Stayed 2 nights

This was my second stay at this hotel; I was so satisfied with my first visit that I booked two extra nights. To my delight, I received a room upgrade. The room was wonderful—extremely cozy and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so consistently welcome. The breakfast deserves a special mention for its personalized vegan service. You can pre-order vegan sausages cooked specifically for you, and oat milk is provided in its own jug upon request. Although there was a minor communication lapse regarding my pre-order on the second morning, the staff handled it professionally and I received my meal quickly. However, there were a few technical issues. The shower was temperamental, and on my final morning, the hot water tap started splashing aggressively and making ominous noises. This seems like a maintenance issue that needs urgent attention. Additionally, I’d like to mention the cleaning routines. One morning, staff were spraying cleaning chemicals on the bar counter right next to guests who were eating. Even without a strong scent, aerosolizing chemicals near food is disruptive to the "breakfast peace" and can be a concern for those with chemical sensitivities. It would be more considerate to wait until the service has concluded in that area. Despite these points, the service remains top-notch. I look forward to returning!

Stayed 2 nights

I was extremely happy with my stay. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable here. I liked it so much that I even booked two extra nights! The only minor thing to note is that the reception isn't open 24/7, but since everything was so well-organized, it wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again!
