A solid 4 star hotel. Great service, but it’s not a 5 star hotel. We had a huge two bedroom suite. However it was oddly furnished. The living room had a dining table and no comfy chairs. The downstairs bedroom was not en-suite. The large bedroom upstairs had 2 large king beds. There should had been a bedside between the 2 beds. There wasn’t, so there was no where to charge your phone or put any water. The main downside was no door between the large walk-in wardrobe / dressing room and the bathroom. The pool area was in the shade after 1pm and the gym equipment was old and tired. The breakfast was just ok. The location is great.

Hôtel très bien situé à 100 m du métro, espace café thé eau à volonté au lobby très bonne idée avec coin fumeur. La piscine est top et la chambre est grande et très bien agencé avec douche de pluie et une énorme baignoire .

Very clean although some common areas of the hotel appear dated. I had no hot water for the shower, but the tub and sink were ok. Breakfast is not as comprehensive as other 5* hotels. Check in was somewhat slower than others, and little introduction to the facilities. Spa was under renovation so I only found that out walking there. Dining facilities seemed overall disappointing.

Otroligt fint rum och pool! Sol vid poolen från ca kl 12 och resten av dagen. Hjälpsam och mycket serviceminded personal. God och fräsch frukost även om utbudet kanske var lite mindre än på ett större hotell.

Sivatel is overselling them self on their presentation I am sure as by the rules this is a 5 star hotel, but it feels as a 3 star hotel, it gives no Thai 5 star feeling, and it looks as a 3 star hotel. Nothing is done with the interior since this hotel opened around 2010 ( they did some renovation in 2019, but you can not se any of that ). It looks so old and out of style, its just sad. The pool is NOT heated so its cold in the winter time. The restaurant is like a Cantina, you do not wanna have your dinners there, the bar is nowhere, its at the poolside, but the nicest spot to sit is blocked and their grow some herbs there? I WOLD NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN, i have been over 40 times in Bangkok, and this gives you 0 feeling of Thai 5 star hotel...

Great hotel for the money and rooms were excellent and very large with lots of space to sit. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly and go out of their way to help. The pool was nice and relaxing to sit at and was never too busy. The only improvement I would recommend is the breakfast - its completely fine, but pretty basic - service was excellent but some hotels have a wider variety of foods

Excellent suite - very large and comfortable - pool area for afternoon sun was excellent with good gym. Staff are incredibly attentive and the Hotel is only a few mins walk to plonchit BTS - nothing much to do or see close to the property but BTS or taxi to Siam Paragon or Central World shopping centres have great variety and excellent eating options - it you can secure a suite this is a great Hotel to stay

The location is convenient as within 5 mins walk from the BTS Phloen Chit. There is a mini coffee and biscuits corner at Level 17 which we always drop by for our hot chocolate before bed. We will given THB700 and used it for room service. The thai fried rice is yummy with alot of crab meats. The Spa located in the hotel is good and at a good price. To note the spa charges cannot be charged to the room. We have requested for firmer pillow prior to arrival and were provided in our rooms. The only thing is the shower room which the floor is not correctly angle thus the water will not drained out and pooled till house keeping.

チェックインをして部屋に入り、フリードリンクの店を何気なく見たところ、前の方が半分だけ使ったシュガーパックがそのまま刺さっていた。五つ星ホテルなので、余計に隅々まで確認していないように感じた。また、大理石テーブルの上はボトルやグラスの水滴の後が沢山残っており、いつから拭いてないのだろう‥と気持ちが悪くなりました。 その他のスタッフの対応などはよいのですが‥

The mattress is bad. But the staff is really helpful and did try to help me to fix it. The cleaning staff did not do the proper work. We saw the hair everywhere. (Some of the hair even left on the chair for three days.) On my first day they gave us small towels, but after that we did not have any. So strange.

