Dette hotellet har hatt sine bedre dager. Teppe i gangen var slitt og møkkete. Gulvet på rommet var ikke rengjort skikkelig. Personalet var hyggelig, men alt tok tid. De har en bassengbar som ikke var mulig å bestille fra. Bra beliggenhet gjorde at vi valgte dette hotellet..

The roof bar advertised in the lift and room is not for couples or families, it’s a talking bar so only suitable for certain clientele. Overall the hotel was in a good location and clean, more sunbeds are needed and room cleaning needs to be earlier on in the day.

Stayed two nights with little kids. Room was a bit outdated and bathroom shower booth was too small. But the room was clean and the beach view was amazing. Really close to the beach. A bit far from restaurant areas - so we had to take a Grab (Uber-like). We enjoyed their pool a lot too. Pool was not the cleanest to be honest but was pretty big and not too deep. Also their breakfast buffet was best (compared to other hotels we stayed later). Strongly recommend!!

A fabulous hotel, just across the road from the beach. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Huge swimming pool that feels quite secluded even though it is situated next to a busy road. Overall, highly recommended.

We chose this hotel as on paper it had everything we as a family wanted. Bar, ground floor swimming pool, restaurant and central location. Our room was on the 8th floor and was enormous, we had a suite and had plentiful of room so can’t fault the room apart from inadequate sound proofing. We were woken early on a number of days by the daily aerobic exercise class on the beach outside which had a loud speaker cranked up to rock concert levels. This was annoying but not a deal breaker for us. The reason we didn’t rate the hotel was more to do with customer service. The hotel advertised that it had a bar which it does I think on the 12th floor. I took my family there one night at around 8pm for drinks and were made to feel unwelcome by the staff. It became apparent that the bar was being run by a Korean firm ( not the hotel) and unless you were Korean you were not welcome. They grudgingly served us one drink and we quickly left. The pool bar was also a joke as staff seemed to be abit annoyed that we would dare ask for drinks. I would rate this hotel higher but only once there has been some staff training in customer service. Until then we would not recommend or return to this hotel if we visit Da Nang again.

The upstairs rooftop bar was set up like a private night club so not really accessible for hotel guests, we were only guided to 6 bar stools and the prices were very high. We paid a lot of money for a 3 night stay and it certainly wasn’t worth the money we paid and I think the 5 star rating of the hotel is very generous it’s hovering between 3 and 4 stars

I love the Grand Tourane. We stayed here last year as well. It has an amazing breakfast, staff are great, the swimming pool is amazing! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. Highly recommend, we will be back!

We loved our stay here, we were treated so very well and everyone was so kind to us and our children. The pool facilities were wonderful woth a great pool bar that always had friendly staff working there. The pool boys were also wonderful and so caring towards our children. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast and we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful member of staff who made each of our mornings so special. Her name was Truc (spelling may not be correct) but we loved her and i still miss her now! The room were always so clean and tidy and serviced daily. We had a sea view room and wow all i can say is it was stunning! We were on floor 18 so nice and high up and felt like we were in the water! Overall couldnt be happier with our stay and our kids loved that they set their snugglies up on their bed each day on their pillows, such a nice touch.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was excellent, close to tons of restaurants and directly across from the beach. It’s a big hotel with lots of guests from tour groups. The entire staff at the property were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. There was enough variety at the breakfast buffet (Western, Indian, Asian) but can be quite busy during peak hours as everyone eats before rushing off for their day trips. Only negative for us was that the building overall is a bit dated and could do with a renovation, especially the carpets in the floor corridors. However, despite this we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance .. the hotel is a bit run down and hot … no ac in a lobby or elevator The hotel is a bit rundown but is in a good location.. right across from the beach.. many restaurants are within walking distance.. the room is spacious and clean.. bed is comfortable.. the breakfast could be better.. the food was just ok but there’s no assistant with getting a table.. not good.. also there’s no ac everywhere but in a guest rooms

The room size was great, bed was enormous, wifi was excellent, access to youtube on the tv was very appreciated.Its location was just right, not in the city, on the shoreline, short GRAB taxi rides into the city, beach access, access to street vendors just behind, access to other restaurants and grocery stores, relatively quiet! Room cleaning never seemed to occur when we turned o it on, we'd come back to our room to find it not cleaned etc. ... so we would go out again... this a little frustrating. Frustratingly, what was delivered via room service looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO IN THE ROOM SERVICE MENU. It was a pizza that was not fully topped with what was shown on the menu nor did the topping cover the pizza ... a very lazy attempt and very disappointed, especially for the price we paid ... apart from that one thing, all good

A modern hotel with excellent amenities and staff. Right across the street from My Khe Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, spas and shops. Great buffet breakfast. Quality meals in restaurant. Rooms spacious and clean, good aircon, plenty of hot water and wardrobe space. Clean pool. Staff very welcoming and responsive. Our 3rd stay at Grand Tourane. Highly recommended.

