My stay got off to a bad start for several reasons. First, I was required to pay in cash, more than €500. This was both frustrating and time-consuming. Second, there is NO PARKING. One of the main reasons I booked this property. parking was listed as for €10 per day. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no parking at all. Third, the room was located on the top floor. Be aware that this means climbing five flights of stairs, as there is No elevator in the building. Fourth, my reservation indicated that the room would have a sea view. It did not. Finally, the bathroom is very uncomfortable and poorly designed. There is virtually no space to place toiletries or personal items, which makes it inconvenient to use.

Fifth floor walk up. 95 steps with luggage, fortunately we had little. Basically no windows, a small window opening to an air well full of pigeons. No alarm needed as the pigeons are up at dawn and coo loudly and nonstop for a couple hours. No shower door so showering floods the bathroom which is very dark. A single light about head height shines from the right. Left side of face in deep shadow so shaving, applying sunscreen or makeup is a challenge. It’s the only mirror in the unit. Contrary to the listing breakfast is not included—which the host blamed on Expedia. Coffee maker didn’t work, 2 packets of instant coffee for a 2 night stay 2 people. Room is tiny with bed in corner so only one way in and out for two people. Horrible at any price.

Had a good time staying in Top Rooms, the apartment is compact but comfortable, roof terrace is great. Location is excellent - a 5 min walk from the old town. Lot's of stairs but we knew what we were getting into

It was not clear that there were 5 flights of stairs. Roof top terrace steps were metal circular and furniture on terrace was rustic at best. However, view was lovely from the terrace and location of room to town was perfect. Parking is very difficult in the area, and perhaps a single simple map would have been very beneficial.

Great location along the waterfront. Rooftop patio was fun and offered awesome views. Host was friendly and helpful. Laundry was available on site. Our room was tight but enough for the two of us. 97 stairs with no elevator option so just be prepared. There is no information or front desk on the ground floor so we had difficulty checking in. The desk is on the top floor.
