The property was beautiful. That’s about the extent of the good things I can say. The room was nice, but not cleaned very well. We had a jacuzzi in our room, it was dirty with a gross ring around the inside where it hadn’t been cleaned. We found cleaning products in one of the closets and cleaned it ourselves. There is not enough parking available outside each unit, so if you arrive back at your unit after dark you have to park a street or two away and walk back. We are disabled and caused severe problems for us. When we checked in and then went to the desk for a parking pass they LIED to us saying they wanted our opinions on the new units currently in construction only to find out later it was a time share scam. None of the amenities listed are included in your stay without paying additional fees for EVERYTHING. There is no pool to use unless you buy additional tickets to their “Water Park”. If you want to golf or mini golf, there is another charge. The only amenity we found to be free or included in our room price were the nature trails. You pretty much have to drive everywhere on the campus which means if you happen to get a parking spot close to your unit, you have to give it up to get anywhere. There are no trams or golf carts available to ease commuting around the campus.
