Vänligt mottagande. Fint rum. Egen strandremsa utan störande säljare. Stor pool. Avståndet till Hoi An för stort för att gå. Hotellet hade en gratis shuttlebus som gick några gånger om dagen, annars funkade det bra med taxi. Inget för den partysugne.

Virkelig smukt beach resort i ægte koloni-stil få km uden for Hoi An. Store og meget rene værelser med balkon/terrasse og mange med udsigt til pool/have eller hav (vi boede i et premier room). Flotte bygninger, flot have og lige ud til en meget fin privat strand. Lækker morgenmad, lille men godt gym, gratis shuttlebus til byen flere gange dagligt (og retur). Virkelig effektiv laundry service og housekeeping. Der er spa på stedet, men vi var der kun en enkelt gang (og har prøvet bedre i Vietnam). Vi var super glade for vores ophold i Hoi An og kommer meget gerne igen. Jeg vil dog ikke kalde det for et boutique hotel med så mange værelser. Det er mere et resort for mange europæere og australiere, så vær forberedt på at liggestolene er godt booket allerede ved morgenmaden. Derimod er der masser af plads på stranden og der serveres virkelig gode juicer og iskaffe ved både pool-/og strandbar. Når hotellet ikke får topkarakter skyldes det alene, at personalet er meget lidt proaktivt og meget lidt smilende. We stayed for 4 nights. It is excellent place to stay in Hoi An. Rooms and outdoor pool and beach area is wonderful place to relax. Hotel provided shuttle is very convenient to go to the old city of Hoi An. Staff and service is absolutely great.

The room was lovely and clean as was the hotel. We used the gym but found the electronic machines were not maintained and very noisy and clunky. Reception and breakfast staff were extremely friendly. The bar staff around the pool were very disinterested and felt they should have moved around the pool and been much more proactive. Seems the hotel is missing out on business. We decided to support the locals next door who were far friendlier.

The resort grounds were quiet, enjoyable and well-kept. However, the service of the staff there were not in line with the style and type of resort - they were inattentive and did not care for their guests or their stay. My partner and I were waiting in the lobby (no air-con, open-air, in 35 degree heat) for around 1.5 hours after checking out, and the staff did not offer us any cold beverages (complimentary or via the bar) - which was very disappointing. Overall, the hospitality was lacking. The breakfast buffet was the usual fare - mostly Western food with 2-3 Vietnamese offerings. Note that paper napkins were used, instead of linen, and that there are no a la carte options. We were never approached by the staff about our breakfast or day ahead. The pool was great, with a nice view and temperature. The pool furniture was stained and tired. We were never approached with any offers of a beverage or food pool-side. The finishing of the rooms and structures were also in a state of disrepair - our balcony door was rusty and required repairs during our stay, the shower was leaking and had mould, and the entertainment unit was so rusted it had a nail sticking out. The furniture is otherwise aged, and the amenities provided were placed in plastic containers/bottles with sticky labels. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, the grounds were lovely - it is a shame that management does not prioritise the improvement of service/room renovations to match it.

The weather was warm but it rained on and off the entire trip which was disappointing- No fault of the hotel obviously. The hotel was clean, well maintained however the toilet had a continuous flush unless you flicked the leaver a certain way. All facilities at the hotel were well kept and the staff were just so friendly and caring. Would def stay again if we returned.

The hotel is located on the beach about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An, the grounds are well attended and the pool is huge. The first room we were given was smaller than expected and faced a vacant lot, so we paid to get an upgrade, however the room showed wear and tear around the edges and smelled musty. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hoi An town, but the schedule is not always convenient, luckily metered taxis are cheap and plentiful. The Vietnamese food in the hotel restaurant was not bad. Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave which affected our overall stay.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Herrlich ist der Pool, die Ruhe der ganzen Anlage, und der schöne Strand. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut und alles ist toll zubereitet. Das Abendessen fanden wir relativ teuer, auch die Getränke. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist superfreundlich und hilfreich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

The staff were fantastic, the little restaurants around the property were very friendly and good local food very good prices. We even used the laundry service next door they did a nice job. If you stay in the new building there is a field behind it with some noisy roosters and some sports going on. They were kind and moved us fortunately they had another room available. Nice beach, good breakfast buffet and free shuttle into Hoi An. Hubby forgot his swim trunks and the hotel sent them to us in Da Nang which was very good service 👌

