L’hôtel est à quelques pas du tram, ce qui permet de visiter Nice, la piscine, le Jacuzzi et le Sauna, la salle de sport m’ont permis avec mes filles de passer un agréable séjour, bravo aux hôtesses d’accueil, a l’équipe de maintenance pour leur disponibilité, je recommande vivement

Parking très cher 25€ la nuit, pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, petit déjeuner très cher. Cela ne vaut pas le prix.

The room is big. The check in process was easy. The bed could be better, bat was OK. There is a kitchen with almost everything you need except a wine opener. I paid a fee of €25 per night for parking. The elevator to the parking garage was broken when I checked out. The young lady in the front desk was very kind but useless to know when the elevator was going to be working. She told me she was alone and can’t check because of that, which you have to be aware about if you have a problem during your stay. The staff is really nice. I complained about some odour coming out of the bathroom and the manager came to check and sprayed some fresheners

Pool closed, breakfast very limited. Good location for the prom.

Stayed with family of 4 for 1 night in August. Fire alarm went off twice in the night 3am and 8am resulting in everyone crashing reception for reasons, chaos reigned. Hottub was like pea soup, inside pool and sauna could do with a good clean. Room could do with a refresh as skirting boards loose, door handles missing and a fair few scrapes and bumps. Short walk from the airport a bonus. 10 minutes on the tram to Nice center. Rooftop area good, bit busy but gets quiet later. We managed to have it all to ourselves from 10pm to 11pm.

There was an hour long line up to check in with only 1 person on reception. He didn’t care and said it was a normal day so why not have 2 people on reception at check in time. They don’t supply pool towels, only gave us 1 bath towel, then said we had to use our bath towel and they would charge us for extra clean towels. There’s no milk supplied for a cup of tea or coffee. The desk refused to give us any. The desk sign states there’s bar snacks available to purchase with a price list, but there wasn’t ever any at all from the list over our 3 days. The room notes state that you have to empty your bins out in the street yourself. We think 25 euros per day parking is a little expensive. The room size and the pools were good.

Great hotel for the price. Nice , clean swimming pool area. Nice views at the airport runway. Convenient location for travelers. Close to airport and tram stops.

Sauna en panne. Dommage quand on sélectionne un hôtel spécifiquement avec un spa.

Flott og trygt hotell. Veldig bra frokost. Litt dårlig at man ikke kan benytte fasiliteter som utendørsbasseng den dagen man reiser. Mange har sene flyavganger og det burde vært mulig å bruke fasilitetene fram til innsjekkingstidspunkt for nye gjester.

The hallway was dirty and was not vacuum nor cleaned during my 4 day stay.

Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht nur neue Handtücher wurde gelegt.

Hygiène très limitée,

L'état général est assez décevant. Il y a clairement un soucis de propreté et d'entretien, bien que l'établissement soit assez récent. Il manquait une dalle au plafond de l'appartement, couloirs et communs sales, des tubes de shampoing usagés dans une douche de la piscine pendant plusieurs jours, idem pour des paquets de cheveux au sol et dans les siphons. Rien pour poser ses affaires à la piscine ou dans les vestiaires, pas un casier, pas une étagère, juste deux chaises en plastique. Ce qui est sympa, c'et la terrasse avec vue sur les pistes de l'aéroport, surtout si on aime les avions ! Par rapport à la proximité de l'aéroport, c'est assez bien insonorisé.

