bistro is hit or miss as far as service first night at bistro was great the 2 woman there were wonderful very friendly.

Everything was great until 6am when some foreign guy was repeatedly trying to get into my room. Come to find out, the lady at the front desk was helping him! Getting woken up at 6am on a Saturday morning by the hotel staff is reprehensible. Then when she asked if she had women me up, she just laughed it off.

The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful the housekeeping staff was a little rude when I came back from sledding all morning and I had left earlier then the rest of our group so I came back around 2 and yes my husband was dumb and forgot to move latch so door didn’t shut fully when he left so she said something to me about it and I apologized cause yes he was wrong and I would say something to him when he got back, but I was cleaning up room and brought our trash out to her and asked her if we could get a few more towels cause we were out and she told me next ask before 11 and I apologized and said sorry I didn’t know and I didn’t know my husband and son were going to use the only two big towels in our room before they left to go out so I needed a couple more for my daughter and I I didn’t think it was a big deal and I’m very sorry if it was. But other then that our stay was great

The only complaint we had was the breakfast. It was pretty awful. The eggs were not edible, nor were the pancakes. Coffee was acceptable. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. Beds were fine.