Loved the huge pool and gardens, but could do with a few more trees for shade. Very nice, large clean bedeoom with nice sheets. Breakfast buffet is decent. Staff are nice and helpful. The area around the hotel has very limited dining options, so most people us one of the shuttle buses to go into Hoi An old town, which only takes about ten minutes and is also a very cheap taxi back. Would recommend as long as you aren't expecting to be in the busy area

Our room was spacious and opened up onto the large swimming pool. The staff were fantastic — nothing was too much trouble. We used the hotel’s shuttle to go into and out of Hoi An. Very convenient.

We stayed here with family and loved it so much that, when other travel plans fell through, we booked it again last minute just me and my partner. Amazing beach and pool and lovely cosy rooms. Will always recommend when staying in Hoi An!

Virkelig smukt beach resort i ægte koloni-stil få km uden for Hoi An. Store og meget rene værelser med balkon/terrasse og mange med udsigt til pool/have eller hav (vi boede i et premier room). Flotte bygninger, flot have og lige ud til en meget fin privat strand. Lækker morgenmad, lille men godt gym, gratis shuttlebus til byen flere gange dagligt (og retur). A very nice resort a bit outside of Hoi An city. We loved the room, bed and linen was outstanding, and the staff are super service minded. Easy to go to Hoi An with shuttle bus and also to be picked up for exploring the area.

The hotel is located on the beach about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An, the grounds are well attended and the pool is huge. The first room we were given was smaller than expected and faced a vacant lot, so we paid to get an upgrade, however the room showed wear and tear around the edges and smelled musty. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hoi An town, but the schedule is not always convenient, luckily metered taxis are cheap and plentiful. The Vietnamese food in the hotel restaurant was not bad. Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave which affected our overall stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. It is excellent place to stay in Hoi An. Rooms and outdoor pool and beach area is wonderful place to relax. Hotel provided shuttle is very convenient to go to the old city of Hoi An. Staff and service is absolutely great.

The room was lovely and clean as was the hotel. We used the gym but found the electronic machines were not maintained and very noisy and clunky. Reception and breakfast staff were extremely friendly. The bar staff around the pool were very disinterested and felt they should have moved around the pool and been much more proactive. Seems the hotel is missing out on business. We decided to support the locals next door who were far friendlier.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really helpful in recommending places to go and see as well as what the local food is etc. I cannot rate them highly enough!! The hotel is lovely particularly for the price and the beach area is fabulous. There are elements of the hotel that could do with an update but nothing that would stop me staying here again. It’s in a great location for the beach and there’s a free transfer service to and from the old town a few times a day

The resort grounds were quiet, enjoyable and well-kept. However, the service of the staff there were not in line with the style and type of resort - they were inattentive and did not care for their guests or their stay. My partner and I were waiting in the lobby (no air-con, open-air, in 35 degree heat) for around 1.5 hours after checking out, and the staff did not offer us any cold beverages (complimentary or via the bar) - which was very disappointing. Overall, the hospitality was lacking. The breakfast buffet was the usual fare - mostly Western food with 2-3 Vietnamese offerings. Note that paper napkins were used, instead of linen, and that there are no a la carte options. We were never approached by the staff about our breakfast or day ahead. The pool was great, with a nice view and temperature. The pool furniture was stained and tired. We were never approached with any offers of a beverage or food pool-side. The finishing of the rooms and structures were also in a state of disrepair - our balcony door was rusty and required repairs during our stay, the shower was leaking and had mould, and the entertainment unit was so rusted it had a nail sticking out. The furniture is otherwise aged, and the amenities provided were placed in plastic containers/bottles with sticky labels. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, the grounds were lovely - it is a shame that management does not prioritise the improvement of service/room renovations to match it.

Vänligt mottagande. Fint rum. Egen strandremsa utan störande säljare. Stor pool. Avståndet till Hoi An för stort för att gå. Hotellet hade en gratis shuttlebus som gick några gånger om dagen, annars funkade det bra med taxi. Inget för den partysugne.