Guter freundlicher Service aber unsauber. Von Müllsäcke, die Tagelang im Flur stehen, über Windeln, die im Wellnessbereich liegen, bis hin zu stinkenden Abflüssen die nicht ablaufen, war es ein eher nicht so angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist in anderen Hotels für den selben Preis bei weitem größer und abwechslungsreicher.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais 1 fois pas 2. Je m’explique : La propreté laisse vraiment vraiment à désirer. J’ai passé un séjour de 5 jours avec les mêmes draps et même serviettes. Aucune femme de ménage n’est passé dans la chambre pour ne serait ce que passé l’aspirateur. Je trouve ça aberrant qu’on nous laisse avec 1 grande et 1 petite serviette par personne pour 5 jours. C’est la 1ere fois que je vois ça dans un hôtel J’avais réservé un petit studio donc avec kitchenette et bien comment vous dire qu’on ne peut pas aller loin avec une petite cuillère et 2 fourchettes. J’ai fortement été déçu de ma chambre. Autre point et pas des moindres les piscines gelées… sur les photos tout à l’air parfait mais quand on arrive à la piscine (intérieur ou extérieur) il n’y a ni chaise, ni transat, ni casier pour poser nos affaires. Donc tout le monde met sa serviette par terre donc une fois plus l’hygiène n’est pas au rendez-vous. Dernier point et je finirai là-dessus, est-ce qu’on en parle du petit déjeuner a 16,50€ par personne ?😂😂 Non sérieusement c’est de l’abus, je vous conseille plutôt d’aller prendre un bon petit déjeuner, brunch dans un des nombreux restaurants qui en propose dans le vieux Nice entre 5 et 12€. L’ambiance y sera également beaucoup plus chaleureuse. La situation géographique de l’hôtel reste très bien. Tout est à proximité

Das Hotel und das Apartment an sich, ist ansprechend und modern. Jedoch sind bereits überall Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen. Die Wände sind schmutzig, überall Schrammen. Im Appartement selbst das gleiche. Die Türrahmen dreckig, teilweise defekt und notdürftig geflickt. Bei Ankunft waren die Fenster total schmutzig mit diversen Fingerabdrücken, hinterm Fernseher und an den Lampen eine dicke Schicht Staub. Das Schlafsofa war nicht nutzbar, da die Scharniere gebrochen waren und alles instabil war. Gerade darauf liegen war unmöglich. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist ein Posterbettgestell, aud dem eine dünne, viel zu weiche Matratze liegt. Beim Schlafen liegt man quasi auf dem Bettgestell, da keine Federung gegeben. Somit waren jeden morgen Rückenschmerzen vorhanden. Die Kissen sind total hart, sodass man hier ebenfalls nicht darauf liegen kann. Die grünen Dekokissen waren voll mit Flecken, was richtig ekelhaft ist. Vorgänge und Lüftungsgitter waren total verdreckt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wollte man u s nicht weiterhelfen, es gibt keinen Techniker, der das Schlafsofa reparieren oder austauschen kann und ein anderes Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung. Ebenso funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Auch hier die Antwort, dass diese seit dem 15.10. ausgeschaltet ist und alle anderen Gäste dann das gleiche Problem haben. Das Apartment hatte Meerblick und somit den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es waren Tag und Nacht 25 Grad im Appartment. Bei der zweiten Beschwerde an der Rezeption

Clean room, helpful check in staff, good amenities in the room.

Pas très propre que ce soit la chambre ou les couloirs, trace de brûlure dans la salle de bain et aussi de la moisissure.

Wanted a place close to airport. 3 minutes away and shuttle was 40 euros!! Ridiculous. Toilet had stuck on dirt I cleaned with my wipes -gross. Floor in front of door needed vacuuming. No extra toilet paper. No bath soap. Pools & jacuzzi cold. Huge containers of dirty towels & laundry in the hall to jacuzzi area. Literally taking up the hallway space -gross. Front desk didn’t care that I had to clean the toilet lol. Shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted a different room. I’m I already cleaned the toilet! No where to eat except shady neighborhood area behind hotel. The room closets both had cleaning equipment in them. No one wants to hang clothes with cleaning equipment and trash can in then. Room was fine besides these unnecessary issues. Would I stay again? No! They are not clean or caring. In fact aloof. Plus the 40 euro to the airport was way to much. Rather pay for a nicer hotel with amenities and cleanliness.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from the airport and stay surprisingly quiet so it was easy to sleep. There was no noise from the airport.

The property feels pretty run down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom leading to under the bath where clearly there's been some plumbing issues. Skirting boards had fallen away and rotted from damp. The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aircon just about worked, but wouldn't get sub 20C. It was the cheapest available close to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations so 3 star rating reflects price. We were only staying 2 nights as a stop gap so was ok, but wouldn't spend any longer.

It was extremely noisey all night (traffic, not aircraft) and a lorry started unloading at 3am and made an horrendous noise for about an hour. Reception demanded a 150 euro deposit even though I had paid for the room (I still haven’t received it). Worst of all, the room I booked had been given to someone else - I would not stay there again.

