The view no longer is amazing when you cant even sit outside to watch it. because nobody every clean the balcony area of the room. (spider webs ) The T.V. in the room you can barely see. Cause of how little it is. For the cost of the room, it should at least be a 50 inch in the room. Also the balcony area should be a part of the cleaning of the room. Parking was great.

Stayed 1 night

The lead-up to this one night stay was THE most stressful hotels dot com experience of my entire life. I paid for the room in December 2025, and between December 2025 and April 2026, I called Hotels.com for help to reschedule since I made a mistake and scheduled it during a time when one of my children was still in school and the other was on spring break. Numerous hours spent on phone calls, chats and emails were in vain as they claimed they couldn’t reach the property. I could not reach the property either, but since it is 2026, a landline phone should not have been their only option. I was forced to take my child out of school for two days. Even calling Choice Hotels, the parent company, didn’t help. When we finally got to the hotel, I asked why they didn’t answer their phones - ever - and they claimed their phone system was down and it would be back up shortly. How could a phone system be down for three months? They gave me an email address for future reference. Why didn’t Hotels.com have this? The stay itself was OK. We were just there for the sunrise, and nothing else. We had the free continental breakfast ( no eggs ) and coffee, and the staff apologized to us for the inconvenience. My husband told me that being on the balcony, watching the sun come up was his “happy place” on two different occasions, so I guess it was worth it.

The room was clean, the view was beautiful. The "kitchen" had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. Do not assume you'll have a stove or means of doing anything more than microwave cooking. I feel this was misleading. Staff was ok? not terribly responsive. The wifi that was ample at the lobby was non existent in the third floor suites. We only were told "ill make a note of that." Even so - I'd go back. The view is stunning and the suite is beautiful.
