The condo was clean and quiet and had all we needed. We loved the area. The only issue was that the pool was closed for 3 days while we were there due to equipment failure. I would stay there again. The area is nice and quiet and low key. We loved our stay there overall.

The condo was beautiful with a very short walk to the beach. We loved that the pool was also very convenient. The owners were amazing and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this condo and it's wonderful owners.

The condo is lovely, very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped for cooking and for relaxing. The beach is beautiful and the area is close to many attractions and places of interest. It’s also a great base for many day trips. There is a wide selection of restaurants. There are options available for almost any interest or activity. The pier is within walking distance. It’s very relaxing to sit on the balconies and watch the waves rolling in. The pool and the beach are just steps away from the condo. I can’t get say enough about what an excellent choice this condo is for a couple or for a family. It’s just simply perfect! We couldn’t have had a better experience. Easy entry and comfortable condo with well equiped kitchen and easy to use Roku TV in living area. Wonderful wide beach, perfect for our grandson's skim boarding. Waves were large enough for boogie boarding and ocean surprisingly warm for early June. Storage shed was very helpful. We also biked the beach every day. The lighthouse climb was very interesting. Beds were quite comfortable. The pool which is right beneath the balcony was quite noisy but closed at 8 each night so not very bothersome. We hope to come back another summer.

My sister, cousin and I stayed at this cozy beach condo for 4 nights and it was just perfect for us. I grew up in NC and now live on the other coast, so when I found out I had a meeting to attend in NC, I recruited my sister and cousin to spend a few days at the beach! This condo was comfy and ideally located, just a short walk from the beach. We had a great dinner at a local restaurant but ate in for the rest of our meals. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts of the trip before and after we headed to the beach each day was to sit on the porch and rock while we caught up on family news. It was a bit too cool for us for the pool, but it appeared to be clean and well maintained and there were plenty of chairs for sun.Check in was easy. The condo was clean and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing spot on a beautiful walkable beach with several great restaurants, cute shops, and places to pick up fresh seafood close by. From the minute we walked through the door we could see the ocean waves rolling in and to the left was a beautiful kitchen which has view of the ocean as well. Walk in ocean front living area and main bedroom With patio doors to balcony. Everything was clean ,neat and decorated nicely . I spent a lot of time sitting on a shaded balcony enjoying the ocean . Kitchen well supplied . Pool area really nice and clean as well . Hope To get to stay here again . Stuart and Brandon were quick To Answer any questions and address any issues or concerns .

We had a lovely stay! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach. Sadly the pool, which they were filling for the season while we were there, was closed but we knew it might be unavailable this time of year. The only issue was that the building turned off the hose near the pool entry so we had to go look around and borrow another units shower hose to rinse our feet and beach gear each day. Besides that, it really was an ideal vacation for us. Can’t wait to go back.

We wanted to explore Oak Island , St James, and Southport and your condo was the perfect base for our stay. Everything in the condo was spotless, and functional. We spent our days exploring and enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean every night, then turning in to your very comfortable bed. There was more storage than we needed , even if we had stayed for a week or more. Showers were also a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we had useable but not great weather so we got to walk the beach and sit for a time at the pool, but didn’t get the beach time we were hoping for. Everything you set up for us was very helpful. We did not use the TVs and didn’t get past the setup page on the TV menus.To be honest we didn’t try very hard as we had little real interest in TV and much preferred looking at the ocean from the balcony. Thanks for a great experience.

Very small condo with an amazing location. The beach is literally in your backyard with very easy access. The place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the towel situation. I'm a big girl with a lot of hair and those tiny towels didn't cut it. Luckily I had an extra beach towel I could use. Also, more washcloths would be nice. 1 per person for a 3 night stay won't work. Next time I'd bring my own towels and washcloths. Don't hesitate to book this place!

We stayed in the condo last year and decided to come back because of its perfect location, amenities, and cleanliness of the condo. We were enlighten to come back to the new sectional sofa, the perfect upgrade to this unit. We will definitely be back!

We've always loved staying in this complex. While this was not the cleanest property we stayed in we enjoyed our visit as always. Communication was definitely lacking. 48+ hours to respond to our message after reaching out about extremely noisy new upstairs owners. That's our largest complaint. Very difficult to sleep because of that. A few cleanliness issues but some of those are unavoidable being a beach condo. So we expected those. Check-in was simple. Pictures were accurate. Enjoyed our morning view sitting on the porch right out of the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and was nicely updated.

This place is absolutely perfect if you want to get to a beach quick, see the beach from a balcony, or just listen to the waves from the confort of your VRBO! It is well furnished and spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and extra blankets. The washer/dryer is a plus! The kitchen had everything needed to eat in and relax. Check in was easy, response was quick, and checkout clearly written and easy to complete. We will check here 1st when we return to check on availability! We loved everything about this place!

