This is my fourth time staying here in two months and each time we were happy with the cleanliness and quiet area

Room had spots on rug. Shower gave out shrieking, rumble sound. It 2nd room had same sound ehen shower on. Tv would go to wrong source everytime we turned off. Had to have staff keep coming to room. Soap dispenser would not work and hotel had NO bar soap. Had to shower with hair shampoo. Long black hair in shower. We all have short grey hair. This hotel was rated EXCELLENT. Only hotel so we were trapped. Take excellent rating off as not true. Owner took $20. Off
