Lovely old building with beams and oak doors. Safe and secure entrance with parking on site. Very nice modern bathroom in contrast to the room. Excellent breakfast menu with everything cooked to order.

A really warm welcome from Michelle and Mark upon arrival. My case was taken up to the room while Michelle showed me where the private parking was. Beautifully set around a courtyard the rooms are gorgeous. Sebastian’s itself is lovely! High beamed ceiling on my first floor room, lovely little seating area outside and thick soft carpets on the floor, and a really quirky bathroom with mosaic tiles and a lovely shower. I really liked this place. The little details are lovely things like the Home cooked biscuit on arrival, fresh milk in a tiny bottle, the little extras in the bathroom, vanity kit, shower cap etc Breakfast was superb! Honestly one of the best ever! Lots of choice and great quality ingredients. The detail again at breakfast is just top notch! Napkin folded like a little waiters jacket, breakfast drinks delivered in a wooden box, butter with a side of ground salt so you can opt to have salted or unsalted butter in your home made soda bread toast! Delicious and a lovely breakfast experience. To top it off I slept like a baby in the ever so comfy bed! Huge well done to Michelle and Mark all your effort and care is noticeable. Lovely place recommend you stay if you get a chance you will love it. Lots of places nearby to eat in the evening too.

Absolutely fabulous room in the courtyard, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Would definately return. The only tiny criticism would be that the pillows on the bed were too small and flat for us, ( but that’s just our personal preference ). The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Incredibly friendly and helpful service going the extra mile to look after our needs. On a walking trip, arrived with sweaty clothes and a broken rucksack, both happily sorted. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

Sebastian's if right in the heart of town with plenty to see and do. The rooms are full of character and the hosts very welcoming. Fantastic attention to detail that made the trip feel very special. The breakfast was simply stunning :)

A really warm welcome from Michelle and Mark upon arrival. My case was taken up to the room while Michelle showed me where the private parking was. Beautifully set around a courtyard the rooms are gorgeous. Sebastian’s itself is lovely! High beamed ceiling on my first floor room, lovely little seating area outside and thick soft carpets on the floor, and a really quirky bathroom with mosaic tiles and a lovely shower. I really liked this place. The little details are lovely things like the Home cooked biscuit on arrival, fresh milk in a tiny bottle, the little extras in the bathroom, vanity kit, shower cap etc Breakfast was superb! Honestly one of the best ever! Lots of choice and great quality ingredients. The detail again at breakfast is just top notch! Napkin folded like a little waiters jacket, breakfast drinks delivered in a wooden box, butter with a side of ground salt so you can opt to have salted or unsalted butter in your home made soda bread toast! Delicious and a lovely breakfast experience. To top it off I slept like a baby in the ever so comfy bed! Huge well done to Michelle and Mark all your effort and care is noticeable. Lovely place recommend you stay if you get a chance you will love it. Lots of places nearby to eat in the evening too.

Room was spotless, this was our 2nd stay here, and will not be our last, lovely breakfast basket, and love the little bottles of milk, and goodies, such a lovely touch. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Sebastian's if right in the heart of town with plenty to see and do. The rooms are full of character and the hosts very welcoming. Fantastic attention to detail that made the trip feel very special. The breakfast was simply stunning :)

The room smelt of cat urine/spray. There was a lack of parking. The food left in the room was UPF apart from 2x small wrinkled apples & 2x small easy peeler and small bottle of milk. There was a lack variety of tea bags. Did not see on site person to help.

Arrived late to find a room extremely hot from being sealed up in hot weather. Too warm to sleep and only 1 window that could open. It was late so decided to shower in the morning but woke up to no hot water and within 5 minutes even the cold water had stopped. Could not shower or even flush the toilet. A guy turned up but did not apologise just joked about the lack of water. That is why they only got 1 star. Will be taking my issues up with the hotel directly as vitally unacceptable

Very clean spacious and comfortable. Great shower and thoughtful food and drink options. Traffic noise was a bit intrusive and it surprised us that the window did not have some sort of noise reduction. However we would stay again