I'm a big girl with a lot of hair and those tiny towels didn't cut it. Luckily I had an extra beach towel I could use. Also, more washcloths would be nice. 1 per person for a 3 night stay won't work. Next time I'd bring my own towels and washcloths. Don't hesitate to book this place!

From the minute we walked through the door we could see the ocean waves rolling in and to the left was a beautiful kitchen which has view of the ocean as well. Walk in ocean front living area and main bedroom With patio doors to balcony. Everything was clean ,neat and decorated nicely . I spent a lot of time sitting on a shaded balcony enjoying the ocean . Kitchen well supplied . Pool area really nice and clean as well . Hope To get to stay here again . Stuart and Brandon were quick To Answer any questions and address any issues or concerns .

Caswell Beach is a great locale for a family getaway, even in December, and this condo is set-up to make your stay a fun and comfortable one. HUGE sectional sofa, lots of TV viewing options if you can tear yourself away from the ocean views off the deck. Grandkids loved the bunkbed. Brandon and Stuart are great hosts and their welcome book is the best we've seen yet! We could have happily stayed longer.

The extra spacious sectional was nice and comfortable. the owners were great and left plenty of clear instructions to navigate the condo, island and local community. We had an amazing three month stay here (Jan. - Mar. 2024). The condo is right on top of the beach and the views were spectacular, especially in the afternoon when the sun hit the water at just the right angle. Hard to describe - you have to see it! The condo was perfectly maintained and communication with the hosts was excellent. A few minor issues were promptly resolved. The location is excellent: short drives to many restaurants on Oak Island and Southport an easy 10 minute drive away. Highly recommend Bright & Beachy (or Toes in the Water as it is also known).

This place is absolutely perfect if you want to get to a beach quick, see the beach from a balcony, or just listen to the waves from the confort of your VRBO! It is well furnished and spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and extra blankets. The washer/dryer is a plus! The kitchen had everything needed to eat in and relax. Check in was easy, response was quick, and checkout clearly written and easy to complete. We will check here 1st when we return to check on availability! We loved everything about this place!

This was the second here we stayed and although the pool was broken the whole time we were there Brandon and Stuart were very apologietic and did all they could to communicate with us what was going on. The location is perfect for families with small children- it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach literally with kids and all the beach gear. Easy to go up and down with kids needing things. 10min walk on the beach to the pier. We’ll be booking a third year this year!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway with our 3 month old son for his first beach trip! Perfect location right on the beach and less than a mile walk to the pier and restaurants. Stuart and Brandon were excellent hosts and very responsive!

The condo is lovely, very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped for cooking and for relaxing. The beach is beautiful and the area is close to many attractions and places of interest. It’s also a great base for many day trips. There is a wide selection of restaurants. There are options available for almost any interest or activity. The pier is within walking distance. It’s very relaxing to sit on the balconies and watch the waves rolling in. The pool and the beach are just steps away from the condo. I can’t get say enough about what an excellent choice this condo is for a couple or for a family. It’s just simply perfect! We couldn’t have had a better experience. We've always loved staying in this complex. While this was not the cleanest property we stayed in we enjoyed our visit as always. Communication was definitely lacking. 48+ hours to respond to our message after reaching out about extremely noisy new upstairs owners. That's our largest complaint. Very difficult to sleep because of that. A few cleanliness issues but some of those are unavoidable being a beach condo. So we expected those. Check-in was simple. Pictures were accurate. Enjoyed our morning view sitting on the porch right out of the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and was nicely updated.

Our stay at Toes In The Water was great. I love visiting the beach in the off season and this was a perfect find. The property was a nice complex, and although the weather was not sunny, it provided us a great place to see the ocean and was far enough away to not have bustling traffic but close enough to get to Oak Island or Southport. Would come back when we are back in the area again! The condo was updated and beds were comfy. We loved the view!

The condo was just as described. The unit was very clean and and the kitchen had everything I needed, including appliances that are top notch. Always nice to feel like you upgrade a bit from your own place! The view is spectacular and even when it was slightly raining, we could still enjoy it from inside. There is a direct path to the beach that is very close to the unit, so enjoyed many walks along the beach with easy access. I did have some trouble finding the exact unit within the complex, but I called the owner and they picked up right away and directed me. Of course, my friends found it no problem! Great experience, and have this one bookmarked as a favorite!

My sister, cousin and I stayed at this cozy beach condo for 4 nights and it was just perfect for us. I grew up in NC and now live on the other coast, so when I found out I had a meeting to attend in NC, I recruited my sister and cousin to spend a few days at the beach! This condo was comfy and ideally located, just a short walk from the beach. We had a great dinner at a local restaurant but ate in for the rest of our meals. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts of the trip before and after we headed to the beach each day was to sit on the porch and rock while we caught up on family news. It was a bit too cool for us for the pool, but it appeared to be clean and well maintained and there were plenty of chairs for sun.Check in was easy. The condo was clean and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing spot on a beautiful walkable beach with several great restaurants, cute shops, and places to pick up fresh seafood close by.
