Parking : bad management

I would not stay in this hotel again. It says: PARKING AVAILABLE, but it does not mention that it costs 15 euros. No iron and board available in the room. When i enquired at the reception, they gave me a baby one (travel iron) that was dirty and requested a cash deposit of 20 euros. No board by the way so i had to iron on the bed which was not convenient.

Séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel, chambres confortables climatisées, juste ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Petit bémol pas assez de place pour le parking.

The hotel needs renovation specially bathroom. No lights in parking garage.

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de place au parking.

Emplacement pratique pour aller à l'aéroport. Personnel accueillant. Chambre au calme. Possibilité d'acheter de petits plats et boissons à la réception à toute heure.

Pas de commerce dans la zone pour se restaurer, il faut se rendre en voiture doit en ville soit à cap 3000. L’hôtel n’offre pas de restauration le soir !

Hotel only has 20 parking spaces. Always full. The Q parking across the road will cost you about €40 overnight. The Expedia description is misleading.

Given the great demand for hotels in nice, i chose a hotel near the nice airport. Bad idea. Everywhere you go, the hotel was dirty. The room, the same. Stained pillows. Smelly sheets. They sent me to a clean room. But we could barely walk. Extremely narrow. The next day they did not clean the room. A complete disaster. A mediocre breakfast with almost no options.

STAY AWAY! The whole property was filthy , it looked like they haven’t vacuumed the hallways for weeks, in our room the shower was dirty as well as the floors in the room. I don’t know how they can get away with stuff like this. I complained to front desk and did nothing. Terrible stay.

Rooms are clean but they are real small.

Pas mal mais salle de bain pas très propre, gel douche vide, évacuation douche bouchée. Petit déjeuner correct et personnel sympathique.

Location near the airport, bus statin and train station. Clean and quiet room. Good breakfast. Almost near the beach. Small room. No fridge. No kettle.Noisy and uncomfortable bed.

部屋に荷物を置いて、すぐに予定の用事があり出かけたので洗面所などを見ずに出かけたので、どんなふうになっているか確認しなかった。夜、帰ってから使用のため入ると、洗面台の水道が根本から外れているし、固定されているはずのハンドソープ容器も壊れて壁から落ちているし、シャワーのソープは空っぽ、そして水が流れる箇所の蓋もこわれていた。遅かったのと疲れていたので、フロントにも行けなかった。そんなに安くなかったのに、これですか？って感じ。同行の人の部屋は普通だった。返金して欲しいくらい。

Even with the windows closed, it was still noisy because the room was facing the elevated and railroad tracks. Didn't slept well

Easy for a budget friendly stay. Very small room and very hard mattress. It worked for one night

Sov inte på hela natten pga att det dånade från ngn typ av ventilation i rummet hela natten. Badrummet var inte särskilt fräscht. Sängarna var bra och det var nära till flygplatsen Hur kan man få kompensation då det inte framgick att det var störande ljud i rummet? Air condition fick jag stänga av annars lät det ännu värre.. inte värt pengarna när man inte kunde sova. Var mkt jobbigt och störande ljud.

Outstanding customer service here. Incredibly helpful staff - Above and beyond. Room spotless. Great shower, excellent pillows & duvet/doona, Close to airport tram. Super fast check in and checkout. Vending machines a plus. Will definitely stay stay here again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a disaster, this place is not good , smell very bad even water in the sink smell bad , the bed very uncomfortable, not even a mini fridge in the room , you need to rent their iron if you need one for 20$ , i wasted my money , i didn’t even finish my stay there cause i couldn’t take it anymore, please do not do not stay there , dirty hotel with a bad smell rude people especially the girl in the reception, bad experience

Personnel très mal formé à la réception. Les distributeurs boissons et autres prenaient l’argent mais ne rendaient pas le produit (impossible d’obtenir un remboursement) , le parking n’est pas du tout commode, éloigné de l’entrée de l’hôtel, hôtel bruyant.Evitez le si vous avez le choix !

Hôtel, à fuire personnel pas du tout sympathique, j’ai eu un vol dans ma chambre, ils ne veulent même pas reconnaître les choses j’ai fait une réclamation, il me répondent qu’il m’offrent un petit déjeuner à 11 € contre un parfum qui est disparu de ma chambre, les chambres sont sales elles sentent mauvais. Le confort est nul pour ce prix là je ne le conseille pas du tout

Helpfull and polite staff …..

Hôtel très bien pour une nuit, proche aéroport, accès facile. En revanche arrivée à l’hôtel ils ne voyaient pas que j’avais déjà payé la réservation de la chambre via Hôtels.com, j’ai dû repayer (plus cher car prix de la chambre plus cher que sur Hôtels.com, plus taxe de séjour et petits-déjeuners). Après vérification de ma part j’avais bien été déjà débitée, je suis retournée à l’accueil pour le signaler, on m’a dit qu’on me rembourserait, or on m’a remboursé 62,19€ alors que j’avais payé 69€, sois-disant c’est la somme qu’ils ont reçu pour ma réservation. J’ai envoyé un mail à Hôtels.com il y a 3 jours mais je n’ai toujours pas de réponse.

