Far out from the center, so be prepared to walk, take public transport of look for parking in town. Personnel was not helpful and seemed to be bothered when asked about recommendations. Room was small, dark and uncomfortable, with dust bunnies under the bed and furniture. We were bit by insects and had the feeling we were staying at a cheap youth hostel. The only breakfast option apart from the one offered by the hotel in the dark basement is a small bakery (nice lady but bad quality bread and bitter coffee). Only perk was free parking. For this price, and location, you can certainly find better options in Donostia.

El desayuno fue muy basico, pocas opciones y la estancia donde se realizaba daba muy mala sensación por descuidada y sucia. Informamos de malos olores en los baños y nos comentaron que lo mirarian pero seguia con mal olor. En general el hotel es antiguo y esta algo descuidado. El personal y la limpieza fueron correctos y el hecho de tener aparcamiento es algo positivo, pero la relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear, ya que cobran como hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas siendo de 1.

La ubicación muy buena y bien comunicada. También tienen parking. Las instalaciones están descuidadas, cuando me duchaba se inundaba el baño, lo comuniqué a recepción, no se sorprendieron ni enviaron a nadie de limpieza, sólo ofrecieron más toallas.

Amazing service!! Staff very nice and helpful all the time. Very approachable and friendly. Room spotles and very comfortable. Really nice breakfast even though it was not included. This hotel is recommendable 100%.

O chuveiro não oferecia a possibilidade de fixação na parede. Estava quebrado o que dificultou o banho, pois tinha que segurar o chuveiro com uma mão e se lavar com a outra.

L hotel est modeste mais propre. La literie est confortable. L hotel est excentré mais on peut accéder assez rapidement aux lieux à visiter et vous trouver toujours de la place sur le parking gratuit de l'hotel en rentrant. Le rapport qualite prix n'est pas à l attendu pour le petit dejeuner. Les jus de fruit sont chauds, le chocolat chaud est totalement dilué... par contre, les viennoiseries sont bonnes. La chambre pour trois est trop petite pour y sejourner plusieurs nuits.

Nos tocó una habitación ruidosa y sin persiana, con cortinas que dejaban pasar muchísimo la luz y no descansamos nada ya que justo al lado de nuestras ventanas el hotel tiene un cartel luminoso encendido toda la noche.

Came across this hotel by chance literally drove past turned back and pulled in Very glad we did Great check in very helpful guy gave us local map and advice Room comfortable and nice breakfast Bus stops outside to and from town We walked it both ways about 15 mins Only stayed one night wish we could of stayed longer

Hôtel très bien situé à 15 min à pied du centre ville. Un arrêt de bus à 1min à pied.. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et correct pour débuter la journée. Le personnel est à l'écoute..

Ein kleines Zimmer zum Umkleiden, Duschen und Schlafen. Nächtens sehr ruhig. Nur 100 Meter entfernt die Busstation ins Zentrum. Daneben gleich eine Bäckerei. Preis/Leistung war für mich ok.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Free parking is a bonus as San Sebastian doesn't seem to have many parking spaces. Friendly reception and quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Never a 1 star hotel. 3 star would be right. Good transport links into the city centre with numerous bus options right outside.

Although the facilities need some touch up, we found out surprisingly well equipped for 1 star hotel. We even had slippers in the room. Breakfast was very fresh with hot food and some choices: fruits, yogurt, and freshly baked breads.

L hotel est modeste mais propre. La literie est confortable. L hotel est excentré mais on peut accéder assez rapidement aux lieux à visiter et vous trouver toujours de la place sur le parking gratuit de l'hotel en rentrant. Le rapport qualite prix n'est pas à l attendu pour le petit dejeuner. Les jus de fruit sont chauds, le chocolat chaud est totalement dilué... par contre, les viennoiseries sont bonnes. La chambre pour trois est trop petite pour y sejourner plusieurs nuits.

El desayuno fue muy basico, pocas opciones y la estancia donde se realizaba daba muy mala sensación por descuidada y sucia. Informamos de malos olores en los baños y nos comentaron que lo mirarian pero seguia con mal olor. En general el hotel es antiguo y esta algo descuidado. El personal y la limpieza fueron correctos y el hecho de tener aparcamiento es algo positivo, pero la relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear, ya que cobran como hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas siendo de 1.