The room / apartment had good kitchen facilities, the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable and staff on desk were professional some were friendly and welcoming, but not all. There was a lack of communication prior to arrival. We had attempted to contact them numerous times for weeks before our stay via email, with head office by telephone. But no response from local hotel.

The bed was not made, so we had to ask for linens and make the bed ourselves. There was also no soap in the room so had to go back to reception for that. The air conditioning was broken so they provided a noisy fan that I had to help them assemble. There was no possibility to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. All in all not a hotel I’d go back to. Will point out though that the staff were polite and provided a free breakfast as compensation.

I booked for two rooms for at least a month in advance for my family and when I ask the staff in the lobby why our rooms were not next together they could not give me a good reason of why. I asked if we could have our rooms next together or on the same floor they said they can’t accommodate me. He wasn’t very helpful knowing I booked two rooms when I made my reservation.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect and the roof top pool was amazing.

The gentleman at the front was very rude and dismiissive. My room was prepaid but there was a $150 deposit for the one night stay. I had to use a new credit card since i wouldnt have enough on my debit. The first time i tapped the card it said declined but i immediately got a text saying that my card was being used in another country. I sorted that out with the bank and was told to proceed. When i went back to him to run the card, he turned the card backwards inserted it and said declined, by this time he became even more dismissive and unaccomdating. I was on the phone with the bank and they kept telling me the only decline they see is the initial one which was sorted out so whatever is happening has to do with the merchant. By now i was frustrated so i asked for his manager. He asked why i needed the manager as if he didnt want to get her. I told him, either you call the manager or refund what i already paid for tge room so that i could go and book another hotel. The manager came and thankfully offered to help. She explained that this happens sometimes when you use a new card. She allowed me to pay the international tax and forego the deposit since i would only he staying one night. I went up to the room and it was very tacky. Not dirty but tacky. The wallpaper peeling, the carpet smeeled funny and the light in the hallway outside my room wasnt working. Needless to say i will never be staying at this place ever again.

The staff were so kind and helpful

The main reason for writing this is that our deposit was promised to be returned but wasn't, despite sending an email chasing via their web site. We cleaned and tidied before we left and took photos as evidence in case this happened. We also had a terrible experience during check in with a long wait, keys that didn't work and the sofa bed with previous tenant's bedding on it.

The hotel was close by to Cassin tram stop so it was easy to go into town or the airport (we actually walked from the airport on arrival and it took about 15 mins). There is a supermarket close by too - less than 10 min walk away. Breakfast the hotel is way too pricey so I would recommend walking to the intermarche and buying some pastries for breakfast.

Schöne Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage Nähe Flughafen Nizza und Cap 3000 Shopping Mall.

Points positifs La localisation, tram à proximité qui permet d’être dans le vieux Nice très vite, la mer juste en face Pas de bruit (malgré l’aéroport juste en face) La chambre était spacieuse Points négatifs Check in long : arrivée à 15h, passée à 15h45 (personne à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée) Bar sans certains produits le soir Pas de passage ménage/lit entre les deux jours (ce qui est assez rare en hôtel) Odeur assez désagréable dans l’ascenseur le matin Parking ok mais assez cher (mais au tarif de la ville de Nice malgré tout) En résumé un peu déçue pour un 4 étoiles! On peut s’attendre à de meilleures prestations

Le personnel à l'accueil est TOP La chambre est confort. J'avais juste un problème de fenêtre mais dès que j'ai contacté l'accueil, une personne est intervenu Par contre, côté ménage, je suis moins satisfaite. Je suis restée 3 jours et 2 nuits. L'aspirateur n'a pas été passé, le lendemain et surtout, le personnel de ménage est parti, apparemment "par erreur" avec mes pantoufles (comme des Ugg pour la maison). Je pense que ça avait été une paire de claquette, je les aurais trouvé à l'accueil. Bref... Le direction les a contacté, je devrais les recevoir par colis. Sinon, dommage que le bar ne soit pas ouvert. J'aurais apprécié y prendre un verre, le soir. Ça reste un bel hotel