The walk to the airport is 20 minutes according to Apple etc. you could take a short cut across busy road via the Novotel which would be shorter. Tram stop is nearby if you can figure out how to get a ticket. I couldn’t find a nearby beach

No hassle, no frills and laid-back. Friendly staff able to communicate well in English. Ideally located. The tramlines of public transport company Lignes d' Azur have a stop at Parc Phoenix, 300 yards away, which will take you to Old Town and the Port of Nice and during the day also to the airport Terminal 1 for international departures.

Hotel cerca del aeropuerto y fácil de llegar. En general un buen hotel para estar. Un poco lejos del centro de Niza.

not as close to airport as I wished

The location of the hotel is great as far as transportation goes, however there wasn’t much to the neighborhood. Limited dining options and not much to see or do. Once you left the area things got better. The breakfast was pretty good and the dining space nicely kept. The actual rooms were just a place to sleep. There were Extremely small quarters and could really use some updating. The girls at the front desk were very pleasant and extremely helpful so that’s a plus. Honestly, because of the room conditions I do not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.

Fint opphold, greit hotell. Veldig sentralt, bare noen minutter unna flyplassen, og enkelt å ta både trikk og tog rundt i byen og til andre nærliggende byer.

Easily walk to airport in minutes.

Very close to the airport which was great so we walked to our hotel. Took us 10 min from the Airport. Our flight arrived there late around 9 pm so the streets were pretty much empty. The onky thing was that we were hungry and thirsty when wed arrived and all the stores were closed which coming from Canada where some stores or convenience stores, gas stations are open 24 hrs. So we had to walk abit to find some water and some snacks. Even though the area is a great place to sleep due to the proximity of the airport, it was very sketchy at night time when the streets are empty except for some prostitutes and sketchy immigrants roaming yhe streets but we were lucky to find a place that was closing up shop and the owner sold us some sandwiches, water and a few sodas to get us by. I recommend buying something at the airport before you go to the hotel if your flight arrives in Nice, France after 8pm because everything will be closed. We are staying there again to catch our foight home becaue of the location to the airport but we will be making sure we have some food and water befoew we arrive at the hotel. The rooms were good and clean and cheap to lay your head to catch your flight. If you want a place to just sleep and be within walking distance to the airport, this is a good option. The staff at the hotel are nice and very helpfull to us anyways.

The property was located near airport and close to tram and train station to Nice and other destinations. Decent breakfast and quiet. Unfortunately there was an issue with my booking. I booked a room for 2 people but because only my details were on the booking i was asked to pay for breakfast again for my partner. This was never an issue in previous bookings, even though to my knowledge I paid for a bedroom with breakfast included for 2 people, the staff and management of the hotel thought otherwise and I had to pay more money on arrival. The booking process also does not make it clear that one had to add all guests names during booking process which is a problem if the traveller has issues on arrival at the hotel as I did. In the end ,after chatting to Expedia, who lets say weren't interested in recognising the issue and blamed the hotel rules for the problem.Rules I was not made aware of when booking. That was disappointing and for that reason alone, I would not stay again at this hotel and may book on other websites instead of Expedia in the future. Never in my life did I book a hotel room for 2 people that only includes breakfast for 1 person...

Hôtel usine à touristes avec des cars complets reçus. Pas un souci en soi, sauf au petit déjeuner ou vous pouvez avoir de 15 à 25 minutes d'attente. Clairement 2 machines à café et 2 distributeurs de jus d'orange est tres lojn d'être suffisant

Basic room, but all that I needed... good bed, good shower, and good TV. The hotel very near to Park Phoenix tram stop which made easy to get to from the airport and easy to cheaply get to Nice centre. The breakfast was great value and good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s a 15 minute walk from Terminal one. You can take the tram for seven euros. No hotel shuttle available. Hotel is located in a relatively poor neighborhood. Expect to find people begging on the streets. Hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast was not very appetizing.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was a bit small for four of us. Breakfast was good.

Being near to the Nice airport was the teason we stayed here. Easy bus/tram ride to the airport. The hotel room was VERY basic. A bed, towels, a hairdryer, liquid soap and paper cups. The walls needed painting, inside the room and in the publuc places. The breakfast was a nice surprise....scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, various breads, etc.

Given the cost of the room, this was very good value for money. We were pilgrims requiring access to the Basilica which was only a 15 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful and the staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and tasty which all led to a very pleasant say with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities
