Property located off main st, quiet, fit for purpose. Rooms smaller than pictures imply. Wifi was not working for entire duration of stay. room serviced daily. worth price you pay.

Probably the best cheap hotel I have stayed at. The TV was big, had microwave and fridge. The AC worked. There was a walmart nearby so that helped. Only cons were the parking was atrocious, super hard to leave and come in. The shower water pressure was super low, but it had a bath so that was nice!

Great property and great people running it but it's a really crappy place for parking because it seems like multiple rooms have multiple vehicles so you don't have a place to park and have to go find a spot on the street or double park

I enjoyed my stay here very much , My ONLY complaint would be that there did not seem to be adequate parking spaces for the people staying there. Maybe just number the parking spaces for each room ?

It was a very small and dirty room. The cover to the air conditioner fell off during the middle of the night and scared me with the loud banging sound. So many stains on the walls. The second day, the housekeeping staff dropped off towels but did not make the bed. I will NEVER stay here again.

There was no part of our experience that did not come with a problem. The wifi they offer does not stay connected with the TV and we were without connection for our second day. The key card was only programmed for one day, and luckily there was a person available around 12:30am to fix our key. The floors are duct taped together, but have pieces sticking up that are a safety concern. The mini fridge leaked across our room and we had to avoid using it for the remainder of our stay. The towels they offer are slightly larger than the floor covering, and would probably be decent for a child, not an adult. The toilet clogged after using it once with minimal paper waste. The room felt overall dirty - one of those where you feel like you have to wear shoes everywhere. We weren't expecting a luxury hotel, but this was bad even for the price...

The walls were so thin that we had to run the fan of the air conditioner all night, just to drown out the noise from the rooms on each side of us. The beds were OK, but we only had one thin pillow each. I would’ve liked another pillow. There was plenty of parking and the location was good. I didn’t care for the smell of the room. The shower leaked water out each time you took a shower. It would run all the way down to the toilet. It was a handicap shower. There was no housekeeping service between the two nights that we stayed there. I was expecting someone would come in and make the bed. It did look like they had taken the trash out. So they did come in. And they also did bring new towels.

The room was clean enough, but the building was older and the walls seemed super thin. We heard our neighbors almost constantly, not voices but moving around above and to the side of us. The beds were horrible. These were the worst, firmest beds I think I have ever slept in. There was no give at all and I feel like if I had thrown a comforter on the floor it would have been softer than these beds were. To counter that, the pillows were too soft with no neck or head support at all without folding the pillow in half.

Very small room. Bed takes up nearly all the space. But, nice room. Crown molding, good painted walls, instant hot water (really hot), parking right outside the door, great food spots within walking distance, AC way bigger than the room needs, but if you like it cold it does the job. Mini fridge and microwave. LOTS of TV channels. Blackout curtains are great too. Stayed for extended time-frame. Best price in the area.

The bed was extra firm, and very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin. I could hear people having conversations, and understand what they were saying too well...among other noises people make. The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer, and gets your food packages wet & slimy. I don't know why this motel has good reviews for cleanliness. The toilet had quite a bit of hair left on it, and some other bodily fluid, from the previous guest. Don't be fooled by the strip of paper they put over the seat, that says, "Sanitized". I also asked if housekeeping would clean the shower chair before I used it. She came in and wiped only the top of the seat with a dry towel. I only got it wiped again with cleaning solution, because I asked for it. I feel a little bad to write all of this, because housekeeping and other staff were friendly. The manager, Sam, was not very nice though.

The Inn was a good value for the price. The Queen room is small. The room is clean, the television is oversized for the room. The location was perfect for me. Room 107 would get a low humming sound occasionally. Room 124 was a King bed room, it was much roomier than the Queen room.for the same price as the King? All I all the motel provided me everything I needed for my stay. I would recommend it to someone just needing a clean place to sleep. PS, the beds are very firm.

The night attendant was rude and tried to get more money from me than they originally quoted for the deposit. They wanted it in cash only likely because there is no paper trail and they could keep it in the morning. Make sure to take photos when you first get into the room of any damage so they can’t say it was you!!!!!

Check in was quick and efficient. Sam the hotel manager is professional and runs a great hotel. The room was immaculate with a good refrigerator and microwave, and the room smelled great. Neauvea is awesome on the housekeeping staff. It’s been a great experience! Thank you!

It was TERRIBLE. The power was out when we got back ( which I understand is not the property’s fault). The fire alarm ended up going off all night and we couldn’t get ahold of the front office, and ended up having to call the fire department. The next morning when checking out, the receptionist was very rude and offered no help or compensation when we were unable to use any of the amenities, couldn’t get ready in the morning without flashlights, and had to deal with an alarm going off at 3am. We were told there was nothing to be done till the manager was back so we have been calling since and constantly given excuses as to why we can’t speak to the manager.

Simple and spacious property. Not too far from a lot of essential needs. 20-25 minute drive to Disneyland park and there’s a place called Raffa’s Carniceria, great food and products within a budget. Area is peaceful, quiet and safe . Would recommend and return .

Our stay was great! I booked a room with a kitchenette and called ahead to ask if cookware and utensils were provided, but the staff on the phone said he wasn't sure. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, but we found out there were no cookware or utensils in the room, so we had to buy our own. Luckily, there were plenty of stores nearby. The room is clean and had a lot of lights, which was really nice and made it feel bright. Housekeeping came daily, and nothing went missing from our stuff, which we appreciated. The only downside is that parking can be tricky if you come back late. Overall, I would still book here again!

I didn’t get the 2 beds I booked. Seems like they over booked those rooms. Some notice would have been nice. It wasn’t fancy but it was clean and the front desk was responsive to our minor issues. It is a no frills, quite, clean, safe place to stay.

Very close to plenty of Shopping , Dinning, entertainment, and family and fairly priced. Not the highest end and definitely no breakfast offered , but good for what was needed (Mostly to sleep and a lil lounging ) as went to spend holidays with family. Plenty security cameras (felt pretty safe ).