He stayed in the executive suite, so my review is based off of that. It was awesome! We had a fantastic view of the ocean, and a HUGE room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is walkable to food spots and not too far from the Dragon Bridge. Loved the night market too. The staff was great, and property was worth staying at. Loved it!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer wie gewünscht im zweitobersten Stock mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Isolierung der Zimmer ist etwas schwach, selbst im 17. Stock konnte man den Lärm der lebhaften Küstenstrasse bei geschlossenem Fenster gut hören aber mich stört das überhaupt nicht.

We had a great room with view to the ocean on the upper floor. Also we were given early check, which came very handy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It also comes with a library and entertainment room, with table tennis and fussball table. We also got an afternoon tea, which was very nicely made.

Had a one week stay at this hotel in a corner suite. The views were amazing--especially from the soaker bathtub. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with loads of both Western and Vietnamese options. The staff were very attentive and made sure to check in with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with the beach directly across the street. It was also within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and lots of restaurants. The airport shuttle was a nice bonus and they even gave us a parting gift at checkout! Would definitely stay here again.
Had a one week stay at this hotel in a corner suite. The views were amazing--especially from the soaker bathtub. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with loads of both Western and Vietnamese options. The staff were very attentive and made sure to check in with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with the beach directly across the street. It was also within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and lots of restaurants. The airport shuttle was a nice bonus and they even gave us a parting gift at checkout! Would definitely stay here again.

Ok Hotel, doesn’t feel like 5 stars at all though. Very thin walls and doors you actually hear the people in the other rooms talk, even if it’s with a very low voice. Great location just next to the beach. The breakfast is meh.

We chose this hotel as on paper it had everything we as a family wanted. Bar, ground floor swimming pool, restaurant and central location. Our room was on the 8th floor and was enormous, we had a suite and had plentiful of room so can’t fault the room apart from inadequate sound proofing. We were woken early on a number of days by the daily aerobic exercise class on the beach outside which had a loud speaker cranked up to rock concert levels. This was annoying but not a deal breaker for us. The reason we didn’t rate the hotel was more to do with customer service. The hotel advertised that it had a bar which it does I think on the 12th floor. I took my family there one night at around 8pm for drinks and were made to feel unwelcome by the staff. It became apparent that the bar was being run by a Korean firm ( not the hotel) and unless you were Korean you were not welcome. They grudgingly served us one drink and we quickly left. The pool bar was also a joke as staff seemed to be abit annoyed that we would dare ask for drinks. I would rate this hotel higher but only once there has been some staff training in customer service. Until then we would not recommend or return to this hotel if we visit Da Nang again.

The hotel looks great in the online photos but close up its very tired. We had a really big room but again a bit tired inside, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed from the day we went in until we left, the internet in our room was very slow and the carpets in most of the hallways we went down were very heavily stained and dirty. The breakfast was very average (we had stayed in 4 other hotels in various parts of Vietnam and all the breakfasts we had were very good). The upstairs rooftop bar was set up like a private night club so not really accessible for hotel guests, we were only guided to 6 bar stools and the prices were very high. We paid a lot of money for a 3 night stay and it certainly wasn’t worth the money we paid and I think the 5 star rating of the hotel is very generous it’s hovering between 3 and 4 stars

The hotel is situated very good - close to dragon bridge and roughly in the middle of beach. Time has made some inpact on it , but if the price is O.K. so it is not so important.I still have to point out a negative thing - wi.fi internet, The signal was really bad though we stayed in premium room.Otherwise not too much to complain about.

The room size was great, bed was enormous, wifi was excellent, access to youtube on the tv was very appreciated.Its location was just right, not in the city, on the shoreline, short GRAB taxi rides into the city, beach access, access to street vendors just behind, access to other restaurants and grocery stores, relatively quiet! Room cleaning never seemed to occur when we turned o it on, we'd come back to our room to find it not cleaned etc. ... so we would go out again... this a little frustrating. Frustratingly, what was delivered via room service looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO IN THE ROOM SERVICE MENU. It was a pizza that was not fully topped with what was shown on the menu nor did the topping cover the pizza ... a very lazy attempt and very disappointed, especially for the price we paid ... apart from that one thing, all good

We liked the super clean facility. Great option for kids. Spacious rooms. Great location. Service could have been improved. Staff were not keen on helping and generally very slow and inattentive. Eg: we waitied over 30 minutes for a beer at the bar while it wasnt busy. I had to wait hours to get money exchanged. I would stay here again, however would be more inclined if the services was better.

I was booked 3 room for my family last couple weeks. There’s something happened during my vacation time so I couldn’t get those rooms. I called hotel and talk to the staffs, they understood and helped me to move my booking to the other weeks. When I come to get my rooms, staffs in hotel so nice, they are asking and helping us whatever we need for our vacation. The rooms are beautiful with sea viewing, everything are clean. My kids they loved it. Recommended this hotel and I will book it again when I come back to DaNang.

