The rooms are in very bad shape. Everything closed down Barlow early and dining no longer exist there and you’re really not in walking distance to any restaurants.

This place has a nice pool and bar.The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought it had a restaurant, but it did not. There was no WiFi. The place is isolated, so bring your own food and beverages, or plan to find elsewhere. Our room was decent, but the toilet was wobbling and we were afraid it would tip over. The decor is 80’s and in need of an upgrade.

Rancho BV is so wonderful! It is one of the oldest properties in Baja! Staff is so kind and helpful — Arturo is MVP! He always had answers to any questions we had, even helped us secure a car to drive around town (his own!). The property is “tired” but very clean and well kept. The “coffee time” restaurant was super cute and delicious (we only had coffee and breakfast, but saw others dining and it looked wonderful, too). The pool and bar is literally right on the beach, so even if the ocean was too chilly to swim you could still enjoy the beach and ocean view from poolside. Location is perfect — very secluded, but only about a 4-5min drive into Los Barriles. Overall, an excellent spot to visit and relax! Thank you Rancho staff for a wonderful trip! 😊
