Chambre triple standard spacieuse et très propre, salle de bain et WC séparés. Petit-déjeuner traditionnel plus que correct, salle à manger avec terrasse très agréable. Le bâtiment et le petit jardin donnent une note chaleureuse. Seul petit bémol: Internet très-très lent.

Hôtel impeccable, service parfait, un jardin en plein centre ville très agréable et calme. Les chambres sont confortables et disposent d'une climatisation très appréciable avec les températures que nous avons eu. Nous sommes à 10 minutes à pied du vieux Annecy, la gare est à côté mais on entend pas les trains.

Apart from there being no one in Reception and the hotel being closed when we and other guests arrived, we had no complaints. The hotel exterior may look a little tired, but inside it is very comfortable. It is well located, parking is good and the garden is an oasis of calm. Breakfast is excellent value, the breakfast room is delightful and the staff very efficient. We would happily return. A laundry service would have been nice.

Très calme [jardin apprécié !!!], bien situé (3mn de la gare, 15mn de la vieille ville), parking sur site gratuit. Nous savons désormais où dormir à Annecy à l'avenir ! Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel. Comme nous ne déjeunons pas le matin, nous avons apprécié la bouilloire [café-poussière et Lipton jaune] : heureusement j'avais mes sachets de thé !

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy.

Très belle surface pour la chambre, un couloir dans la chambre qui isole des bruits de mouvements. un très grand lit et un grand canapé. Chambre située au 2eme étage et un léger bruit de moteur sur le toit qui est tout de même ennuyeux (une clim ? le système de chauffage .... ?) On apprécie toujours de côté montagnard moderne de la chambre

The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy.

This property is well located. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. The room is a good size with sufficient room for luggage. We love the breakfast, not elaborate but plenty adequate. We love the staff. Very helpful, always with a smile. Glad we found this place.

Apart from there being no one in Reception and the hotel being closed when we and other guests arrived, we had no complaints. The hotel exterior may look a little tired, but inside it is very comfortable. It is well located, parking is good and the garden is an oasis of calm. Breakfast is excellent value, the breakfast room is delightful and the staff very efficient. We would happily return. A laundry service would have been nice.

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden.