We were only there for one night, got upgraded to the sea view room on the 20th floor. The room was great, very comfortable with plenty of room. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes for different cultures (plus a great view of the beach). Both check-in and out were easy with no issues.

I specifically booked an Ocean Tourane Suite and it was gorgeous. The view was incredible especially watching the sun rise each morning. The living room was large, bedroom area was also large with a sectional sofa. The bathroom was huge with a large bathtub. The staff were very nice and cordial. Mr Huong from housekeeping found a large amount of cash that I had dropped under the couch in the living room. He kind fully and honorably returned it to me - wow! Their breakfast provides so many choices. There was probably close to about 100 different choices. Anyone who is picky or have any food allergy will still have multiple choices and leave with happy stomachs. I am going to return to Vietnam and The Grand Tourane Hotel.

The staff were very attentive, especially the bar staff downstairs and the pool staff. The hotel manager was lovely too. The sea view was the best view we have had from a hotel room - highly recommend paying for the upgrade. Only part that could of been better was to have the sky bar open for drinks at nighttime but I understand this was due to covid measures.

He stayed in the executive suite, so my review is based off of that. It was awesome! We had a fantastic view of the ocean, and a HUGE room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is walkable to food spots and not too far from the Dragon Bridge. Loved the night market too. The staff was great, and property was worth staying at. Loved it!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was excellent, close to tons of restaurants and directly across from the beach. It’s a big hotel with lots of guests from tour groups. The entire staff at the property were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. There was enough variety at the breakfast buffet (Western, Indian, Asian) but can be quite busy during peak hours as everyone eats before rushing off for their day trips. Only negative for us was that the building overall is a bit dated and could do with a renovation, especially the carpets in the floor corridors. However, despite this we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A fabulous hotel, just across the road from the beach. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Huge swimming pool that feels quite secluded even though it is situated next to a busy road. Overall, highly recommended.

Great location, across from My Kye beach and close (walking distance) to make restaurants and eateries. Decent size room (twin sea view), very nice view of the sea and also views up and down the beach (from our room on the 16th floor). Breakfast was very nice (6am-10am). Hotel staff were very courteous and pleasant.

It’s a beautiful property right on the beach. Staff and facilities are great. Slightly away from the busy area, which is great but within walking distance of everything. It’s truly a great place.

Directly opposite the main beach, and with it's own large pool, this is a great hotel for a short break. We were given an upgraded room which was nice to look over the ocean, unfortunately there is loudspeakers on the beach path playing music all night. If you are a light sleeper I recommend getting a room facing the city. The room it's self was lovely. Good mattress, pillows and sheets. Nice bathroom, good tv channels and internet. Staff were very helpful, and even provided an umbrella to borrow. We went on a couple of excursions the hotel staff helped organise. It was not my first visit, and it will not be my last. Mycket fint hotell, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rent på rummet, dock fick vi be om extra handdukar fast vi bokat för fler personer. Ligger perfekt på stranden med gångavstånd till sevärdheter. Frukosten var helt fantastisk! Det fanns allt man önska och lite till. Kan bara rekommendera och ge 5 av 5 i betyg.

The room size was great, bed was enormous, wifi was excellent, access to youtube on the tv was very appreciated.Its location was just right, not in the city, on the shoreline, short GRAB taxi rides into the city, beach access, access to street vendors just behind, access to other restaurants and grocery stores, relatively quiet! Room cleaning never seemed to occur when we turned o it on, we'd come back to our room to find it not cleaned etc. ... so we would go out again... this a little frustrating. Frustratingly, what was delivered via room service looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO IN THE ROOM SERVICE MENU. It was a pizza that was not fully topped with what was shown on the menu nor did the topping cover the pizza ... a very lazy attempt and very disappointed, especially for the price we paid ... apart from that one thing, all good

This would have been 5 stars but the breakfast was a little bit of a let down for me. The buffet breakfast was not hot for the items like bacon and sausage. As a Westerner I realise I am in south east Asia but hope that in a hotel as good as this I would be able to have baked beans, cooked tomatoes and mushrooms as well as the Asian cuisine.

Everything was great about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the clean, modern and spacious room. The breakfast buffet and room service food was also very good. Will definitely return when back in DaNang.

Great place to stay for your trip to Da Nang. The hotel has everything you need, great location, clean, friendly helpful staff and a great buffet breakfast. The pool area is great to cool off with loungers and towels for guests to use and even take across the street to the beach. Lots of little eating places close by and Heart Spa and Massage just around the corner that we went to twice. I would definitely stay here again.

Big modern hotel across from beautiful beach. Ocean front rooms are a must. Breakfast buffet is huge with many excellent selections. Lots of restaurants, spas etc in the area.