Bin hin und hergerissen. Das Zimmer ist schön, das Bett sehr bequem und die eine so tolle Bettwäsche hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich und Hilfsbereit, fantastisch. Leider gibt es auch einen sehr negativen Punkt. In der Dusche hatte es sehr viel Schimmel, mehrere meter lang und 10 centimeter Breit. So was braucht mehrere Wochen um zu entstehen. Es wurde sofort gereinigt, aber es ist nicht alles weg gegangen. So was darf in einem so teuren Hotel nicht sein. Die Reaktion des Personals war wider sehr gut, wir haben nach etwas zäher Verhandlung eine Preisreduktion erhalten. ( das Hotel war voll, kein anderes Zimmern verfügbar, was mir lieber gewesen wäre). Das Frühstück Buffet könnte reichhaltiger sein für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Sivatel was a great first stay in Bangkok. It was close enough to the hustle and bustle, but shortly down a side street so was quiet. Next time I’d probably stay closer to the Siam Mall (25 min walk) since I spent the most time around that area, but for most it would be a very central location to go most places. The room was nice and spacious with a living area and a king bed in the bedroom, and a walk in closet. Housekeeping was not as attentive to detail as we have had at other establishments, not scrubbing the toilet or wiping out the sink well each day. They did dry the shower well everyday. Dragon, the evening door man was awesome but everyone else was just ok, we had our laundry done twice with the day staff, neither time did they bring it up to our room, so we carried 10kg of laundry after a long day of sightseeing. (It’s ok, no tip was left because of this) Breakfast: was definitely catered to westerners. There was a Thai dish and noodle option that rotated each day. Also an Indian option. A few dim sum options. The rest were regular western breakfast. The breakfast host was awesome and very kind. I can’t remember his name. I would recommend this hotel, it was a central location and overall a good experience.

I have worked in several luxury hotels in Dallas, TX and so I have some experience in hospitality. I know what to look for. My guest and I were delighted from the moment we were greeted by the doormen. Everyone was very professional and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent, our room 2280 was most luxurious, the pool was perfect. I will return! Thank you Sivatel staff and thank you specifically to the 17th floor staff and the 8th floor staff and kitchen and the doormen on the first floor. Sivatel hospitality lives up to the Thai reputation. The general manager has an excellent staff. Regards, David and Thidawan P.S. There was no dust or dirt anywhere, everything was very clean. I was impressed by the elevators and the young man who took care of our floor and our room 2280. He will go far!

I spent 4 nights at the Sivatel Bangkok for a quick city break vacation. The suites are quite spacious and immaculately clean. The infinity pool is a lovely place to unwind after a long day, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, with a wonderful level of service. The hotel is just a few quick steps from the Phloen Chit BTS station, and just a 15 minute walk from the nightlife districts of Soi 11 and around. If you're looking for an affordable, elegant hotel with a prime location, the Sivatel should be at the top of your list.

I love the room the bath tub was perfect after a long plane ride. Felt the service was almost stalkerish they knew where we were at all times lol. Great place beautiful view nice pool decent breakfast.

Love the room, veey big for a family of three, such a wonderful stay with the most welcoming staff, for breakfast I wished there was a better variety daily. Location is a little quiet with not many dining options nearby unless you are okay with restaurant food daily at Central Embassy. Other than that, we really had a most wonderful stay at Sivatel.

Exceptional across the board. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet was very tasty and eclectic in options. Prissy helped me save over 1000 baht by finding me a better deal for my ride to Pattaya when leaving, and even helped set up my ride later from Pattaya to the airport. Will definitely be patronizing again. Highly recommend!

I would without a doubt say that Sivatel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty like friends like family. The whole hotel is fantastic, it is clear, bright and welcoming. All the staff all all levels are so polite and kind. I would like to give special thanks to both Ms Prissana Tedsomboon who gave us so much help with trips and taxis and also Jake who looked after us at breakfast and when we dinned in your restaurant. We will come back hopefully next year. Rooms are outstanding. Cleaned daily and are spotless. Perfect Beds, pillow and bedding Very good range of food and drinks. Really loved we can get eggs to order. We only dined once in the hotel restaurant but what we eat was outstanding. Fully of favour and looked great. Service was outstanding too. Hotel location is perfect. 2 min walk to Phloen Chit BTS. From here you are 3 stops away from the massive shopping centre MBK. 1 stop to Nana and 2 to Ashok. There is the great shopping and food court and the bottom of the street 2 min walk.

The staff was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Helpful, courteous, so friendly, they were simply the best. Great location, great suite, loved it! Shout out to the concierge Prissy and our breakfast buffet manager and of course the rest of the service staff who all were so wonderful. We spent 8 nights there, every day was fantastic.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and on the last day, we went out at around noon time and back at 12am. We found that the hotel room door was left widely open that every stranger can enter the room. It took us an hour to check if our important belongings are still there. We contacted the front desk hour who initially agreed to help check CCTV and see if any strangers get into the room. No further updates are given to us after they have reviewed the CCTV until we went to the front desk for check out the next day. It was really a sad and distressing experience with such an unacceptable error in a 5 star hotel. This was one of the most basic thing - Security in a hotel or even a motel. We have sent an email to the hotel and asking for a formal explanation and reply on the matter.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and one can tell that they are genuinely sincere in providing good service to customers. Very friendly staff. Good location. Big comfy room with soft bed. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast very nice. Lobby on floor 17 where there is s cool relaxing lounge with a coffee machine.