Virkelig smukt beach resort i ægte koloni-stil få km uden for Hoi An. Store og meget rene værelser med balkon/terrasse og mange med udsigt til pool/have eller hav (vi boede i et premier room). Flotte bygninger, flot have og lige ud til en meget fin privat strand. Lækker morgenmad, lille men godt gym, gratis shuttlebus til byen flere gange dagligt (og retur). Virkelig effektiv laundry service og housekeeping. Der er spa på stedet, men vi var der kun en enkelt gang (og har prøvet bedre i Vietnam). Vi var super glade for vores ophold i Hoi An og kommer meget gerne igen. Jeg vil dog ikke kalde det for et boutique hotel med så mange værelser. Det er mere et resort for mange europæere og australiere, så vær forberedt på at liggestolene er godt booket allerede ved morgenmaden. Derimod er der masser af plads på stranden og der serveres virkelig gode juicer og iskaffe ved både pool-/og strandbar. Når hotellet ikke får topkarakter skyldes det alene, at personalet er meget lidt proaktivt og meget lidt smilende. The hotel is located on the beach about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An, the grounds are well attended and the pool is huge. The first room we were given was smaller than expected and faced a vacant lot, so we paid to get an upgrade, however the room showed wear and tear around the edges and smelled musty. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hoi An town, but the schedule is not always convenient, luckily metered taxis are cheap and plentiful. The Vietnamese food in the hotel restaurant was not bad. Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave which affected our overall stay.

The resort grounds were quiet, enjoyable and well-kept. However, the service of the staff there were not in line with the style and type of resort - they were inattentive and did not care for their guests or their stay. My partner and I were waiting in the lobby (no air-con, open-air, in 35 degree heat) for around 1.5 hours after checking out, and the staff did not offer us any cold beverages (complimentary or via the bar) - which was very disappointing. Overall, the hospitality was lacking. The breakfast buffet was the usual fare - mostly Western food with 2-3 Vietnamese offerings. Note that paper napkins were used, instead of linen, and that there are no a la carte options. We were never approached by the staff about our breakfast or day ahead. The pool was great, with a nice view and temperature. The pool furniture was stained and tired. We were never approached with any offers of a beverage or food pool-side. The finishing of the rooms and structures were also in a state of disrepair - our balcony door was rusty and required repairs during our stay, the shower was leaking and had mould, and the entertainment unit was so rusted it had a nail sticking out. The furniture is otherwise aged, and the amenities provided were placed in plastic containers/bottles with sticky labels. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, the grounds were lovely - it is a shame that management does not prioritise the improvement of service/room renovations to match it.

2nd stay within 2 consecutive years. Love love the layout of the estate and the staff made us feel like we were coming home. However, maybe the hotel can change up the brekkie selection on a daily basis. We stayed for 9 days and eating the same food every morning can be a tad disappointing.

This is a fantastic hotel located right by the beach. The outdoor area is absolutely amazing and provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. For us, this kind of location is ideal. From th moment of arriving to my departure 4 nights later, virtually every aspect of this resort exceeded my expectations. The, quiet low rise resort style, large swimming pool and beautiful beach was what I was looking for and truly received. The palm trees and bougainvilleas everywhere were idyllic. The room was also great, with a very comfortable bed and first class linens. I’ll be back.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet area, not many restaurants or bars nearby. Not many lounges around pool or beach available due to selfish guests reserving beds they weren’t using. Not really the resorts fault but when couples are switching between their shaded lounges and sun baking lounges ( 4 lounges for two people) all day maybe supervising staff could speak to them, especially when other guests are looking somewhere to sit. Also noticed lounges around pool being reserved with an item of clothing but not used at all that day. Housekeeping, reception and other staff were brilliant.

We really enjoyed our stay and even stayed one night longer than planned. Our Premier Deluxe room (upper floor) was great, bed and pillows comfortable, nice balcony and quiet AC. Only pain point: We wished there was a real door for the bathroom for some toilet privacy. We loved the pool, very comfortable pool/ beach chairs and enough of them. Very beautiful & well maintained garden. The breakfast was also good with many options. All the staff was fantastic, super friendly and helpful!
