Great location!! We stayed for a week and had an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. The apartment was a little run down some paint on the walls was peeling as well as some stains on the ceiling but overall a pretty good stay. We did not use the stove to cook but they provide some utensils, plates and cups. There is a restaurant downstairs which gets busy in the afternoons and weekends but there are other spots close by to eat. The spot is a few minutes walk from the shopping centers and the beach. Definitely booking again next year!

Very clean nice place, great location. Cumbersome locking and unlocking door, always had to have phone, would prefer a code or fob. Laundry card only had enout for wash, had to wait for assistant to add $.

Really disappointed in this property. Stayed here because of the location and free parking. The building is a mix of hotel/short term rentals. The good: included parking, though tight garage and spot; Toto bidet toilet seat; air conditioning works. The bad: Budget, but not cheap enough to offset issues with property; LOTS of deferred maintenance; The handicapped lift from the street to entrance and washer on the floor of the unit were both broken; Much of the furniture in the room does not match pictures… Looks like things may have gotten damaged over time and the management company replaced previous items with furniture from goodwill; Chipped paint on all of the furniture and kitchen shelving. Cabinets in kitchen maligned; Bed mattress had a sinking spot and discovered the slats had fallen off one corner… Thankfully, I was able to fix this myself; Unit was quite dirty. It's a great little place and super secure. Grateful to the hosts for supplying what they did, clean linens, great towels and plenty of dishes. Laundry is a fee, but it's decently reasonable. Also reasonable, how accessible Waikiki can be from this site. One complaint we carried was being limited to one washcloth each while there for the week. We did pack our own, but would have liked having more to use and access. Finally, we tried to stay local as possible with our spending. Support local whenever we could. Strong encouragement for the same where possible.

The room was comfortable and the communication was excellent, but overall it was just average. My chief complaint is that the room was dirty. Just walking across the floor left my socks very noticeably dirty. The bathroom floor was also very dirty. The whole apartment needs a thorough cleaning.

Overall, our stay was good. However, the room could use a deep cleaning despite being updated somewhat recent. First of, the vent in the bathroom was filled with over grown dust that could be a potential fire hazard and very bad look. The drapes leading to the outdoor patio is very dusty and somewhat moldy. There a smell of mold around, it could be the drapes as we saw some mold spots, or the dusty vents in the bathroom but we had to spray some deodorizer and alcohol to prevent the smell/odor. The couch could use some deep cleaning as well as everytime I sit on it, i get itchy, might have some bed bugs but it wasn’t distinct, i just avoided sitting on it. It is quiet in the room but when there’s outside traffic or outside noise can be heard in the room despite the the patio being closed. The AC isn’t blowing as cold despite being at 68 degrees. Overall, our trip was enjoyable.

Too many cockroaches!! I was looking for the place that I can cook during the stay, but there are too many cockroaches that I couldn’t even stand at kitchen. Of course the location is great, but I will not stay again here.

ロイヤルハワイアンセンターから近く、車の出入りはクヒオ通りでどこに出掛けるのも便利。夜は10時頃まで生演奏で騒がしい。部屋は広く無いが眺望は良く、花火がラナイから見る事が出来る。ビーチセット(パラソル•マット•チェアー)が備わっており大活躍だった。

The property was located near anything and everything you would like to do. Beach, shopping, and dining. The only issue that I have is that the A/C was super noisy. The host did supply earplugs but who wants to sleep with earplugs on? Other than that room and location were great.

When I first arrived there was some unrelated issues with parking that the host very quickly helped me resolve. The Flat was clean and well supplied. Some reviewers complained about roaches, we say none at all, but know this: it's the tropics, even the fanciest hotels get infestations. I lived in Honolulu for 7 years and it was a constant battle I never really won. "Clean your house and you get cleaner bugs" is a common saying around here. The only real con was that the fridge stopped working, or never really worked. The freezer was fridge temp, the fridge was barely below room temperature, and when I tried texting the host through VRBO, they never got back to us. All of our produce rotted the next day. We had planned to cook most of our food, but we spent a lot more money eating out as a result.

This studio was great, beautifully remodeled and just what you need for a stay in Waikiki. Check in/out was super simple and easy to manage. There is a bar on the street level below the windows that blasts live music until 10pm every night, as well as a close by rooftop bar that you can hear the club music until at least 2 am. It was fine for us as we tend to stay up late, but I would recommend to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

When I first arrived there was some unrelated issues with parking that the host very quickly helped me resolve. The Flat was clean and well supplied. Some reviewers complained about roaches, we say none at all, but know this: it's the tropics, even the fanciest hotels get infestations. I lived in Honolulu for 7 years and it was a constant battle I never really won. "Clean your house and you get cleaner bugs" is a common saying around here. The only real con was that the fridge stopped working, or never really worked. The freezer was fridge temp, the fridge was barely below room temperature, and when I tried texting the host through VRBO, they never got back to us. All of our produce rotted the next day. We had planned to cook most of our food, but we spent a lot more money eating out as a result.

There was no housekeeping during our stay. I booked for 2 beds and was only given 1 bed and a sofa couch. When I reached out to let them know about the bed situation they did not respond but yet they texted me to tell me instructions on check out and to let them know what time I would be checking out because they wanted to know a time for housekeeper. If check out is at 11 then I will be leaving at 11. Pro it was walkable to Waikiki beach and other restaurants/stores and also free parking at stay.

It was very close to the waikiki beach and strip where you can find live performance by artists and lot of food and shopping option. ABC store just in front of it. Free parking is nice perk so if you want visit the waikiki beach you can just park to Hotel and walk. The check-in and checkout instructions are very clear. Overall amazing. Thanks !

Great location!! We stayed for a week and had an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. The apartment was a little run down some paint on the walls was peeling as well as some stains on the ceiling but overall a pretty good stay. We did not use the stove to cook but they provide some utensils, plates and cups. There is a restaurant downstairs which gets busy in the afternoons and weekends but there are other spots close by to eat. The spot is a few minutes walk from the shopping centers and the beach. Definitely booking again next year!
