This is a basic hotel with just okay facilities. No place to store clothes other than hangers. Although the staff was friendly, the night/early morning manager in Novotel who happens to be the same company was rude, dismissive and condescending. His words “you are not my guest”. Although the 2 hotels are connected, he made me walk with my backpack in the rain. It would have been a few steps and kept me drier. So much so for one person’s insensitivity to make French people have the reputation to be just like him.

I initially tried booking a room but had trouble finishing the process. I assumed the transaction did not go through. The following day I booked again and this time the booking was completed. I realized the first booking actually went through. Working with Expedia this hotel refused to refund my money from first booking even though I did stay at the hotel. I consider this a theft. Additionally breakfast was supposed to be open at 5am. The area appeared to be open but nothing was put out or ready for guests.

Property and stay was going great until a staff member screamed at my wife for helping herself to water when she told okay to do so. This happened right before we checked out and for that reason I gave 1 star for an awful experience. Shame as I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the unruly staff member,. She had the audacity to behave the way she did in front of the manager who quickly apologized but the damage was done. Simply will not be staying again.

I'm impressed by the friendliness of the staff, especiallly in a hotel with that many guests near the airport. The lady responsible for check-in made sure everything went smoothly even when several guests arrived at the same time. Clean room and I loved the vending machines.

Gut - es ist ein Zwei-Sterne-Hotel im Hinterhof des Novotel. Da muss man akzeptieren, dass manche Dinge nicht so sind, wie man es "erwartet hat"!? Man kann das Hotel auch direkt über den Eingang des Novotel erreichen ... ebenfalls ist es möglich das Restaurant und die Bar des Novotel zu nutzen, da es so etwas im IBIS-Budget nicht gibt. Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam - ganz ehrlich gesagt, habe ich noch nie in einem anderen Hotel etwas auf so niedrigen Niveau angeboten bekommen. Sogar jedes andere IBIS, dass ich im Laufe der Jahre hin und wieder gebucht habe, bietet beim Frühstück eine viel größere Auswahl ... und noch nie ist mir in den vielen Jahren nicht einmal ein gekochtes Ei angeboten worden. Hmmh, beim nächsten Mal werde ich sicher genauer hinsehen. Definitiv sind über 170€ pro Nacht m. E. nicht annähernd gerechtfertig - schade.

Mycket bra boende med utmärkt läge. Rummet var lugnt och skönt, med bra sängar/ Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, serviceinriktad och tillgänglig. Mycket god frukost, rent och fräscht. Ett boende jag varmt rekommenderar.

Very convenient hotel for the airport at Terminal 1; it only takes 5 mins to walk between the two. We arrived very late in the evening and the lady on reception was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is a basic buffet, but with a good selection. This is our second time of staying here and we would plan to do so again. It is also only an easy 5 minute walk to Gare St Augustin, which makes it very convenient to access the trains travelling along the coast.

Exactly as it says in the tin. It’s BUDGET. Shower is what you expect to find in a caravan. Breakfast is very budget and would advise eating elsewhere. Coffee vile. Very limited choice. Clean hotel just very basic. I just wish I’d paid more and stayed somewhere better. Lesson learned.

Great location! Walked to/from terminals for arrival by train, tram to city center for dinner, departure by plane. The room is small but very clean. The breakfast selection was better than expected for the pleasantly surprising price.
